Very friendly pre-sales, but when one of the drives showed instability, they were right there with tech help, and showed no signs of amnesia when it came time to swap possible problems (which did not turn out of be problems!). I wish all of my purchases could be done here, they're a model!  
 
I will definitely buy here again.

Ordered 2.5" USB2/1394 external drive at $46.06.  
 
After receipt, found that it would only work with USB1 (kept recycling with USB2 & 1394) - obviously defective or misrepresented product.  
 
Sent email requeting an RMA for return. Was told it was my fault, in that I didn't configure the PC correctly (stange, what's to configure?). I informed him that it was tried an 4 different systems, using different cables, both with and without the power adapter. I told him that I am not new to PC's and PC hardware, being a reseller that has built and delivered nearly 20,000 systems since 1984.  
 
He gave me an RMA number and instructions, begrudgingly, and told me there'd be a 10% restocking fee, which I said was inappropriate.  
 
They only credited $39 (85% of my purchase price), even though I had paid for all shipping, and returned the item totally intact, complete, and resaleable.  
 

Great prices, the item I ordered was 3x more at other stores, paid for ground shipping and it came the day after I ordered.

You guys are the best! Dropped my cherished Palm III one day, found your site (after a little help) and had the little guy repaired the next. Woo hoo! And I only opted for Ground Shipping. Well, it wasn't that far, but it worked out great!  

I only purchased a single item, but was able to find it in stock, and at a great price. The purchasing process was simple and straight-forward. I will definitely purchase from Unity Electronics in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Very good price. I talked to Ray - a nice guy to talk with - and he adjusted price as was promised on the web site. I got a refurbished plextor cd-rw today, and found it works very well. very smooth transaction. Definitely, I'll order more from them. Thanks Ray.

This is my fourth order from Unity, and I ask myself why I’ve ever considered shopping elsewhere (as long as Unity has what I’m looking for). This time, I purchased an SMC 802.11b wireless card from them, and the presale, sales, and post sales service were all perfect!  
 
When I saw the card on their site, I couldn’t believe the price (only $18.99), so I called to verify that it was indeed brand new and in retail box. The CSR I spoke to was very knowledgeable and reassured me that it was totally legitimate, understanding that I would be a little bit skeptical because of the unbelievable price. He even took the time to explain the intricate differences between 802.11a, b, and g. I had originally wanted a dual or tri band card, but just couldn’t pass on this sweet deal!  
 
Anyway, thanks Unity, I can’t wait to place another order!

Nothing but good things to say... so I will spare you the hoopla - great pricing, product, and shipping rates. Got the order in 3 days and I picked Ground Shipping.
