HORRIBLE. Under no circumstance could I recommend this company. I would rather go back to DELL... what does that tell you!

Order was delivered 3 weeks late. An incorrect operating system was installed - told be tech to send computer back (on my dime) so they could fix THEIR error! I had to get the system installed at my clients office - so I had to purchase the correct OS and rebuild the computer. They REFUSED to refund my money (which they still haven't to date).

This company is a TOTAL rip off and they are beyond RUDE! They do NOT understand Customer Service AT ALL and will have no problem calling you A&@hole and Stupid, etc...

If you work them - you will sow what you reap! BUYER BEWARE.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND IN SHOCK!

My company bought two computers with PC USA to test them out before placing a larger order and it was a very offensive experience.

The computers arrived two weeks after the promised date.

Not only the specs were not according to the order but both computers had the video cards disconnected inside the case.

One of them started up (after opening it and connecting the video card) the other one didn't. We called them up and the customer service representative was very rude and not helpful. Then we talked to Tech Support and he was even worse, I can't type in here all the yelling he did over the phone because I just put the phone down but basically in a nutshell he said that we got what we got and that's it, if we wanted a refund we just needed to send it back and pay for the shipping [wow].

They refused to send UPS to come and pick up their junk, but my boss is going to stick it to them because he is going to dispute the charges with the credit card company and we'll keep the equipment until they decide to come and get it (It's not even worth using it even if we get it for free)

The prices are not really that competitive and for the kind of service they offer, I rather pay a higher price for better service, unless you are the kind of person who wants to buy a cheap computer and then fix it yourself.

If you are considering buying a computer from them save yourself the hassle, believe me, it will cost you more at the end. We ended up going to best buy, we really needed those computers.

These people have the WORST customer service!! I have done business with them quite a few times. I've given them a lot of business. I Purchased a PC that had a NU dvd burner. It would not recognize CD's. I let them know about it and they sent me an RMA#. It's been 7 WEEKS!! They had to send it back to the manufacturer. The people were rude!! I STILL don't have it!!

While they probably do well enough to stay out of trouble they really are someone I would advise staying away from, just in case. I ordered 1 system from them, the combo drive failed after two hours, they did not ship all the components that they said they were and the monitor I purchased through them has significant distortions and moves between boots. Their system's quality overall is comparable to the subpar quality of their website, both visually and in applicable features. For instance, their order process lacks a lot of the usual details and you are left wondering where and what you're order is doing, for instance, their is no "shipped" status on your order, just "Processed & Recieved" which gets toggled on almost immediatly.

Any and all emails to them have not been responded to at all and I highly doubt I'll get my missing components, my combo drive replaced or my monitor, nor would I want to go through that process with them. I will never use them again, advise them to friends and I am just glad that I got away as lucky as I have.

Horrible experience. I purchased a kit containing a mother board, memory, several hard drives and an IDE RAID controller. When I put it together I was unable to get it to work until I tried memory from another computer. I sent an email to tech support and waited and waited... Finally I decided to call tech support and when I did, I got yelled at when I told him about my memory problems. He blamed all my problems on me and how was he suppose to know what the problem was. I asked if they sent the correct memory and he said that memory was memory and I was doing something wrong. A week or so later I got a response from my email stating they sent the wrong memory. I decided not to risk sending it back and I’m using the memory in my other computer.

I purchsed two computers from this dealer, one for my girlfriend and one for my girlfriend's parents. What a mistake that was. These PCs are low quality and NO case fans were installed. It is an AMD system and as we all know AMDs run very hot. Case fans should be STANDARD. Tech support is a joke as almost all of those who have answered my calls could barely speak the language and I could not understand them at all. They were not very well educated either. I recommend finding a different dealer as this one was VERY dissapointing.

PCUSA is a scam. I ordered my computer with them in October and its December now and I still haven't finished my business with them! I ordered two computers, one for my girlfriend and one for me. Hers being pretty much a mainboard with integrated audio/videa/lan had absolutely no problems because nothing could go wrong. Mine, however, had a video card that booted with the warning "Engineering BIOS - Not for retail sale" and overheated whenever I played a video game that required 3D acceleration. I tried to return it and they gave me a run around first trying to get me to talk to the manufacturer directly and then finally agreeing to "ALLOW" me to send in a RMA. I returned the items to them - by the way they required that I return everything in "as-received" condition because they might resell it to someone else otherwise they charge you. You must keep an eye on them like a hawk because they still haven't refunded my credit card even though they said they would and when I called them up and inquired about it I got the line "Well, you see, I have to verify that everything is ok, then I send it to our credit department and that takes time..." Well, its been a month since I sent the video card back to them and still nothing! The phone is always busy and nevermind about email. There was also no warning about not being able to open the computer once it was received (I ordered mine without a hard drive because I already had six) and even the CUSTOMER COUNTER ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A FAKE (refresh the site yourself to see how much it fluctuates in just under a second). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE. This run-around as other people have called it is not worth the money you save.

