I had heard a great deal of praise for Lik-Sang from other game importers, but still felt edgy about ordering from overseas. When I had to do it for a hard to obtain game, I bit the bullet and decided to go with the reputation of Lik-Sang versus the random nature of eBay.  
 
I could not have been more impressed. Very fast order fulfilment, and shipping was as expected for airmail (and free too!). The game was packed well in a larger sized box in order to protect it from damage, and the sealed game arrived in perfect mint condition.  
 
I am very happy with the service received and would not have any hesitation in recommending them to others. Much better than risking it on eBay IMHO. Thanks Lik-Sang!

My very first experience with internet shopping was with Lik-sang. I was very doubtful and worried, I had never bought anything online before and feared a fraud.  
 
Thankfully, Lik-sang was very professional and trustworthy :). The transition went very smoothly, all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and the item was quickly delivered to my place (in Italy), in perfect conditions and with cheap shipping to boot.

I had 3 purchases until now from Lik-Sang. Their service is great: fast and friendly answers to all of your questions and fast and secure shipment (shipping is also very cheap, you can choose from many options and standard shipment is even for free most of the time!).  
 
Therefore I would like to recommend Lik-Sang to everyone who wants to import some games.  
 
Another important note: "what you see is what you get!". I always pay with credit card, and the price you see on screen is the price you'll pay! If you pay in Euro it can vary for maybe 2-3% but that's due to the currency and has got nothing to do with Lik-Sang.

I found this wonderful site surfing the web,and i'm very happy to be a new customer.In Lik-Sang you'll find a lot of stuff,collectibles,game goodies about the most popular game systems.I bought a NTSC Dreamcast console (obviously very hard to find in my country) with stepdown converter and other rare related item,never seen before in other sites.I want to reccomend Lik-Sang to all hardcore and casual gamers.Moreover,there is an european section in the site where is possible to buy several item without to pay too much duty taxes...Great!

Great Store! Great Prices and Great Overall prices!!! I ordered a NDS Lite with Screen Protector to Mexico City. I only suggest to ALL people in Mexico not to pick DHL as your courier option. Their incompetence made my shopping experience a frustrating one. Lik-Sang is the store to go for shopping Imports!!!!

At first, I was kind of wary because I had heard Lik-Sang had been shut down, but no, they're definately still alive and kicking! I ordered a nintendo DS lite (along with case and screen protection) on friday, April 21st, and got it on Monday, April 24th. I used to work for UPS and know that that is extremely good time for coming from Hong Kong. Oh! And no, I did not have to pay an import duty for anyone who cares. (I'm in the USA)

The first parcel with my order was lost (don't know where - custom service or mail), Lik Sang kindly sent me the replacement one and it arrives 12 days later. Great service, great shop.

LIK SANG IS ONE OF THE FEW GAMING INDUSTRIES THAT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AND DON'T CARE ONLY FOR THE PROFIT. IN OTHER WORDS IT IS THE PERFECT ONLINE GAMING STORE.

I pre-ordered Animal Crossing: WW for the NDS in a hope that it would arrive for Christmas as it was a present. The item was shipped from Lik-Sang as I would expect but it seemed to take longer than usual deliveries from them take. Taking into consideration the Xmas post I gave it a little longer before contacting Lik-Sang about my concerns.  
 
A gentleman by the name of David answered my e-mail in a very professional manner, and we aggreed to give it a little longer while the matter was reported to the shipping company. After about another week I was asked if the parcel had turned up but unfortunalty it hadn't.  
 
David came up with a solution to the problem, which basically was they would send another copy of the game if the original order did not get delivered by the end of the week.  
 
Sure to their word, Lik-Sang sent another copy of the game that arrived safley.  
 
I have had one really bad experience from a company called IMPORT MADNESS (www.importmadness.com) - WARNING: NEVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY NEVER SENT MY ORDER AND DIDN'T REPLY TO MY E-MAILS EITHER. NO REFUND - THEY KEPT MY MONEY!  
 
But because of the way Lik-Sang handled this whole situation they restored my faith in internet shopping.  
 
I am one customer that will be with Lik-Sang for life, and i wholeheartedly recommend you try them now!

I've been buying from Lik-Sang for around 5 years now, they've always been fantastic, and it is with total confidence that I use them for most of my importing wants/needs :) It's not just me either, quite a few of my friends swear by them too...in fact, some of them even made a point of visiting Lik-Sang in person when they visited Hong Kong, just to get photos :)  
 
Case in point regarding how good they are; they went above and beyond and went hunting through their warehouse to help me get a special figureine from their random selection (it was part of a set). They didn't need to do that, but I recieved helpful, timely, and courtious customer support that succeeded in getting my friend a present I think he'll just love when his birthday comes around.  
 
I cannot express how grateful I am to the company for hunting down some of the last stocks of this figure; I couldn't find it anywhere else on the internet.

I am an international customer, currently residing in the middle east, and would like leave a few words of praise for Lik-sang.com's customer support, as i feel they deserve it. I recently placed a pre-order for a gaming console, and faced some payment complications (in my own fault), and needed to make changes to my order. Lik-sangs's customer support was incredibly fast, proffesional, and kind, through-out the whole incident (14 emails, back and forth). I have placed many international orders in the past, and yet this is the first time i have seen this level of devotion.
