I ordered an in dash touch screen from them on June 9th. Around June 25th the screen went dark and would not display anything. After emailing support and explained that I was in need of a replacement ASAP because my car was going to be in a car show they quickly got me an RMA number and I shipped off the screen. About a week later I received the replacement and got it installed in my in time for Hybridfest. I won the peoples choice award for my car. :)  
 
Support was fast and kind. I highly recommend this company and will bookmark them just in case I need to order something else.

I think that this is a case of “it is what it is”. After reading the reviews, I was left with the idea that this was a small company focused on market and delivering products often at the expense of detailed customer feedback. What tipped the scales for me and became the impetus for placing an order with them was that they took time to respond to negative reviews and actually took responsibility when something wet awry that was their fault. Based on the reviews and case-mod’s comments, I decided to place an order and let the process run its course without contacting them. I ordered a Thermaltake 7” LCD screen at a very competitive price and with free shipping. I immediately received an order confirmation e-mail. About five business days later, I received a tracking number and then the package showed up on my doorstep in a reasonable period after that. I can only echo what others have said: if you want a confirmation whenever your order has a state change, this probably isn’t a company for you. But I can only attest that, in my case, they provided the product they said they would, at a very attractive price, and within an acceptable delivery time. I would deal with them again.

Overall perfect experience. The items were on sale. The shipping was very reasonable, especially by USPS priority mail. I received them in two days and the packing was great. The items were the full retail sealed versions, not OEM or remanufactured ones. I would buy from them again – and I was a returning customer this purchase as well.

After reading the reviews (and having laready placed my order), I was thinking I would see my case sometime in 2010! I to only received confirmation via google checkout (nothing thru CM's). Much to my surprise the case was ordered on 7/1/08 and received on 7/3/08- shipped the same day with a ship confirmation sent on 7/2/08. Packaged arrived with everything in order- I am very pleased! I usually go thru newegg- but saved over 20 bucks on going thru CM. May use them again.

Got my video card cooler quickly without any fuss. Will do business again.

I've been dealing with casemod quite some time now , in all these months i've made numerous orders and they never screw up once , from time to time i did find some item backordered but with just sending an email i've got it changed or cancelled with a refund pretty quick , no never-ending-passin to another employee-expensive calls , so overall great service!!

I have purchased computer parts for years and have been having problems with dishonest resellers and their scams and rebates! if you think rebates are saving you money i suggest thinking about it a bit more and actually figure it out then you will know that you are being had. anyway... i was looking for a specific psu and a search brought me to CaseMod.com. they had, by far, the best price on the CoolerMaster 850 psu which just happens to be one of the best psus ever made. this price was a full $60 less that a certain egg mail order joint and i didn't have to waste time for rebates and wait 3 months to get the money... maybe! they just had great price... while there i found a couple of other things i figured, what the hey... ill try them. i figured they were cheap and low quality but $2.99 for a 120mm fan was worth a try. i also got a cpu cooler that was on sale. i was crossing my fingers thinking the prices seem too good to be true. they use FedEx and i got the stuff on the third day even though i placed the order later in the day... fast shipping too?!  
 
needless to say i have been elated with the stuff i got. the psu i knew was great but i wondered if it was missing things or if it was refurbished or some other bs but it was brand new shiny and wonderful. the fan was not the quietest but it is quieter than my old hard drives! i cant hear the psu or the fan over the hard drives :-) the cpu cooler i got just for experimental stuff i do. it is too much of a pain to use h2o sinks so i will use this instead.  
 
so lets add it up: they had the best prices on excellent products and got them to me faster than i have ever seen. the only problem was that a keyboard i ordered was backordered and i thought they were in stock but that happens. i just wish they had more stuff... i can guarantee i will buy from them again... in fact they are my preferred reseller for the stuff they have now. i hope they will stay away from the rebate scam and continue to give great products and excellent prices.  
 
the more we support honest, quality resellers the more long term benefits we will realize. i would rather support

Browsing the online store was simple and I easily found what I was looking for. Email updates and tracking information were nice and helped me keep up with the order. Shipping took just three days and I had no problems at all.

Very impressed... I was leary about how long it would take the items to ship (due to previous comments on resellerratings), but the item shipped the day after purchase & card processing.  
 
3 days later (!) the items showed up... I was very impressed with the selection and speed of Case-Mod. For reference, I purchased a Scythe Ninja Rev.2 CPU cooler, AC Accelero VGA cooler, and a tube of AC MX-2 thermal compound.  
 
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this retailer!

My experience with Case-Mod.com was excellent. My order arrived promplty and without problems. I usually order from Newegg and TigerDirect, but I think I may be hooked on these guys as the prices are more than fair and the shipping speedy.

Ordered my equipment Thursday Dec 13. Received it Monday Dec 17. It went from CA to Maryland. Fast shipping, everything was well packed.  
 
Only problem was website order tracker never changed from "Pending". I ended up sending an email asking about my equipment the same day I got it. Probably could use a website update. Otherwise, very satisfied.

I ordered a OCZ500SXS PSU from these guys and it shipped so fast, most importantly it works and was packed very well with packing peanuts and an invoice. I had a question concerning my order and they jumped right on it and e-mailed the status of it. I'm very satisfied with this store & staff I can't wait to get some more $$ and order something else! :)  
 
I 100% recommend buying from Case-Mod!

I've ordered from Case-Mod.com three times now, and every time has been great. They were out of stock once, and they upgraded me for free to a better product, they're quick and have good service. I've even gotten a few extras in my shipment on occasion. ;)  
 
I'd buy from Case-mod.com over another reseller, even if Case-mod.com has a higher price.
