First time buyer at pcsupplysource. What a pleasant surprise. Decided to buy a PC case here because the product price plus shipping was better than in the famous NewEgg. Called support to clarify some technical details and talked to a very polite and knowledgable representative. Merchandise was delivered next day although I chose the basic shipping option! It is amasing even though a live in the same metropolitan area.  
The product met my expectations. Will buy here again.

I got a very good price on the LVW5005 and the initial delivery was fast. However, the unit had a problem (the buttons on the unit itself did not work) and I had to return the unit. It took them 2 and on-half weeks (after they received the unit) to plug it into an outlet, push a button, and determine that the unit did not work. Also I'm not sure why it is my responsibility to pay for return shipment.  
 
The second LVW5005 I received (three weeks later) is working well.

I ordered a Powercolor 9800se 128mb, 256-bit card from them, recieved a 128-bit card, not what was advertised, or shown on the website the day I recieved it, and not what I wanted. I was told I would probably have to pay to ship it back, even though they are at fault.submitted RMA request, no answer as of yet. will follow up.  
 
Update: I sent back the package, they recived it on 2/7/05, it is now 2/14/05 and I have heard NOTHING from them, my money has not been refunded still. Weeks have gone by, and still no cutomer service. I am being charged interest for their non-existent customer service. Customer service means before, during, and AFTER a sale. *WARNING* buyer beware.

SO far so good, I haven't recieved the product yet.

So far this is a great company. I ordered an ethernet adapter for my thinkpad. The price was good including the shipping. I received my item in lighting fast time and item was exactly as described. It was packaged well and delivered in excellent condition. I would definately buy from this company again. A++++
