Item 12150 Arrived damaged, but I am going to attempt to repair it on my own because I don't want to wait another month for returning the item, then receiving a replacement.  
 
I will no longer use Xoxide.com

A very pleasant experience. I noticed some one below had mentioned that there was new ownership and that he hoped their excellent service would continue. I fell this is absolutely true. I placed an order and on 1/29/2010 and received it this afternoon. I had a ton of questions that they answered promptly and accurately.

Order shipped promptly and pricing was excellent. Everything went smooth.

Have ordered from Xoxide before and received wonderful service and parts. Unfortunately, this last order has gone terribly wrong. Ordered parts again on Feb. 5, 2010. Suppose to take maximum of 1-2 weeks USPS or 5-7 days Fedex. Went on vacation in FL, came back and package still was here. Its now been two weeks. Called customer service but couldnt get anyone on phone. Emailed, same thing. Waited a few more days, called CS again and got someone on the line. At this point, they still hadn't shipped it. Didn't have a track no. assigned either. They jumped right on it and said it would take 3 days to arrive through Fedex. It has arrived at the Fedex facility but will be sitting there for 2 more days now. Called Fedex and they cannot release for a pickup either. Will have had the customer waiting on these parts for over 3 weeks. Next time will have to use a different company that ships UPS, who let you pick it up anytime here.  
 
Parts arrived protected nicely with plenty of foam. Parts work great. No problems at all. Will likely use Xoxide again in the future. Hoping this was a rare incident as orders get misplaced sometimes.

Xoxide had an uber sale where Xoxide was closing up shop and I was able to take advantage of buying a whole lot of stuff :). The shipping was fast. I made separate three orders, but one of the orders was totally canceled because Xoxide didn't have the product in stock. My 1st order went smoothly and I gotten everything. However, my 2nd order where I ordered several power supplies, I only received 1 and a note that I will be credited back for the ones that were not available. After a week, I was surprised to receive another package where Xoxide upgraded me the top of the line power-supply for the ones that weren't available at no cost. I am extremely pleased the extra mile that Xoxide went for me. However, Xoxide is now operated under new management. I can only hope that they will do a similar job in offering great service and selection. I can only say that the "last stand" during the sale from the previous management has done an excellent job.

Website design easy to navigate. shipping cost information provided for items in cart. competitively priced products. wide selection of products. timely commmunication of shipping confirmation and tracking information. would recommend to others.

High Quality products at great prices. A custom built computer is always better than a pre-manufactured. You get to choose all the components. Xoxide makes those sought after high quality components easy to find with good service. Very dependable.

good variety of items, good prices compared to similar stores, fast shipping, good packaging, great customer service, helpful reviews & product descriptions, GREAT user forums, VERY nice and easy to browse navigation. Easy to find what you're looking for.  
 
Fun site to browse, nice to be able to save a shopping cart, instead of fearing it being deleted from one day to the next.  
 
I find myself typing "xoxide.com" in my browser's address bar a few times a week, addictive! :-)

Ordered a Thermaltake BigWater 760i from these folks on Friday after they had closed. My old Thermaltake pumped wasn't working. During the course of the weekend I got the pump to work and so no longer needed the new kit.  
 
I called xoxide at 10am SHARP (their opening time) and was told the item had "shipped". Now they were closed the entire time, so I can only assume they have elves working on the weekends.  
 
Now I will have to return the item and pay their 15% "restocking" fee for an unopened box!  
 
Another company scamming the customer for a few bucks! You've been warned.!

Ordered a hard to find Hiper Osiris case from Xoxide.  
 
Price was good and decent reviews - so though I usa use other online seller pretty 100% of the time but they did not have it in stock - I decided to go with Xoxide.  
 
 
I ordered on a Wednesday very early - hoping it may get out that day - it didn't but no biggie - I read some reviews on here that said to not bother emailing and just call - so I did on Thursday evening - the customer guy was cool and said it went out that day. Excellent I said and then the next morning got the 'sent' message.  
 
I thought I had dodged the bullet and everything would be great but then I got the package - they sent the wrong case - I got the Anubis by the same company.  
 
They are similarly priced and about the same 'level' of quality but it was not what I order and I had had my hopes up. All of the paper work and shipping info said Osiris but I got the Anubis (definitely in the Anubis box - pretty big on the side so I'm sure the got who shipped it didn't look to close).  
 
I thought about calling and leaving a stink but to be honest I really don't feel like - it's a pain I don't want to deal with so I'm acceipting the disappointment and living with it.  
 
This has never happened to me with the other company and the shipping is quicker so I do not think I will use xoxide ever again. Too bad cause I buy a lot of stuff and was hoping I had found an alternate vendor I could trust.

Everything went smoothly. Oddly enough, two separate orders had a smaller shipping charge than one single order, but other than that everything was great. Everything was packaged well and arrived in working order. Will do business with again.

I have pruchased several items from Xoxide and am very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the delivery time. Will buy from again, also I have already started telling all my geek friends about Xoxide. Paul
