They sent me an item that had dents in it. It works fine mechanically, but there is no way of knowing they sent me an open box item or a refurbished product but charged me "new" price. Their customer service responses have been slow, and thus far, not very helpful or even apologetic. Their first response was "have you verified it is working?" I said if you bought a car from the dealer as new, but it had a bunch of dents in it, you'd be pissed too right? You'd want something that wasn't all f'ed up, wouldn't you?

I`m from germany and the delivery only takes 5 days ( but ordered on a friday afternoon). The rundcore works absolutely perfect in my Dell Mini 9.

I heard the news about RunCore SSD SATA drives from an online forum.  
So.....I decided to go and buy one, from the link to MDD on that forum.  
Price seemed like ... This cant be true ....  
Anyways  
I signed uo at MDD ordered the 32G version.  
There were some confusion on an email confirmation I got, but werent able to see the order in the MDD online invoice history.  
Also, from the confirmation email, stuff like payment method was missing.  
So....I jumped online and entered their chat. Got a really fast response from them, that it was on the list to shipped.  
Right enough, 2 days later, I recieved it, in Denmark, sent from them in NY.  
Overall, great service, fast delivery and absolutely super prices. I recommend MDD highly and will do more shopping there.  

They NEVER answer emails so don't bother to send one. You have to phone them to get anywhere. I eventually got part of the order I was waiting for but it was a pain. In my case there was no indication on their site that the products I was ordering were not in stock nor did they tell me in the confirmation. it took a month to get something I could have gotten from someone else in a week. I am still waiting for the external battery and it is now two months later. I would not ever deal with them again.

made an order with them, took them weeks to sort everything out and at the end sent me the wrong order.. totally unhappy with the service i got. still waiting for a reply on why it happened even after specific instructions

I Ordered a 32G Runcore and 2G SODIMM for a Mini 9 on Saturday afternoon. It was delivered to my door on the following Friday at 10.00. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa so I am very happy about this.  
Also I paid less for the FedEx delivery than many other vendors charge for USPS.  
Will definitely use MDD again.,

I ordered a 64 GB Runcore SSD for my Dell Mini 9 and a 16 SDHC card. Shipment was fast and everything arrived on schedule.  
 
The one issue I had was I received the 32 GB Runcore instead of the 64 GB I ordered. It was probably for the best so I decided to keep the 32 GB and just get reimbursed for the rest. I called MDD and they had no issue getting this taken care of. I would highly recommend ordering from them.

Item arrived in Australia promptly, working, and as described.

Ordered the RunCore 64GB for the DellMini9. It arrived, not working. This was not a fault of the posting, but that the irem hadn't been properly checked. Sent emails, but received no reply, and so had to telephone New York (I Iive in the UK) to speak to somebody at MyDigitalDiscount. I was informend that if I wanted one that worked then I had to pay for postage and packing and return my goods before another one would be sent out. In my opinion, this is not good service.

Fast Communications (when a request sent, a reply received with in a couple of hours), quick shipping (shipment shipped in 2 days), awesome servive (an error was applied on the invoice, and when requested, it was fixed within a few hours), and a good overall shopping experience.
