NOTE: The invoice number is a google checkout order number. I never receivead any info from Mydigitaldiscount.
Anyway, I ordered a flash card for my cell phone at what was a very nice price. The next day I called them, as I hadn't received any confirmation. The fellow I sopke to said that my order (and all google checkout orders from the previous day) were being shipped as we spoke, and I'd receive an email with details that night.
Over 24 hours later, no email. So I left an email with them, since it was after business hours, asking if it had been shipped.
The following night, I finally got an email stating simply that the price was wrong, and my order was being cancelled. I went to the website, and the price was now $30 more than the best price I'd seen elsewhere.
I suppose mistakes can happen, but the whole deal seemed shady. Telling me it was shipping (when it clearly was not), then just cancelling. I'm not a satisfied customer.
Despite this, I was ready to simply write it off as a good deal missed - until I read a mydigitaldiscount rep's posting from earlier this month here. Trying to smear resellerratings to explain your own dropping customer ratings is beyond shady. What does it matter if RR began charging for service? These are still customer experiences posted here, and are still valid. You're recent ratings are poor because your business practices are poor.
I will never do business with these con artists again, and I recommend no one else does, either. Send your business to NewEgg - they're the customer service kings.
EDIT: OH, by the way, Ebay ratings aren't worth the pixels they're displayed on. Ebay removes bad ratings for large volume sellers. This review was modified by its author, tedkord, on

Sir you have a valid presence at this web site I can see that by your ranking. You should be embarrassed with yourself for posting what you just posted.
You got an email stating exactly what happened including and apology from A-data attached to the email.
We never offered you anything we never coned anyone. It was a simple mistake by our supplier.
Also eBay does not allow vendors to do anything with its feedback other than respond to the customer with help. I would be glad to do that here as well as we did for years until Reseller ratings made it impossible to use their services with out paying them. Reseller ratings is only good for the companies that pay them money. At this point you and others like you may cause us to have to pay the ransom that reseller ratings is demanding to make everything good again on this site.
It is that simple If I start paying them I bet you $1000 our rating will be back up to 9.8 or better by one year from today. That should cover my expense for dealing with this site.
If you feel your words are true then you should have absolutely no problem taking the bet.

I ordered a 32GB SSD from them. The drive ended up being bad. It was returned to them on August 21st and I still have not received my replacement drive because it's on back order. No communication from Customer Support at all unless I contacted them first, and they cannot give me a ETA on my drive at all. And when I tried to get a refund they wanted to hit me with a restocking fee, despite all the trouble I've already gone through with them. I will not buy from them again.

A small backyard operator with limited facilities and mentality. After I placed an order on their website I received a mail message regarding the payment. When I replied I had no further correspondence and my order was not processed until I called on the phone. For a small business prices are not competitive and service is certainly unhelpful.
Most definitely would not be ordering again from this supplier.

Very poor customer service. they are selling items that they have NO ETA on. i purchased a 32GB Runcore ZIF SSD and one month later has yet to ship i inquired before i ordered and they told me 2 weeks at the longst never got an e-mail that it was delayed Stay away i would say go Direct to runcore at runcorestore.com but from the lack of responce form them and the fact that the number for the US is mydigitaldiscount.com i would stay away from that too. They sent a product wrong because don īt work with the batery of notebook Asus 900.
The bad product is it: Battery Buddy Netbook Travel Chargers for ASUS EEE PC 900A 901 904 1000 1200 - White Part#: EEE-CH-ASUS-WH
I tell them that the error is of MydisgitalDiscount they don t recognize that, they only will change but other equal, but the product is wrong, the conector don t enter in the batery of Asus 900 !!!!!
i am very disappointed and I lost a lot of money U$S 20 of product + U$S 38 shipp + U$S 11 taxes
I asked to review it with the manufacturer and send me the correct free again, they did not accept

They NEVER answer emails so don't bother to send one. You have to phone them to get anywhere. I eventually got part of the order I was waiting for but it was a pain. In my case there was no indication on their site that the products I was ordering were not in stock nor did they tell me in the confirmation. it took a month to get something I could have gotten from someone else in a week. I am still waiting for the external battery and it is now two months later. I would not ever deal with them again.

made an order with them, took them weeks to sort everything out and at the end sent me the wrong order.. totally unhappy with the service i got. still waiting for a reply on why it happened even after specific instructions

Will never do business with this company again. Company ripped me off. Stole my money, and returned non of my messages. I ordered this product from them. It was sent to me defective so I sent it back, and heard nothing since. It is now April 21st and still nothing. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank and will be doing every means necessary to get my $132 back! I was a first time customer to this company, and I will never be a returning customer. Do not purchase from them. They are scam artists!

Professional photographer who needed a battery charger for a photo shoot March 28th. Was placing an online order March 25th for one battery charger. Was almost ready to place order and had selected 2nd day air shipping. I live in CA, time was 10:15am. Thought I had better call company to verify stock on hand and that I would still be ok with 2nd day air shipping or should I use next day air shipping. Company stated it was still early enough for 2nd day air shipping so I placed order online while still on the phone with company March 25th. Received an order receipt via email from company at 10:23am PST March 25th. March 27th came and went no delivery. Emailed company March 28th - no response. Called company March 30th 10:38am PST. Spoke with Chris. Chris stated that order was placed 22 minutes late on March 25th and was not filled and shipped until March 26th. Order was shipped 2nd day air, but due to the weekend order scheduled to deliver March 30th. I explained the situation and Chris says sorry but you placed the order 22 minutes late. He did not even offer to refund me the difference in shipping charges. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a runcore PATA Mini PCI SSD 32 GB for my Asus Eee PC. It works perfect via the USB port (though the deliverd cable has the wrong connector, but I had the one that fitted). BUT .... The ciruit board is too thin Csignificant thinner than the original 8GB SSD which came with the PC. The consequence is that I spent hours to find out why the computer does not recognize the runcore. I will send back the runcore and hope for a replacement that works!

Very, very unsatisfied, the website listed the item as available but it wasn't, took them about a week to ship it, and only after i sent 3 messages asking for answers, waited couple of days and got it, plugged it in and it wouldn't work, went online and got an RMA number, shipped the item back and by 1/14/09 it was delivered. waited 3-4 business days to get an answer and nothing, sent an email and a left a message on the online service and nothing, on 1/27/09 I called them and finally got an answer the guy told me that they had received the item, ( i knew for a week) and told me he was going to put an order to send a replacement, 3 days latter i got it. (after sitting for more than a week on the returned item) I got to say that the reps are very nice but the system is really slow. thankfully the replacement drive works fine. overall I wouldn't recommend their services, far too slow and irresponsible.

Not happy with this company so far. I paid for Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping. They shipped my item via UPS Next Day Air. UPS delayed my item and now I am still waiting for it. Why did I bother to select a specific shipping method and pay for it? Glad I spent the extra bucks to get my item quickly. Never will use this company again.

(Pre)Ordered on 29 Dec, on 16/01/09 got mail its shipped - so i hope it will come soon.
Good shop but i guess the have a little bit stress with runcore at the moment :-)
Delivered on 19.Jan, defect, non working, after 4 day answer came by mail, now i will send for RMA
the story goes on:
I have sent back the defective part for RMA and I asked them the got it or not, the second mail the answered on Feb. 04 that the have sent a replacement to me. On Feb.12 i asked them again for a tracking number but until now NO answer.
