Purchased a thermaltake heatsink for my A64 since they had the lowest price in Canada, and I also bought article silver.  
 
It took a week and a half to receive it, which is normal delivery I guess.  
 
I would buy from them again if they had a good price and I wasn't in any special hurry.

Have made two purchases from them in the past. Great company; good service, good price, reviews for the products are on their site. And they ship things for a reasonable price.

I have been buying from them on an almost weekely basis and have never has an order take more than 7 days to be in my hand from the time I placed the online order. In most cases it is in here in 48-72hrs. I have on more that one occasion gotten a personal call from them regarding my order and asked if they do make a correction in it.

A very good business, good to deal with; fast shipping and excellent prices. There price match system works like a charm. I ordered two complete computers worth of parts from vibe, and many other transactions after that. They have always come through for me with flying colors.  
 
I recommend Vibe to everyone, whether you are building a computer; or just buying a fan...Vibe is well worth a look.

Great people to deal with, they respond quickly and politely.  
 
Items were shipped via UPS and arrived the next day.  
 
My only issue is that quite a few of their items are overpriced, unless they are on sale. But when they are on sale, there are some great deals.

I have had zero problems purchasing products from vibeComputers. The only problem I've ever had is with one of their shipping partners, specifically UPS. On future orders of which there will be many more to come, UPS will NOT be an option for me.

Ordered some odds and ends, the kid of stuff you would expect would be shipped quickly.... and it was. I am used to a 2-4 day stretch between payment/order confirmation and shipping, it was 1 day. And this was through online Interac no less!  
 
My only complaint is the speed of their website. it's deathly slow for days, then picks up to near tolerable for a week then back down again. (at work, at home, everywhere I've tried. all diff. ISP's) That won't affect me ordering non critical parts from them, but I will have to go somewhere else for my critical needs.

I've been buying from Vibe for a few years now, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Prices are always very competitive, shipping is very quick (often next day), the website is great to use, forums are very helpful and lots of product reviews to research with. I have never recieved any lemon hardware from them. Overall excellent experience, I will certainly continue to shop there.

As usual, excellent place to shop. I have no placed over 10 order with vibe, only once having a problem, and that was a problem with UPS, not Vibe, yet they still did their absolute best to help me out.  
 
I have never been less then impressed with their customer service, and especially their prices, which rival, and usually beat their competitors. I will continue to buy from Vibe, as they have the best prices, and excellent customer service from my experiences.

Excellent prices on quality products and quick shippment. Quite a large selection of cooling products (for a Canadian site).  
 
Will definitely buy stuff from them again in the future.

Their website is easy to navigate, and they have several different payment and shipping options. One of the best things is that they offer local pick-up service so customers can avoid shipping fees.  
 
I placed an order and paid for it online, and I was e-mailed within an hour or so to be informed that it was ready to be picked up. Overall, a good and trouble free purchase.

Terrific customer service and prices.  
 
After waiting 2 weeks with another online retailer, I was fed up. I looked elsewhere and I then found Vibe Computers. I placed my order for some RAM. Unfortunately, they ran out of stock. I waited 20 days or so for the item to come in stock with Vibe, and they did their best to get the item in stock. I was about to give up hope when I received a phone call from one of their reps. He told me he had good news, and that my ram would ship priority today and I would get it tomorrow.  
 
Vibe did a terrific job of dealing with the situation they had (low product availability from the manufacturer) and they pulled through.  
 
Combined with their terrific, friendly and outgoing sales staff, their low prices and high availability, I am impressed and I will do business with them again, guaranteed.
