Delia's has the worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life. When I phoned them explaining I was charged for something they told me I wouldn't be charged for (I have the email to verify this, and read it to them)the customer rep LAUGHED IN THE PHONE at me. Next she put a supervisor on the phone who repeated the rudeness of the customer rep, and then told me they never charged me when I was looking at my online credit card statement that showed they did. She was smug and rude, and told me to go ahead and contact my credit card company to get the charges taken off.
Let this be a warning to anyone who thinks of shopping online with them or in a Delia's store, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER!
SHAME ON YOUR DELIA'S!
