Very, very unsatisfied, the website listed the item as available but it wasn't, took them about a week to ship it, and only after i sent 3 messages asking for answers, waited couple of days and got it, plugged it in and it wouldn't work, went online and got an RMA number, shipped the item back and by 1/14/09 it was delivered. waited 3-4 business days to get an answer and nothing, sent an email and a left a message on the online service and nothing, on 1/27/09 I called them and finally got an answer the guy told me that they had received the item, ( i knew for a week) and told me he was going to put an order to send a replacement, 3 days latter i got it. (after sitting for more than a week on the returned item) I got to say that the reps are very nice but the system is really slow. thankfully the replacement drive works fine. overall I wouldn't recommend their services, far too slow and irresponsible.

Ordered a 32GB Runcore SSD for my Dell mini. It shipped the next day and it arrived with no problems. Using it as I type! I would definitely order from them again. (In fact, am already thinking about doing so.) Did not need a lot of communication, since everything was super quick.

I appreciate the service of MDD very much. The shipping was really fast and the hotline was very helpfully.

The delivery time was a bit long (article was marked as "available" in Ebay, but obviously out of stock). The service is friendly and helpful. Shipping is well organised - with the tracking number provided no problem.

Not happy with this company so far. I paid for Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping. They shipped my item via UPS Next Day Air. UPS delayed my item and now I am still waiting for it. Why did I bother to select a specific shipping method and pay for it? Glad I spent the extra bucks to get my item quickly. Never will use this company again.

I have sent back the defective part for RMA and I asked them the got it or not, the second mail the answered on Feb. 04 that the have sent a replacement to me. On Feb.12 i asked them again for a tracking number but until now NO answer.  
So i cant say i am a satisfied customer, I have already paid and I have nothing until now. My experience is, they have really a problem with communication

I ordered this item, 64 GB SSD for Dell Mini9 on 1/8/09. Item arrived 1/12/09 only 3 days after I had placed the order. Very fast shipping and great product.

until now no reaction, no order number, and also no reacton on 3 mails i have sent... in ebay they still try to sell things the dont have in stock, but the write the have it

I received no response to their Contact Us form, and was disappointed that I couldn't change my shipping method shortly after ordering. They have a very basic ordering system that needs to be improved. Otherwise my order was shipped out in a timely manner.

Initially didn't respond to a pre-sale question I had but I found the answer online anyway. I suppose it may have gone into my spam folder. Went ahead and ordered what I needed and they were promptly delivered. Overall good service and great products. Truly plug and play for my eee pc 901.

Excellent service all around. Very fast despatch of the item ordered, received very well packaged, and quick clearance through customs for delivery just two days after order in the UK. Recommended.
