Delias is the worst company I have ever done business with!!! The stole money from me, I placed an order with them for a set price printed off the confirmation with the correct price stated on the invoice, then I get a higher amount charged to my credit card?!? They are out right thiefs and should be put out of business plain and simple!!! Lucky for me my Credit card company did flie charges against them and did a charge back and I was able to get my money back from them, but I hate that other will fall prey to them!

These people are theives, plain and simple. They ran a great sale, but refused to ship the items purchased. Then they charge your credit card for a higher amount then the merchandise and shipping of the original order. AVOID THEM!!!! This review was modified by its author, wynman, on

I used a coupon I found online. Went through the checkout process without a problem. Received a perfect confirmation letter.
Only till I received the item did I come to realize I was charged a price "without" the coupon.
I was told that the coupon was invalid, so they add the amount automatically.
I told them they should notify me first that they changed the order and they should refund me.
They wouldn't listen and accused me abusing coupon.
Come on! Shouldn't their system identify which coupon is valid?
Plus, their price is not very good. I wouldn't buy anything without the coupon.
So use the coupon cautiously from this seller.
I strongly suspected this was a trick.

I bought something from Delia's online store and was "charged $XX.XX" and waited patiently for my stuff. When I checked my credit card to verify price I was in shock. They charged me WAY more than what I paid for. They claimed it was my problem. Not only is it a week later and still no stuff but I have to deal with my Credit card now to get my money. Please, Delia's, at least change my email confirmation, before you steal my money. You guys are stupid cause I have proof.

HORRIBLE RETAILER!! They sell nothing but garbage, and their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!
Does not honor their advertised promotions. Cancels orders, and charges more than what your order confirmation says!
Will not charge you given amount! Had to file chargeback with my bank!!!
Absolute worst scammers and retalier I have EVER SEEN!
And not to mention, they're filling my email inbox with advertisements even though I would NEVER do business with them ever again!!!

Absolutely one of the poorest customer services experiences I have ever encountered. Charged unauthorized charges on my credit card and then basically refused to drop the charges. Told me to dispute it with my credit card company. Of course I did immediatelty and the charges were taken off.

Stay away from Delias. It is the most fradulent company ever. They charge you for stuff you dont order, and will not credit back. It is a hassle to fight with them. The CSR are bunch of high school drop outs, retarded, absolutely useless people. There only motto is to make money..they dont care you are a customer. STAY AWAY!!!!
They are a SCAM!!!

Delia's has the worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life. When I phoned them explaining I was charged for something they told me I wouldn't be charged for (I have the email to verify this, and read it to them)the customer rep LAUGHED IN THE PHONE at me. Next she put a supervisor on the phone who repeated the rudeness of the customer rep, and then told me they never charged me when I was looking at my online credit card statement that showed they did. She was smug and rude, and told me to go ahead and contact my credit card company to get the charges taken off.
Let this be a warning to anyone who thinks of shopping online with them or in a Delia's store, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER!
SHAME ON YOUR DELIA'S!

I ordered a headband for my daughter several days ago and the total charge as per the confirmation email that was sent was zero. The problem is that today I found from checking my Visa account that I had been charged for the headband. Called and talked to a supervisor who said they would not, under any circumstances, honor the email order confirmation that THEY had sent! At that point, there was little left to do but feel completely ripped off.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent business!!!! Their business practices are shameful!!

They sent me the wrong size leisure pants. I paid my own shipping to send them back. After two weeks I called and they told me that they are out of stock in the size that I wanted. They sent me back one check a month later, then I called to find out where the check was for the other leisure pants I returned the same day (in a seperate package because they mailed them two me seperately) and they told me that It would be another two weeks until I get my other check! It seems that they didn't really want to help me solve the problem. Don't shop with them online. Their clothes are great but, buy them in a mall that has the actual store where when you give them your hard earned cash, you walk away with tangible merchandise.

Wow! Pretty impressed. Ordered a bathing suit on April 2nd and I got it today! Too bad it's snowing in April but it fits well so just a few more months and I can wear it :)
