Ordered a Japanese game through Lik-Sang on September 1st, and has not received anything by October 4th. The game was to have been shipped via a free "Global Priority" service, the specifics of which are NOT detailed on their site. When asked about the package, representatives send a form letter about how they will submit an inquiry with the shipping company (again, not specifying which company they use). "Investigations" takes up to 8 weeks and they will not send a replacement until results come in from the investigation. As such, I will have to wait 3 months for a game that I paid for in advance.

Do not buy wholesale from Lik-Sang, they have recently begun to dissalow the use of their trademarked "Smartjoy" name.
This means you can buy their products wholesale and spend thousands of dollars to do so but cannot use the term Smartjoy in any of your advertisements of such products, which I imagine would include eBay sales, and any website advertisement programs such as Google Adwords.
The best selling point of these items is the fact that people know the Smartjoy name and search using that name, however if you cannot use the Smartjoy trademark customers won't be able to find the products you are trying to sell.

I decided to buy the following:
1 x SmartJoy FRAG (Keyboard and Mouse Adapter)US$28.90
1 x Shipping and Handling (Global Priority)US$6.00
Total: US$34.90
Now, the Global Priority specifically states that there is NO BROKERAGE FEE. I waited the 2-4 weeks rather then spending a bit more for a quick shipping option in order to save on brokerage. I received the package about 2.5 weeks later, and there is $5 brokerage fees. I contacted Lik-Sang 7 times so far to obtain a $5 credit to my card, and they admit that they are wrong, and offered me some XBOX to PC adapter to connect controllers which I do not need.
These guys are pretty scummy, screwing me over for $5, and offering me useless crap I will have to pay more brokerage and duty on. THEY LIED IN THEIR STATEMENTS, AND ARE UNWILLING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR IT, OR CHANGE THEIR STATEMENTS. I would not have bought had I known this. I cannot believe companies like this would piss customers off over $5. POOR SERVICE, does not listen to customer needs, and slow email support (over 2 days). I will never shop here again, and it is all over $5, and poor service. LIARS.

This company has the worst customer service and bussiness power. I mean verification alone of your credit card might actually take you 2 weeks to get finish and the way they verify your credit card might scare you (send a photocopy of your credit card front and back on a piece of paper w/ your signature!!!!) and SEND IT by mail or EMAIL! It's pretty ridiculous! After verification was done, processing of a preorder is poor! What I mean by this is that since I took a long time on my verification I had to wait for my items to get in while other customers who have preordered something from them has already got they're shipped because they were previous customers! I can't believe a company cannot even uphold a customer's preorders, THIS IS JUST BAD BUSINESS!!! And other customers have noted the same things!

My order was shipped out monday morning their time, and was here Wednesday in NY. Problem was they didn't ship me anything I ordered!! I my order came out to $265 and I got a $50 controller, which was not in my order.
I immediately emailed them, no response. Sent two more so far, still no response.
I will be filing a complaint with PayPal if I do not hear from them by Monday evening EST. If you're shipping something to the other side of the world you'd think you'd take a quick look and make sure you sent the right thing.
What I'm looking at is I'll be out $$ for shipping this crap back. They better give me a refund as I have no desire to wait a month+ for something I paid extra to get quickly.
Don't even bother doing business with them. Find someone closer even if it costs more/takes longer, not worth the hassle and disappointment.

I bought a XBOX VGA box from them. Paid $50 for the box and $20 for ups shipping. Package arrived fast, but item was defective. Now I have pay to ship this thing back to Asia and have then send me another one. This will take about 1 month. I would stay away from them next time because these are cheap products and are often defective. Try to buy this stuff from a dealer in the USA so you can send them back easier.

I ordered a replacement AC Adapter for my gamecube that would work for mt US gamecube in Europe. I was told this product was in stock, and would be shipped immediatly. When I had not recieved an email confirming shipment 3 days later, I emailed them. They replied saying "Your product will be shipped later today." After 3 more days, I tried emailing again, and was never responded to. And since then, I have not been responded to. My credit Card was Charged on the dya of the order. It is now two weeks after I purched the product, yet I still have not recieved an email saying it will be delivered, much less my product. I am very disappointed in this company and their customer service policies.

