Ordered a Thermaltake BigWater 760i from these folks on Friday after they had closed. My old Thermaltake pumped wasn't working. During the course of the weekend I got the pump to work and so no longer needed the new kit.  
 
I called xoxide at 10am SHARP (their opening time) and was told the item had "shipped". Now they were closed the entire time, so I can only assume they have elves working on the weekends.  
 
Now I will have to return the item and pay their 15% "restocking" fee for an unopened box!  
 
Another company scamming the customer for a few bucks! You've been warned.!

I paid for expedited shipping but my order was shipped standard ground instead. Did not receive a refund for the difference, the CSR told me that what I was paying for was "expedited handling" and essentially that if I had paid for ground they would have held the package one day just because. What a crock. Never ordering from there again.

Placed an order, got an immediate confirmation e-mail. Early the next day (3/5) got an e-mail saying it was pending shipment. Nothing since. I e-mailed support 3 times and still no word on whether it shipped or not.  
 
I'll shop elsewhere next time.

I would like to take a moment to warn everyone considering purchasing anything from this company. I made an online purchase and was NOT GIVEN AN ORDER NUMBER. I imagine that it is so they can say I never ordered from them before. I ordered 8 items and was given a total, a hefty shipping charge, and my bank account was charged. They say they cant cancel on their webpage because they ship out in 30 minutes(like the dominos they just ordered with the stolen bank info). I will be contacting Yahoo to refund my money & if I dont hear from them within 24 hours I will be forced to take legal action. Avoid like the plague!

The order was simple: Two mounting adapters for Koolance waterblocks.  
 
Initially, the order was shipped next day and received after two business days. Unfortunately, both adapters were missing tension springs.  
A word of explanation - mounting a waterblock without tensions springs means a very high likelyhood that the CPU will be crushed. That's a bad thing.  
 
After reading the other reviews here, I decided to not even attempt Email contact with this reseller. So, I called them the next day. Their shipping department contact Herman confirmed that none of the adapters in stock had mounting springs. He offered me either a full refund, or asked me to wait about two weeks for the springs to be shipped from Koolance. I chose the latter.  
 
I called back three weeks later to follow up, and was asked to call back later that week. Finally, one month after the original problem was reported, without receiving any responses by the reseller, I called again.  
 
This time I was told that I would receive a call back the next day. I asked Rich at Xoxide if he could check with the warehouse, to verify that the tension springs were included, just in case, but didn't receive an answer whether or not he would do that.  
 
Since Xoxide didn't send an Email or call back, I did the next day: I was told by Rich that a replacement order was sent the previous day, and that I should have received a confirmation Email - which I didn't. Rich went on to say that he was having problems with the automatic Email confirmation system and would have another Email sent.  
 
One day later, I did receive a confirmation Email - that an order shipped that same day. That meant what Rich said wasn't true.  
 
I received the package within two business days, as expected, but there were two problems. Only one adapter was shipped, and it was also missing the tension springs, so I called back again.  
 
Rich in shipping provided two RMA #s to send the incomplete adapter sets back. Rich also gave a different address to send the items back to than was was in the Emailed RMA confirmations. Since Xoxide is near where I live (NJ -> PA), I decided to drop off the package in person at the address that was given over the phone. It turns out that Xoxide planned on moving into that space, but did not yet have a physical presence there. If the package had been shipped to the new address, it would have never been received. Thanks to the technical miracle that is GPS navigation, I wound up hand-delivering the incomplete brackets to the reseller's Malvern Pennsylvania address. This was on November 30th, 2007.  
 
But, only after three calls and a threat to dispute the charges with my credit card company was my credit card refunded - on January 3rd, 2008! Because of the lack of communication, verbal address being wrong, taking over a month to refund my credit card, and the inability to resolve the problem, I would not purchase again from this reseller. Like others here, I had purchased items from Xoxide in the past, and they were fine. I feel that something changed in the company in the last eight months for the worse, and it does not appear to be getting better.

Ordered 5 energy drinks on 8/24/07.recived the packaged and the cans had come out of their bubble wrap and had hit together causing damaged and leaking.Contacted customer service and have yet to get any response. I'll never do business with Xoxide.com again.

Did not receive package until almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. I was also sent the wrong fan duct with my heatsink order and called them. The first guy was nice and said he would check into getting me the correct duct and would give me a call in a few hours, but no call. Called the next day, another guy told me that they called the heatsink company and said that I had received the correct one even though it states on their website that there are two versions. I tried to ask the guy to kindly go to the website and see for himself but he rudely refused stating that he was too busy to do so. In the end, a representative of the heatsink company was nice enough to deal with this as Xoxide.com had not been. If you need to talk to them, don't even consider emailing them. Call them. You'll never get a response via email. Overall, I am happy I finally received my order in the end, but are very disappointed with their customer service.

Do Not Buy from this retailer! I returned an item that they told me to refuse on shipping. Then they charge me a restocking fee and told me my money would be refunded in 24hrs (what was left of it). When it wasn't refunded i called them and they said they were keeping my money for 2 weeks. And then hung up on me. Lousy customer service and I still have not got my money refunded. I returned the item unopened in 2 days!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIPOFFS!

First purchase from Xoxide and they sent an item that was different than advertised so I could not use it. They never responded to my email. I ended up ordering the same item from NewEgg for a little more money but I got exactly what I wanted. Xoxide are off my shopping list.

