Placed an order, got an immediate confirmation e-mail. Early the next day (3/5) got an e-mail saying it was pending shipment. Nothing since. I e-mailed support 3 times and still no word on whether it shipped or not.  
 
I'll shop elsewhere next time.

I am extremely satisfied with these lights. They really light up the case and the sound reactivity works perfectly. Be warned though, each sound module has a sensitivity control and on off switch that takes up one pci slot so if you don't have any room you will have to figure out how to rig it where you want it. Also, the lights do not come with any mountings of any kind so you will have to figure out how to do that yourself. I used velcro and it works great.

Very Fast Shipment and Excellent Communication. Fans arrived packaged well. Will buy again from them in the future. Everyone needs to support these guys because they service their customer. Check out their Reseller Ratings! Not many companies in the US doing that anymore. Keep up the good work XOxide!

I am pleased with the way this order was taken care of. I did pay extra for 2 day delivery, and it took longer than expected, but we were also in the holiday season, and they did call me and let me know. I thought that was very nice of them to do so.

Ordered 4 LED fans and a Programmable LED Flash 80mm fan. Somehow I got the 4 LED fans, but an 120 Programmable LED Fan. Emailed to sales rep and got a RMA. Order came quickly and is much appreciated. All LED fans or happily working in computer cases. Nothing to be disappointed about.

Xoxide is a great place to buy computer items. I am a system builder and I order fans, cold cathode lights, etc. from them and they always have a good selection, decent pricing, sale specials and reasonable shipping charges. They also process orders quickly and ship right away.

I purchased a Logisys lighted keyboard and I'm happy with it but some of the function keys don't work. For example the box it came in says it has a sleep key but it doesn't, the media player keys don't work,etc. I was informed of these useless keys after contacting logisys about them. The keyboard is fine but you don't get all the of functions that it is advertised to have.

I ordered the Hiper Osiris case from Xoxide and the whole process went very smoothly. I ordered on a Saturday using a coupon code in their email newsletter, they shipped Monday, and I got my order on Friday, which is expected considering the package has to go across the country from the east coast to the west coast.  
 
My previous experiences with them have been smooth as well and I expect I will shop with them again in the future.

Xoxide.com has some of the coolest little things that you can't find unless you search really freaking hard, like the mini fridge cooler, usb humping dog and just alot of little things that just make computing fun. I recently ordered a fan controller, and with it my case doens't sound like its trying to fly away anymore. xoxide you rock.

The tracking number that I received for my order didn't pull up the correct delivery status, and when I called about it, they didn't seem to care too much. But in the end, the item was shipped quickly and arrived quickly, so all is well.