I ordered a ps2 system from them.
The first thing they wanted from me was a copy of the front and back of my credit card.
I did not feel good about sending them this. They also said if they did not receive a reply with in 5 days my order would "time out" and my credit card would NOT be billed.
I didn't reply, and brought a ps2 somewhere else.
Then, I went on vacation for a week and when I got back. I had an email from Lin-sang stating my order was send out. I replied back to stop the order before it left the country, but they said it was too late.
I called my credit card company and told them about it and they are working on it.
Here is what lin-sang is going to try next. He will what to bill me for shipping to and from his company 69.00 x 2 = $138.00 plus, relevant charges of import duties. What ever that is.
I when back and read their TERM OF SALE. It states if you order from them they do not make any of the products so if it does not work. They will not not make representations or warranties of any kind in relation to the item.
Here is a copy of the email they send me.
Dear Mark,
I am sorry for the confusion. As mentioned in our email, we will wait for
either a reply from you or from your bank. Although we did not receive your
reply, we have finally received a confirmation from your bank, so your order
has been activated on July 30 and was sent out on July 31.
We have received your previous email on August 2, however, because order has
been shipped out, we are unable to cancel it at this stage.
If you do not want to accept the shipment, we can arrange to give you a
refund partially. Please let me explain that if consignee does not accept a
shipment, we still have to pay for the shipping cost and relevant charges of
import duties. Apart from that, we also need to pay for the cost of
returning the parcel back to Hong Kong. So, we can give you a refund after
deducting the shipping cost(including the cost of sending it out and getting
it back) plus relevant charges of import duties.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience caused.
Please kindly advise the arrangement you would prefer by clicking on the
"reply" button. Thank you.
With kind regards,
Ada Li

Their site is slow and their shipping rates are extremely high (understandable since they're in Hong Kong). If you live in the US, don't go with these guys unless you can't find what you need anywhere else. You'll either end up paying alot on shipping, or waiting a really long time (or both). What's more, when you choose their cheapest shipping which they simply call "GLOBAL_PRIORITY", they give you a tracking number that is entirely bogus. They don't tell you what company they're using to ship, the number doesn't work in any online site i've tried, and the on-site tracking they promise doesn't exist. Lying to customers is NOT GOOD PRACTICE. Like i said, unless you can't find it elsewhere, stay completely away from this company.

Item Prices were good but shipping was a ripoff. and was 70% of the 2 Items cost.
Also the item took 3 weeks to arrive, from now on i'm sticking to Play-asia (Link http://www.play-asia.com/SOap-23-83-6vh-84-.html )

I pre-ordered a Flash Advance Xtreme 512M Ready To Go Set from Lik-Sang and they promised it would be in stock the following week. Unfortunately, the manufacturer decided to delay it for a month. It's not Lik-Sang's fault directly, but they failed to give its customers enough information or an explanation about what was going on! Not only that, they charge your credit card before the product is in stock! I emailed inquiries about the product, and they replied in a patronizing way, often failing to address the major issues. Anyway, after four weeks of waiting, my order finally shipped. It took four days on EMS (quick, but VERY expensive, I paid $22 to ship something that weighs less than a pound). All in all, pre-orders SUCK at Lik-Sang, but if you're getting something that's in stock and you can't find it anywhere else, Lik-Sang is the best place to go.

Merchandise was delivered 10 business days after ordering. Pretty good since it was to the East Coast. The afterburner for the GBA was good, but the rechargeable batteries are not what's stated on the website. It was a $8 lost but still kind peeved. Overall happy with merchandise.

Lik sang is a good all around good retailer. They have many import Japan video game goods to sell. I've ordered many things from them with much satisfaction. I've ordered a GBASP from them the on the 3/15 in fact. Though thier prices are a bit high, they are a good retailer
