we just opened our recycled b/w cartridge. was  
very impressed with the professional package, was  
as good or better than the original. there was no  
mess or fuss. can't tell any difference in quality from the the original. thank you. we'll be back! also, the delivery was much, much faster than anticipated.

I ordered 2 ink cartridges form these people like months ago. I have sent them 3 emails. The first two they just said the same thing.."we sent this product out already". The last and most recent email I sent them they just did not reply. I am going to call them when I get the chance and demand my shit I payed for.  
 
Do not order form printpal.com. They have the worst organozation and you will never get what you ordered.

This company makes it nearly impossible to return  
defective products. Had an inkjet cartridge that did not work, since I did not have the "original" box it was sent in, they would not refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Despite the negative postings, I believe the word of mouth above all else. My boss had used PrintPal in the past and is a loyal customer. Now, I will be one as well.  
Ordered a two pack of 45's for my HP712 (recycled) and an OEM 57 for my Photosmart 7350. Both cartridges work flawlessly.  
I placed the order on September 2nd 2003. I got them today at lunch.  
 
I recommend PrintPal Highly.

Extremely Satisfied with the service so far. I havent had a chance to use the cartridges but hey, for 15 bucks plus free shipping, why not give it a try.  
 
Ordered on the 15th and they arrived on the 21st. Can't ask for anymore than that with free shipping.

I received a spam from this company with some incredible prices. I should have known better at that time. On April 8th, I ordered from printpal.com 2 black cartridges, 1 cyan, 1 magenta, and 1 yellow for my Xerox Docuprint M750. The price was excellent. It was like $32 I think for everything (compared to $27 just for black cartride @ Staples).  
 
On April 16th, I was wondering why my cartridges hadn't yet arrived, so I emailed support@printpal.com. You can't actually check your order status at their web site. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY EMAIL.  
 
April 17th my cartridges arrived. The box was post-marked April 15th. To top it all off, my yellow cartridge wasn't in the box - I was however billed for it.  
 
So April 18th I both called and emailed the company regarding my missing cartridge. Later that day, I *DID* receive an email from someone named Ashley at printpal. She said it would take an additional 48 hours to process before they could actually ship the missing cartridge.  
 
So I have to way two days before it actually ships, and who knows how long it will be before I actually get damn thing.  
 
I'm still waiting. It's a Friday, and those 48 hours don't include weekends, so hopefully my cartridge will be mailed out by next Wednesday.  
 
UPDATE!!! APRIL 25! Today I *FINALLY* received my yellow print cartridge. One week after my original shipment arrived. Oh yeah, BTW, in case anybody is thinking "well, shipping time and all" - This company is about 20 miles away from me. Yep. They won't be getting another order from me.

Totally disappointed. Used cartridge for 2 weeks , now won't print anything but red.E-mailed company , recieved NO response. Live and learn,wish I would have known about this site before ordering.

Ordered three replacement black ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet printer. Two of the cartridges don't work: one doesn't print and the other causes a "check cartridge" error on the printer. Have sent two emails to support@printpal.com requesting a replacement or partial refund. They have not responded.

Very poor quality product. No response from tech support via e-mail.Phone busy after 25 attemots to contact.Product blocked up my printer ports.

I got an ad from them in my email, saw VERY low prices on generic cartriges, so I took the chance. I looked on this site first and saw some poor comments, but figured I'd risk the 15 bucks. It took a while, but the cartriges came on or around the 19th. I bought a color and black cartrige for a Canon BJC-2010. I only needed the black so far, and I haven't had any problems.

credit card was charged on the 9th  
had to send email to find out status, email response said ink cartridges shipped on the 15th with a delivery of 4 to 10 days. However the web page says 4 to 6 days.  
Still do not have the cartidges, but have monthly credit card bill with their charges.

Fast delivery, excellent price on HP 932C Injket cartridges (2 black, 1 color). It'll be a while before I actually need to install/use them but the order was filled fast and arrived in good condition.  

Ordered a black and a color cartridge for my Epson 785EPX. The items arrived in about 4 days. Their price is cheap and the quality is acceptable. It's ok to print regular stuff but not photos. The quality is just not comparable to the original Epson. I tried different settings and still got the same mediocre results when I print photos. Too grainy. I would recommend only for regular paper prints and not photo.

Great seller, fast shipment, good quality packing materials and great price! I dont understand why their rating is so low.
