I learned about this seller when my boyfriend in college suggested them to me. I lived in Syracuse at the time and and when I ordered the Canon camera batteries (the off brand) they arrived almost instantly! fast forward about 4 years. My batteries started to go and I order 2 additional ones. They actually upgraded my batteries because they got in a new shipment of ones that held a better charge.  
 
Fast forward another year, I ordered AA rechargeable batteries from them. I forgot to change my invoice info to match my new business, they changed it and emailed it to me without a problem.

Will never do business with this company again. Company ripped me off. Stole my money, and returned non of my messages. I ordered this product from them. It was sent to me defective so I sent it back, and heard nothing since. It is now April 21st and still nothing. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank and will be doing every means necessary to get my $132 back! I was a first time customer to this company, and I will never be a returning customer. Do not purchase from them. They are scam artists!

Great service! I bought an SD Memory card from MyDigitalDiscount then later it would not format. I called them they sent me an return form, I sent it back and they mailed me a brand new SD card at no charge to me.

I cancelled my order by mail & fax on 16th of March. Nevertheless, MDD shipped my products beginning of April and took money on my account.  
 
So far, no answer from my mails and faxes.  
 
I had to reject the package from Fedex and received my refund as soon as MDD received the package back.  
 
Then appart from the cancelled order being shipped, I am satisfied with this merchant.

I live in Brazil and, although MDD accepts international orders (thanks, MDD! ), the order completion is difficult because I have to be verified sending scanned documents, etc (not sure how safe and fast is that procedure)...I have paypal by I was afraid that MDD should only ship to my billing address in brazil while I needed to be shiped into an USA address...So I decided to ask my mother to buy it for me... It was very easy, since she lives in USA. The price of the ATP GPS PHOTO FINDER was the CHEAPEST in USA!!! Thanks, again, MDD. But I noticed, comparing with other buyers, that the website should be renewed in order to have better information to consumer right after placing the order, like TRACK ORDER, SEE ORDER buttons, etc... Also, the email we receive from MDD, in TXT format, although the compatibility and readability has a very ugly visual!  
If I would buy at MDD againd? DEFINITELY YES!!!

Professional photographer who needed a battery charger for a photo shoot March 28th. Was placing an online order March 25th for one battery charger. Was almost ready to place order and had selected 2nd day air shipping. I live in CA, time was 10:15am. Thought I had better call company to verify stock on hand and that I would still be ok with 2nd day air shipping or should I use next day air shipping. Company stated it was still early enough for 2nd day air shipping so I placed order online while still on the phone with company March 25th. Received an order receipt via email from company at 10:23am PST March 25th. March 27th came and went no delivery. Emailed company March 28th - no response. Called company March 30th 10:38am PST. Spoke with Chris. Chris stated that order was placed 22 minutes late on March 25th and was not filled and shipped until March 26th. Order was shipped 2nd day air, but due to the weekend order scheduled to deliver March 30th. I explained the situation and Chris says sorry but you placed the order 22 minutes late. He did not even offer to refund me the difference in shipping charges. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a SSD for the Dell Mini 9 from MDD on 3/1. The product is in high demand, and was shown as out-of-stock at the time I ordered it.  
 
I was notified when my product shipped, and the product arrived in fine shape on 3/24. My credit card was not charged until the product was chipped.  
 
This was my first experience with MDD, and I am pleased with the service I received. I'm also very pleased with the product, but that's a little beyond the scope of this site.

The solid state drive I ordered from MyDigital Discount (a RunCore 32GB) is great and the service from MyDigitalDiscount has been fantastic. Unfortunately, there were some supply problems with the product I ordered, but this was not MyDigitalDiscount's fault and they were very helpful and answered my questions the few times I called. I've recommended them to my friends and would absolutely shop with them again.

It was send from US 17/03/09, and arrived 2 days later: 19/03/09 in Ospel Netherlands Europe.  
Amazing this speed!  
Normaly i have to wait about 3 weeks for parcels and packages to arrive...  
 
The product is flawless.  
My allready updated bios recognised the new ssd imediately, and within an hour myy eee-pc-901 was fully functional again. I just installed a backup i made with Norton Ghost 14.0 just before i started the ssd exchange, and i was back in business, exactly were i left off, with one very big difference:  
64GB instead of the previous 16GB, and a lot more speed! And here i mean realy: A LOT more speed.  
 
I wish to thank the team to deliver this quick, and hope to buy some more lateron.

I would definitely buy from MyDigitalDiscount again. Website is easy to navigate and the purchase process is very simple. I ordered a Super Talent PCIe SSD FPM16GRSE and it arrived two days later exactly as shown. The SSD made my eeePC 901 usable. Speeds are very close to what they advertised; 52 MB/s write and 84 MB/s read. I'm very happy.  
 
This is more of a general statement but the only downside is the price of these drives. I find $55 USD absurd for 16GB but this place was the cheapest I've found it. I'm in Canada so there's the shipping and the fact that the dollar is brutal right now and probably for a good while.  
 
As far as MyDigitalDiscount goes, good product, excellent service, will buy from again.
