In 2 years I placed 3 orders with Unity Electronics and have not been dissapointed. I upgraded my failing hard drive on an old HP Pavilion. Replaced a 40gig with a 120gig. Later I upgraded my burner 4x HP to 16x Plextor. Both refurbished, both still working. More recently I bought a 500gig IDE drive to backup videos. Still no overcharges, no surprises, no problems. Will definitely shop again. TYVM

I buy many from UnityElectonics for My company many times. I buy many monitors, many cameras, many many refurb drives. I liek their prices, so I repeat customer. We built computers, custom configuretored and sent them to RUSSia. They great service too very ok. I repeat more business with them.

I bought the ViewSonic VE173-3 LCD monitor. Rather nice monitor 17 inches with very fast refresh. Priceshopped it extensively before finding it at Unity Electronics website. They had the lowest price and the highest customer rating. I received the monitor 3 days after purchasing it. Very Happy!

Ordered a 15" princeton monitor (refurbished) as a christmas present on Dec. 9, shipment time was satisfactory - didn't find out it was defunct until dec. 25 when the present was opened. Unity Electronics was contacted for replacement purposes, and they sent us to princeton to handle the replacement, princeton has now sent us back to unity electronics.  
This is ridiculous, and unless quick action is taken, I will not be ordering from them again.

I got a refurbished 20" monitor, reolaced it once, and the replacement went bad after the original 90 day warrantee was past. They replaced it antway, and fedexed me another powert brick as I had lost the original.  
 
I buy regularly from a dozen stores, but unity has far and above the best customer support.

As a Value Added Reseller I really value Unity Electronics. They dropship my orders directly to my customers where my onsite technicians do the installations.  
 
Primarily we order their hard drives for video server applications around Silicon Valley. They have done a tremendous job blindshipping cases of drives at a time.  
 
Their support has been outstanding, when customers drives went bad, Unity Electronics was able to get us warranty replacements within a few days. My previous suppliers took 3-4 weeks to get replacements.

Ordered a refurbished 15" LCD monitor by Cornea from Unity for only $200 - it arrived in perfect shape! No dead pixels at all! The picture quality is also far better than I would've expected - I almost feel like I stole the thing! Excellent job!

Highly recommended! Ordered a 19" LCD Cornea Monitor (they had the best price on this unit), which would not work with the video card I had on hand but worked with other models I tested it with. I called in to explain the situation and for the first time in my online purchasing experience, I was taken care of with 0 nonsense and no bs. There were no "policies" cited and no "can't or I wish I could" statements. Ray, the gentelman handling my case, had a new unit shipped out the same day without any cross shipping or additional charges. That is what I call service. The sales rep understood exactly how important this was to me and went out of his way to get the new unit to me ASAP. Unfortunately, after a prompt delivery of the new unit, the new monitor was damaged (due to negligence of UPS). I fired off an email to unityelectronics.com and within 15 minutes (simply amazing!) Ray was on the phone with me apologizing for the inconvenience. HE remembered exactly who I was and what we had talked about 2 weeks ago. He was very knowlegdeable and friedly. Talking about the turn around time of 15 minutes!!!. Ray agreed to assign a full refund for the monitor and had his buddy, Eric (another sales rep) contact UPS all within 15 minutes of my email. Whomever runs unityelectronics.com should be proud to have these guys as their sales reps. Having been treated so good, I refuse to work with anyone else but these guys since I know customer service cannot get any better. I don't usually bother with feedback, but I wanted to take a second of my time and personally say: THANK YOU. You have a life long customer. :)

Had very prompt service from this company, when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, they worked with me and replaced it with what I intended to order, at no extra charge! Very impressed so far.

Very friendly pre-sales, but when one of the drives showed instability, they were right there with tech help, and showed no signs of amnesia when it came time to swap possible problems (which did not turn out of be problems!). I wish all of my purchases could be done here, they're a model!
