I received a spam from this company with some incredible prices. I should have known better at that time. On April 8th, I ordered from printpal.com 2 black cartridges, 1 cyan, 1 magenta, and 1 yellow for my Xerox Docuprint M750. The price was excellent. It was like $32 I think for everything (compared to $27 just for black cartride @ Staples).
On April 16th, I was wondering why my cartridges hadn't yet arrived, so I emailed support@printpal.com. You can't actually check your order status at their web site. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY EMAIL.
April 17th my cartridges arrived. The box was post-marked April 15th. To top it all off, my yellow cartridge wasn't in the box - I was however billed for it.
So April 18th I both called and emailed the company regarding my missing cartridge. Later that day, I *DID* receive an email from someone named Ashley at printpal. She said it would take an additional 48 hours to process before they could actually ship the missing cartridge.
So I have to way two days before it actually ships, and who knows how long it will be before I actually get damn thing.
I'm still waiting. It's a Friday, and those 48 hours don't include weekends, so hopefully my cartridge will be mailed out by next Wednesday.
UPDATE!!! APRIL 25! Today I *FINALLY* received my yellow print cartridge. One week after my original shipment arrived. Oh yeah, BTW, in case anybody is thinking "well, shipping time and all" - This company is about 20 miles away from me. Yep. They won't be getting another order from me.
