I've been a troublesome customer, always asking the Lik-Sang staff to help me with my order every day as I had a indecisive mind, I didn't want to seperate my orders and waste more money on the shipping, so I kept adding stuff as there was no feature such as combining orders, I had to email Lik-Sang staffs to add some items, and I emailed over 3 times and I'm surprised that they aren't getting impatient at this. I'm very satisfied with the order and the shipment as it arrived within a day. I love their service and will continue to purchase from Lik-Sang! ^^

This is one of the only online stores I know I can always count on for my import gaming/product orders and Lik Sang has never disappointed me since day one of being their customer. Truly outstanding customer service and a marvelous selection of fine imports to choose from. It's like Christmas morning everytime I receive something in the mail from them. I wish I could say the same thing for other online retailers. Keep up the fantastic work, Lik Sang! Thank you!

I made my first 'import' purchase from Lik-Sang in November, I had seveal queries about customs and stuff and found them really helpful...
The items shipped and delivered ahead of time which was nice, but the most reassuring thing was that I was able to email somone that actually reponded quickly and helpfully....
Not sure how politically correct this is, but from my point of view, considering I am in the UK and I was purchasing from Hong Kong, someone who had a perfect grasp of english. It was very reassuring.

Ordered a Japanese game through Lik-Sang on September 1st, and has not received anything by October 4th. The game was to have been shipped via a free "Global Priority" service, the specifics of which are NOT detailed on their site. When asked about the package, representatives send a form letter about how they will submit an inquiry with the shipping company (again, not specifying which company they use). "Investigations" takes up to 8 weeks and they will not send a replacement until results come in from the investigation. As such, I will have to wait 3 months for a game that I paid for in advance.

I was looking for a Composite to VGA adapter on Google and came across Lik-Sang.com. The site had a number of adapters listed and after doing some research I decided to go with them, mostly due to the price.
I placed an order, but then realized that I ordered the wrong item. I was unable to cancel the order and the "agreement" page said that items can only be returned if they are defective.
Because the above was my fault - I was stupid for not paying attention - I decided to bite the bullet and order the correct item.
The next day I got an email from Lik-Sang support saying that they noticed that I ordered two similar items and wondered whether I made mistake and wanted to cancel one of the orders. I emailed back asking to cancel the first order and received a full refund on the same day!!
The item arrived within a few days. It was well packaged and exactly as described.
Overall, I am pleased with this transaction.

I decided to buy the following:
1 x SmartJoy FRAG (Keyboard and Mouse Adapter)US$28.90
1 x Shipping and Handling (Global Priority)US$6.00
Total: US$34.90
Now, the Global Priority specifically states that there is NO BROKERAGE FEE. I waited the 2-4 weeks rather then spending a bit more for a quick shipping option in order to save on brokerage. I received the package about 2.5 weeks later, and there is $5 brokerage fees. I contacted Lik-Sang 7 times so far to obtain a $5 credit to my card, and they admit that they are wrong, and offered me some XBOX to PC adapter to connect controllers which I do not need.
These guys are pretty scummy, screwing me over for $5, and offering me useless crap I will have to pay more brokerage and duty on. THEY LIED IN THEIR STATEMENTS, AND ARE UNWILLING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR IT, OR CHANGE THEIR STATEMENTS. I would not have bought had I known this. I cannot believe companies like this would piss customers off over $5. POOR SERVICE, does not listen to customer needs, and slow email support (over 2 days). I will never shop here again, and it is all over $5, and poor service. LIARS.

This company has the worst customer service and bussiness power. I mean verification alone of your credit card might actually take you 2 weeks to get finish and the way they verify your credit card might scare you (send a photocopy of your credit card front and back on a piece of paper w/ your signature!!!!) and SEND IT by mail or EMAIL! It's pretty ridiculous! After verification was done, processing of a preorder is poor! What I mean by this is that since I took a long time on my verification I had to wait for my items to get in while other customers who have preordered something from them has already got they're shipped because they were previous customers! I can't believe a company cannot even uphold a customer's preorders, THIS IS JUST BAD BUSINESS!!! And other customers have noted the same things!

Item Prices were good but shipping was a ripoff. and was 70% of the 2 Items cost.
Also the item took 3 weeks to arrive, from now on i'm sticking to Play-asia (Link http://www.play-asia.com/SOap-23-83-6vh-84-.html )
