Ordered a microSD card and received cancellation due to price error. I don't know if there are hidden agenda trying to bait and collect customer information.

NOTE: The invoice number is a google checkout order number. I never receivead any info from Mydigitaldiscount.  
 
Anyway, I ordered a flash card for my cell phone at what was a very nice price. The next day I called them, as I hadn't received any confirmation. The fellow I sopke to said that my order (and all google checkout orders from the previous day) were being shipped as we spoke, and I'd receive an email with details that night.  
 
Over 24 hours later, no email. So I left an email with them, since it was after business hours, asking if it had been shipped.  
 
The following night, I finally got an email stating simply that the price was wrong, and my order was being cancelled. I went to the website, and the price was now $30 more than the best price I'd seen elsewhere.  
 
I suppose mistakes can happen, but the whole deal seemed shady. Telling me it was shipping (when it clearly was not), then just cancelling. I'm not a satisfied customer.  
 
Despite this, I was ready to simply write it off as a good deal missed - until I read a mydigitaldiscount rep's posting from earlier this month here. Trying to smear resellerratings to explain your own dropping customer ratings is beyond shady. What does it matter if RR began charging for service? These are still customer experiences posted here, and are still valid. You're recent ratings are poor because your business practices are poor.  
 
I will never do business with these con artists again, and I recommend no one else does, either. Send your business to NewEgg - they're the customer service kings.  
 
EDIT: OH, by the way, Ebay ratings aren't worth the pixels they're displayed on. Ebay removes bad ratings for large volume sellers.

Sir you have a valid presence at this web site I can see that by your ranking. You should be embarrassed with yourself for posting what you just posted.  
 
You got an email stating exactly what happened including and apology from A-data attached to the email.  
 
We never offered you anything we never coned anyone. It was a simple mistake by our supplier.  
 
Also eBay does not allow vendors to do anything with its feedback other than respond to the customer with help. I would be glad to do that here as well as we did for years until Reseller ratings made it impossible to use their services with out paying them. Reseller ratings is only good for the companies that pay them money. At this point you and others like you may cause us to have to pay the ransom that reseller ratings is demanding to make everything good again on this site.  
 
It is that simple If I start paying them I bet you $1000 our rating will be back up to 9.8 or better by one year from today. That should cover my expense for dealing with this site.  
 
If you feel your words are true then you should have absolutely no problem taking the bet.

I ordered a flash drive that was supposed to take 1-3 days to arrive with priority shipping. I received no tracking emails or updates for a week so I called them and the customer service rep said that they did not have the part and were in the process of ordering it. She said they'd have it shipped HOPEFULLY at the beginning of the following week. I didn't upgrade my shipping so that they could take their time with my order. Although the customer service reps were very helpful and expedient, I would not order here again.

I called, Chris informed me of the exact drive I needed for my HP mini, he patched me to Colleen who took my order quickly, I had a paid invoice and tracking within an hour and the next day I installed the Runcore pro IV zif in my HP mini by using the easy to use instructions Chris told me about. And my little netbook is now a super computer! Thank you mydigitaldiscount... all my friends will hear about this experience!

I ordered a 32GB SSD from them. The drive ended up being bad. It was returned to them on August 21st and I still have not received my replacement drive because it's on back order. No communication from Customer Support at all unless I contacted them first, and they cannot give me a ETA on my drive at all. And when I tried to get a refund they wanted to hit me with a restocking fee, despite all the trouble I've already gone through with them. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered an upgraded SSD for my EEE PC and was very pleased with the service provided by this seller. The product worked as advertised (much faster than stock SSD). MDD actually shipped me the wrong SSD originally, but their customer service was excellent and they shipped me the correct drive that day and they paid for the expedited shipping! Would recommend purchasing from this seller.

A small backyard operator with limited facilities and mentality. After I placed an order on their website I received a mail message regarding the payment. When I replied I had no further correspondence and my order was not processed until I called on the phone. For a small business prices are not competitive and service is certainly unhelpful.  
 
Most definitely would not be ordering again from this supplier.

Good prices and easy to use website. My problem I ordered on a thursday at1:23 P.M. Order wasnt shipped untill friday at 5:30 P.M. This means I will not recieve untill Monday. I could have paid regular shipping and recieved just as fast.

Sorry if you missed it but our checkout page plainly states any order placed after 12 Noon for overnight shipping must be confirmed over the phone. I do have to admit 1:23 is an odd time for us to not get your order out no matter what the service other than USPS. The only explanation I have would be if you are on the west coast and we are on the east coast and 1:23 your time would be 4:23 our time and UPS picks up around that time each day and we stop processing orders at around 3PM EST.

1) Web Site: yes, it looks plain and simple - but it's functional, and I found what I needed within 20 seconds of getting there  
 
2) Order process: piece of cake  
 
3) Customer service: exemplary. I screwed my order up, mailed customer service using the "live chat" feature (it was late on a Friday night so I left a message); first thing Monday morning, get an email confirming change  
 
4) Shipping speed: I ordered late on a Friday night; they shipped early on a Monday morning. Their days of operation are stated as Mon-Fri, so they turned it around quickly  
 
5) Shipping/packing quality: padded envelope, product came without a scratch.  
 
Would recommend.

Good prices, nice online help when its online. Rather poor communication after order placement though. When I ordered they indicated it would ship out that day, there own online account history showed the same, after two weeks I contacted them to find out the order had not shipped as they were waiting for stock. Not a deal breaker but I think it is rather poor to not indicate in anyway that your order will be delayed. It also took several emails/messages to get an answer as well. Please in future work on communicating backorders.

Very poor customer service. they are selling items that they have NO ETA on. i purchased a 32GB Runcore ZIF SSD and one month later has yet to ship i inquired before i ordered and they told me 2 weeks at the longst never got an e-mail that it was delayed Stay away i would say go Direct to runcore at runcorestore.com but from the lack of responce form them and the fact that the number for the US is mydigitaldiscount.com i would stay away from that too.
