Lik-Sang is the best website I've currently used for online shipping. You can't go wrong with them if they have the product you need. Everything there is cheaper than it is at my local store (ps2 memory card, controllers, etc).

I have been shopping at Lik Sang for almost four years now. I have never had any problems with shipping or items not being in stock.  
 
In my most recent order, my bank decided to charge my order twice. I e-mailed Lik Sang, and the second charge was cancelled less than three hours after it had been placed. I've had stores in the US take weeks to do that.  
 
I once received an item that was a little picky, a Playstation to USB adapter, and had to be jimmied before connection pins touched. Lik Sang responded to my e-mail about the item in less than 24 hours. I ended up fixing the problem on my own, but I was told Lik Sang was going to alert the manufacturer about the problem nonetheless.  
 
Shipping takes a bit longer than I would like, but items are shipped from outside the US and still arrive faster than packages shipped USPS within the US.  
 
Nothing but praise for Lik Sang.

I love Lik-Sang! My name is Dan, I live in Richmond, Virginia, USA. I have a white, Japanese PS2 that i bought from lik-sang and Naruto 2 for it and i can't stop playing!! I have pre-ordered the third game and await its arrival with MUCH anticipation!  
 
I was introduced to lik-sang through a good friend. he raved about it! he orders all of his import and misc. UIA (unavailable in america) computer electronics through you. I carry my lik-sang keychain, that i got with my Japanese ps2, everywhere i go! Whenever anyone asks me what it is, i make sure to give them a DETAILED description and write the web-address on something they're carrying (even a body part, if it's all they have :-P)!  
 
I appreciate lik-sang SO much for making what would normally be unavailable to a guy like me, availabe and thank you for your time, you have made my free-time so much more fulfilling and interesting! The payback points are a wonderful idea and a greatly appreciated benefit of continuing to do business with lik-sang. I'm learning Japanese currently, in the hopes that one day I'll be able to actually understand the games i play :-)!

I ordered a Candy Pink DS (was not for sale in the UK) with Zookeeper for my girlfriend and I wanted it here before her birthday. It was not only delivered in three days, but the packing was pristine, concise (included a simple sheet on setting the language) and discreet AND I didn't have to pay ANY DUTY!! I've been a troublesome customer, always asking the Lik-Sang staff to help me with my order every day as I had a indecisive mind, I didn't want to seperate my orders and waste more money on the shipping, so I kept adding stuff as there was no feature such as combining orders, I had to email Lik-Sang staffs to add some items, and I emailed over 3 times and I'm surprised that they aren't getting impatient at this. I'm very satisfied with the order and the shipment as it arrived within a day. I love their service and will continue to purchase from Lik-Sang! ^^

Superb service. Due to short supply here (UK) I orderd a PSP on Sunday night and it was here well packaged (and with a few extras),on Wedensday morning in the UK. I order online a lot and things shipped from home normally take about a week so I was delighted to get it so quickly.It was shipped with UPS and from Monday I had online tracking. I was happy with the shipping price for such a good service. After import tax I worked out at about the same cost as in the uk shops ( where as I mentioned din`t have any) and is some cases less and as it was for my sons Chrismas I was more than happy.  
 
I will definetly order from Lik Sang again. I am so very happy with every aspect of my first odrer.

This is one of the only online stores I know I can always count on for my import gaming/product orders and Lik Sang has never disappointed me since day one of being their customer. Truly outstanding customer service and a marvelous selection of fine imports to choose from. It's like Christmas morning everytime I receive something in the mail from them. I made my first 'import' purchase from Lik-Sang in November, I had seveal queries about customs and stuff and found them really helpful...  
 
The items shipped and delivered ahead of time which was nice, but the most reassuring thing was that I was able to email somone that actually reponded quickly and helpfully....  
 
Not sure how politically correct this is, but from my point of view, considering I am in the UK and I was purchasing from Hong Kong, someone who had a perfect grasp of english. It was very reassuring.

Je viens de commnder une console sur LikSang pour la première fois, une PSP Ceramic White, qui est arrivé chez moi en France en moins de trois jours, dans un colis très bien emballé avec un petit cadeau qui m'a fait bien plaisir et aussi un grand merci de m'avoir fourni l'adaptateur secteur français pour la recharger, Lik-Sang offre un service excellent, avec des prix très compétitif, je suis un client heureux, cela faisait quelques temps que j’étais client chez eux, et je pense le rester pour longtemps !! ordered my sony PSP and metal gear acid on the 17th of july and it arrived at my place on the 26th of july. much quicker then i had expected and it was in excellent condition. Very happy with their service.

Ordered a Japanese game through Lik-Sang on September 1st, and has not received anything by October 4th. The game was to have been shipped via a free "Global Priority" service, the specifics of which are NOT detailed on their site. When asked about the package, representatives send a form letter about how they will submit an inquiry with the shipping company (again, not specifying which company they use). "Investigations" takes up to 8 weeks and they will not send a replacement until results come in from the investigation. As such, I will have to wait 3 months for a game that I paid for in advance.
