I am a Costco member and do most of my shopping at their brick-and-mortar store. But some specialty items are only available online and that is why I am writing this review.  
 
I have ordered KIRKLAND(Costco brand)specialty nutritional supplements three times. Each time costco.com provided good email communication about receiving and shipping my order. The orders always arrived in good shape on the date that delivery was promised.  
 
Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience at costco.com.

This review is ONLY related to Costco.com purchases.  
 
I've purchased 4 or 5 things through Costco.com and have been quite pleased overall (coverking seat covers, emergency food suppy, netbook...). In each case, price was the best I could find on the item (otherwise I would have just gone elsewhere) and even on the heavy items (such as the food) shipping was either free or very low.  
 
Had to do a return on the netbook, as something was wrong with it. Per the return instructions just took it to the costco B&M store counter and they gave me no hassel on the return. Only odd thing was since they don't use Visa cards in-store (but you can use them at Costco.com) they had to give me cash on my refund.  
 
I'd certainly buy from Costco.com again based on my experiences.

Very pleased with every purchase. Delivered on time with emails with the shipping status.

I place many online orders through Costco.com and have always had positive experiences. The products are always quick to shop. The one time I was unhappy with a product, I enjoyed the convenience of returning the item to a local Costco retail store.

Ordered two Toshiba high def TV's, one a 46 inch the other a 40. On the larger set, bought first, we used the white glove service, and the installer/driver was a guy who had worked in programming and technology. He knew all a customer would want or need, and it was helpful for him to do the setup and familiarize me with the manual.  
 
The second set was delivered by UPS, and it arrived in good condition, there was some assembly required to assemble the stand and lock it in place in the TV. Nothing difficult, in a few minutes the set was attached to the DVR and performing excellently. Costco's order handling, communicating delivery dates, having the white glove shipper call to confirm delivery...all good, solid service with the customer/member's satisfaction in mind.  
 
The televisions were offered at very reasonable prices and appear to us at least, to outperform the top of the line Sony Bravia units. Someone at Costco did their homework when selecting these units to be carried by Costco. There's an extra year's worth of warranty and free "concierge service" tech support available that friends and family members here have had very good service from.  
 
A few years back a high end PC monitor failed after 17 months of use; Costco took it back, FULL REFUND, no questions asked. Who else does that???  
 
Costco's prices are not always the lowest, no merchant can possibly offer every item at the lowest price. Service, backing up products, responding to member's questions, and quite often very good prices...all add up to excellence in service, product selection, courtesy, and a good shopping experience.

After a horrible experience with a company called eCost, which sold me a Westinghouse 42" TV for a very good price plus $50 shipping and a six month warranty and never delivered, I kicked myself and went to Costco online, where the exact same item was being sold for TEN BUCKS MORE..... lousy ten bucks!.... with a two year warranty to boot.  
Costco was always my preferred vendor when I lived in a city that had one of their stores. Now, I'm old and in the boonies. No Costco, but they're online with the same great prices and service. I got my TV three days after ordering it, and am totally happy with both Costco and my Westinghouse LCD TV. To sum up: I should have gone to Costco right away, instead of wasting time with a bunch of incompetents.

These guys are incredible! I had purchased a HP all-in-one printer 3 years ago. Like most HP printers, it self-destructed. Because my daughter had purchased it for me at Costco she returned it...AFTER 1 YEAR...they took it back and gave her a full refund.I now find out that they give a 2 year warranty on all electronics. Just bought a 26" Vizio TV last week cause' I love their warranties so much. Also...if you pay for it by AMEX...they extend the warranty ...to 3 YEARS!

Ordered a Canon printer online at Costco.com that I researched from Consumer Reports. The confirmation email said it would ship 7-10 days and I had it in my hands within 3 days. Exactly what I ordered and received in very timely fashion. Very pleased with Costco.com

I just bought a Nikon D40 kit with 18-55 lens ... and had a great experience ... camera came two days later and was exactly what I ordered ... no problems at all, smooth transaction from start to finish ... i saw a lot of negative reviews below but my experience was great.

I have bought probably thousands of dollars worth of "stuff" from COSTCO, and a pretty large percentage has been electronics (3 computers, 2 monitors, 6-8 hard drives, flash drives, flash cards, DVD & VCR players/recorders, 2 cameras, a GPS, etc. etc.) and NEVER have I been disappointed by them either with an online or in store purchase. Usually they are the cheapest, or close to the cheapest I can find, but even if they are a little more, I'll take them any day because of their excellent customer service!!! I couldn' give any store I have ever bought from a higher recommendation.  
 
Last order came 2-3 days before I expected it. As usual, Great Service.

Ordered on Sunday January 27, 2008 with some hesitation after reading the negative reviews here. They did charge my credit card immediately and did not send me a confirming email so I did start to get concerned.  
 
I checked back on their website on the 29th and found that the order had already been shipped, via Fedex ground, from Phoenix! I'm in NC and received the package on February 1, 2008.  
 
All in all, I'm very pleased.

I ordered a NUVI 650 GPS. I'm blown away by how fast I got it! The shipping was about $8, I like free, but the speed that it came I would say it's worth $8. If there was an option for slower delivery but free S&H I would have taken that.  
 
Additionally, the packaging came very secure and it was what I ordered.

I usually buy at the store, but they had this special on a 42" LCD that I could only buy online. Overall, I was impressed, fast shipping, great pricing, shipping prices were reasonble.  
Overall good experience. I like buying from them online just as much as in the store!

I love Costco.

My wife teases me that I could live at costco. Probably true.

I ordered a new speaker set, the JBL Creature II, white. It came 7 days after I ordered it with the most basic shipping. The packaging was pretty good and the product came as described. I had no problems with Costco.com, but use judgment, as others have not had the same experience as me.