Horrible experience. Machine appeared to be fine on receipt, but it locked up the first time I turned it on. I contacted Pete (apparently thier only support person) and he advised me to reinstall Windows. I tried, but had the same problem - lockups at random points throughout the install.

I called Pete again. He told me to replace the memory and if it fixed the problem that I could just send him the original stick and he'd credit my account for what I spent. I was suspicious and did not want to do this, but he said the only other option was shipping the whole machine back and that he didn't want to do that.

Replacing the memory did not help, and so I called Pete again and demanded that he take the machine back and credit my account. He said that they'd take it back and see what the problem was, and if the machine was defective, he'd credit my account. I told him that I'd already did all the troubleshooting that he told me to do and that it didn't help. He came back with a real laugher - "I didn't tell you do anything. I just gave you advice. I can't take responsibility for your actions..."

Pete was extremely rude, arrogant, and didn't care one bit about his reputation or the quality of his product. He said that if I ship the machine back, that he might give a refund depending on whether it was defective or not. I did not return the machine because I did not trust him at all.

Please, do not do business with this company. They might have good prices, but if you end up with a lemon, you're in big trouble.

Although pcusa charges you $10.25 for a "1-Year Part & Labor Warranty" they refuse to acknowledge any attempt to contact them about deffective parts. You can try phone (it's busy), e-mail (ignored) even fax (ignored) - they will not respond. Fortunately, this was a "test buy" to make sure they offered acceptable service, prior to my big buy ($15K or so). PCUSA will not get that business or any other from me.

This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

After receiving my product it had the wrong hardware installed, and they made me pay freight to have it shipped back to have the correct work done. Additionally the RAM they installed was faulty and needed to be replaced.

When I received the machine the second time, it still had incorrect hardware and they refused to refund my freight charges and I was forced "to live with the mistake"

The customer service manager was unhelpful and rude, and I would not recommend this company to any looking to purchase a computer.

I was using this home purchase as a measuring stick for a larger 20 machine purchase I was going to make for my company, and they definitly lost my business.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

I am buying tons of equipment online and this was the worst expreience I've ever had.
PCUSA is using unfair practices in order to get customers.
The grand total of my purchase was $504 and they make me believe that shipping is free. Now once they've got my credit card number they generously billed $53 more.

I send them an email and the response I've got was extremely arrogant.

I can't believe this is happening. In these times of fierce competition I could choose better reseller.
I hope they go out of business soon with all other cheaters who undermine the Internet economy.

NO MORE PCUSA!

I bought a computer with no OS for a friend at work. The computer worked ok for two weeks and then died. After contacting PCUSA's tech support I was basiclly accused of using 'Pirated Software' and that was the cause of the computer not wanting to boot up with a Win98se boot disk. Yes we violated their warrenty by opening the chassis, but replacing the memory caused to computer to work fine! Lessons learned:1) If you purchase a computer with no OS run some burn in software for two days. 2)They use cheap memory in the hopes of catching any bad sticks while the computer is still in production.3) They connected the cdrom and the cdrw to the same ide cable. This defeats burning on the fly.
Will I use them again? I don't know. Why didn't I ship the box back for them to repair? The cost of shipping and the cost of the new ram was equal. You pay your money and you take your chances...

***update 5/29...........i finally recieced the correct memory, and they also swapped the cdrw for the one i wanted. so kyle DID fix my problem. however, because they messed up the first time, i doubt i would order from them again.***

i ordered a customized AMD xp sytem earlier this month, after finding pcusa on pricewatch.com

system arrived in good condition, and ran flawlessly, except for the fact that they installed the wrong size memory. (ordered 512mb 333........they sent 256mb 333).

i called the toll free line, and talked to a guy named Kyle (asian accent). he was decently polite, and when i told him that XP shows the chip as 256mb, he asked me to open the case and verify it was. i told him this would void my warranty, and he said as long as i didnt break anything, i wont have a problem (yeah right, i smell loophole in the future). anyway, i would have to open the machine anyway in order to send back the memory, so i did. it was indeed a 256mb chip.

he sent me an RMA number via email within 1 hour of our phone conversation, just like he said.

i shipped out the chip out May 20th (as well as a CD-Rw drive i wanted to exchange, i ordered the wrong color, my fault, kyle said he would exchange it and i could pay the difference).

i will let you guys know how this plays out.

I ordered a complete AMD system from them, I called later that day to arrange pickup in atlanta soon. They scared me and told me that they didn't have the motherboard I choose and they were running out of the processor I ordered. Somehow by the end of the conversation I had upgraded to a better motherboard at cost and got the same processor. Drove down to ATL next day after I ordered it and picked up a new computer. Worked great.