Good prices, lousey shipping. First order was about one or two months ago and took over a week to receive with regular shipping. On my recent order, I selected Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping and still took a week to receive. Also, they won't back their guarantee and I am out some cash. I absolutely will not order from them again.

Be aware!!! If you buy CPU cooler from Xoxide and it turned out to be a defective one, then you are on your own. These guys didn't even reply my email asking only about the manufacture contact info when the Tuniq T-120 CPU cooler purchased from them is defective. Very irresponsible seller.

I did this order yesterday at 3PM CST (3:07 specifically). I also have the confirmation email that says that same thing. Since this place is EST that equals 4:07.  
I also upgraded to 2nd day guaranteed delivery. So that means I would be expecting this tomorrow. Well since I never got a shipping update yesterday I check again today and still do not have one. So I decide to call and see what is up.  
 
I come to find out that they claim the order was not made until 5 PM EST, My confirmation email says different. And that since I made the order so late that it would not have been shipped same day anyway. This is different than the representative said when I called to confirm that it would ship the same day.  
When I asked has it been shipped or not they could not confirm either way but said it was likely it has already left. When I pressed the issue they got rude.  
 
I said well I want to know it has been shipped or not cause I want to cancel the order.  
When I said that he said without hesitation that it has already shipped. I then asked him to call UPS and have the package rerouted back to them and they said that if I called UPS to reroute or refused the package in anyway they would charge me 20% restocking fee if they got the package back.

Where do I start?  
 
Ah, yes. On 9/7/06, I placed an order to Xoxide. A case, heatsink, and a few other bits and pieces. Then, on the 11th, I placed another order (as I was going to build a computer for my friend) to the same company.. unaware of the troubles I would have.  
 
On the 12th, I recieved an e-mail from "Herman@xoxide.com" (which would become my least favorite person in the company) stating that a retention bracket for the heat sink was out of stock. When ordering, I saw the bracket as an option and said "Hell, it's only a couple of bucks, I'll just order it in case I need it." Some research upon recieving the e-mail and I didn't need it in the first place. Whoops, my bad. "Okay," I thought, "I'll just go with their suggestion and cancel that part and have everything else sent." I left town for a week, expecting everything to arrive when I came back.  
 
Nope, nothing. I just found a cryptic e-mail saying that I'd been issued a credit for $4.89. Okay, that's just the retention bracket being cancelled. But where's the tracking e-mail?  
I called, they still hadn't shipped either of the orders, because I "hadn't replied to the e-mail" which is an obvious lie, because Herman himself replied to MY reply. I don't think I can fit in the other complaints I have with this company in any detail, but I have gone through a total of 19 e-mails about this-and-that going in or out of stock, despite everything being in-stock and ready to be sent when I ordered it, according to the customer service.  
 
Speaking of, their "Customer Service" has also been extremely rude in all but one case, in which I finally got ONE of the orders shipped, after being on hold for 10 minutes.  
 
It's been 26 days and one order's finally in transit. The other hasn't shipped. A heat sink and fan have also been dropped from the order, because the heat sink is now "out of stock and discontinued" and they informed me the box of fans from which mine would have come has been "lost".  
 
Overall, I would say Xoxide is the worst buying experience I've had on line, which is really saying something. I'll probably be back for another review when I recieve my packages and find something missing, damaged, or wrong.

I had been very pleased with Xoxide until this order. The Beverage cooler which was on sale for 29.99 was lowered to 19.99 right before reciept of my order. When I politley asked if they could give me a store credit of $10.00, I essentially was told NO! Basically, TOO BAD! Not in those words, but in a politically coreect way. None the less it all means the same thing. This is a principal issue, I had even stated that I was about to place another order, again none the less, they appear not to care. If this is how a small issue is handled, I hate to think of how a large issue would be dealt with. Again, it's the principal of the issue, not the $10.00. If a company does not value ALL of its customers, eventually it will not have customers. I had hoped that they would re-consider their decision, but as of this time, I have not had a follow up answer from their customer service department, therefore I must conclude, either a.) They only care if you spend large amounts & place large orderes, or b.) they are well off enough not to care about any of their customers. This conclusion is based on no follow up from them, in any form. If they have contacted me, and I have not gotten the message, and do eventually receive a positive answer, I will of course update this review.

Ordered Thermaltake case on Thurs May 4. I ordered from them because they said item was IN STOCK. They are located in PA (I in MD), so 1 Day delivery. I needed for customer on Tuesday, so figured they might not ship same day, but even if shipped Friday, it would still be here Monday.  
 
Case did not arrive by Tuesday. Called, they said they would email me a tracking number right away. I never got tracking #, I called back, by then they were closed. Called next day, now already a day late, and it wasn't until then they told me that they lied about being in stock, that they actually drop-ship item from direct from Thermaltake. Ok.. well 4 biz day delivery from CA, so should be here today, Wed right? Yes. Then 5:10pm they send me a tracking number (after they close so I can't call) showing they just shipped item then. (4 biz days, or 6 days after I order!) so scheduled delivery is now Tuesday, May 16th. 7 BUSINESS DAYS LATE (12 days to get my order) Do not order from these people if you expect to get your order in a timely fashion. In stock means maybe we'll drop ship it 4 or 5 days later - that is NOT IN STOCK!!
