I REALLY wish i would have researched mp3playerstore.com before I bought anything from them. Thier whole website/business is a complete scam.
Dec-13 I ordered a INNOVATEK IN-400DTM All-In-One Motorized Car DVD Player with 4'' LCD & TV Tuner + FREE ANT-2 WITH overnight shipping. December 18th I emailed them politely asking how long it would take to get my item. No Response.
December 21 i called and they gave me some bullcrap about not recieving an email conformation from me which included my shipping address. I sent it to their e-mail address and the guy said it would ship off on the 26th so i was like ok.
Jan-3rd-I called and they still said they never got the conformation again. Up to this point im just like are you serious. I send it AGAIN through email and just hope for the best. The same day i stumbled upon this site and now im in the process of trying to get a full refund before this gets too out of hand.

SCAMMER!
Paid for item IMMEDIATELY! Contacted 4 days later stating the item was out of stock until mid January but I could accept 2 other substitutes of "equal value". I guess they didn't know I worked in wholesale for years and still have contacts. I look at pricing for the two units they offered and found out they cost HALF as much as the original item I paid for. I declined and requested a refund. Company refuses to give refund but my paypal claim will automatically refund me on the 31st of December. DO NOT PAY WITHOUT USING PAYPAL, YOU NEED PAYPAL WHEN DEALING WITH SCAMMERS! Worst part is they are still selling the out of stock items so I wonder how many people did fall for the bait and switch. I have come across many recent ebayers stating te same thing happened to them so when I finish my web page about this company I will post the URL. Comapnies like this do not deserve to stay or remain in business but they do because people are not informed. My website should inform everyone and hopefully shut this place down.

Is the most BAD company who I try on Internet. We pay for send 3 radios to Costa Rica with extra charge of $90.00, and then only send me 2 to Los Angeles, CA, USA with different models, without antenna offers in your website.
For more, the order was shipped 2 months before I put my order.
I not recomend this company to anybody.

I ordered Innovatek DVD Player with USB port looking at the price and reviews for Innovatek products by other purchasers from http://www.ciao.co.uk.
The store did not give me any tracking information nor any further details about my ordered. Luckyly I found this site RIGHT IN TIME.

Ordered a Frontier Labs NEX1a MP3 player from them on 10/28. Good price, and they were throwing in a free FM car adapter. Paid for fast shipping.
On 11/1 I get a box from them which contains the promised free adapter... but the wrong player, an NEX2a (cheaper model).
So, I email immediately, including a picture (digital cameras are really handy!) on the box and its contents, demonstrating their mistake.
After receiving no response, I called on 11/3 and asked for an RMA. I was assured that it had been sent, but would be resent. On 11/4, after verifying with my sysadmin that no message from them had been received, I called and got the RMA verbally. On that same day (11/4) the box (as I received it) was sent back using Priority Mail.
On 11/17, having received no confirmation that thay had received it, nor any indication that the correct order has or will be shipped, I emailed them again. I did notice, however, that my credit card was debited on 11/2. I was polite, but insisted that if my order was not corrected, I would cancel and dispute the credit card charge.
On 11/18 I received an email saying, "Your package as been received by the end of last week and the replacement is leaving tomorrow with DHL 3 day-shipping".
ON 11/24 (six days later) I emailed asking for a tracking order.
On 11/27 I received the following in an eamil, "We apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience it might have caused you. Please note that the replacement unit will shipped out by the beginning of this week."
On 12/1, I finally receieved the correct order.
To summarize, it took 32 days, seven emails,and 1 phone call to receive a product that I had paid for fast shipping. The good price disappeared in the expense (my nickle) of sending back their mistake. In short, I advise against dealing with this company.

Odered product they said was INSTOCK. I told them I needed them in 2 weeks or do not send them. 4 weeks later I received an email stating that the products were shipping. I immediately called teh company to tell them not to ship them as I go the product from another source. They said refuse the shipment and they would credit my card. 7 months later and no less than 5 emails stating that the credit was done - I still have not seen a credit go through. Beware.

It was a month before i could get a replacement product for a bad 7" monitor (it did not power up). getting them to answer the phone is a task. when emailing i got no response after 7 attempts. when i did finally get 3 different people on the phone.they of no help. Wes the owner is a shady character and it shows in his business practices. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT WILL BE A BIG HEADACHE WITH NO ASPIRIN AVAILABLE. i STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AFTER 1 MONTH. TODAY I CANCELLED MY ORDER. i AM HOPING TO GET THE REFUND FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. I WONT HOLD MY BREATH.!!!!!!!!!avoid mp3playerstore.com. They are probably the worst retailer i have ever dealt within my 34 years!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,
They kept delaying the shipping without notifying me, when I realized this I canceled the order over the phone. The package was sent a week after that anyway. so now I had to ship it back.
I sent it back exactly as they instructed and it was held in customs because they say something was missing. Its been a 3 months and I still dont have my money back.

I ordered on March 17th, 2004, 2 MP3 players (AVC Soul II DMP-201) but the company shipped a different model (AVC Soul III DMP-610). They didn't have the ones I ordered in stock but the packing slip that was in the package was showing what I ordered. They also charged me for the MP3 players that I had ordered when the players that they sent retail on their website for approx. $50 less ea. So I was over charged approx. $100. I asked for a RMA number to return for a refund or exchange them. It took them 33 days to get a RMA number for me (and numerous e-mails with them). Now a month later after I sent the item they still haven't refunded me anything and they are saying they will tomorrow but with a 15% restocking fee and they won't refund the S/H either to or from them (and they have been saying they'll refund me for the last 2 weeks too). Calling them on the phone can be up to 30-minute holding time (with avrg. around 15 to 20 minutes). And I've never received a reply to e-mail in less then 2 days with waits as long as 16 days and more.
The reason I didn't want this model was because they didn't have the features I needed/wanted. The players/boxes were never opened and. I was always quick to answer their e-mails (same day usually) except for one where I was out of town for a week. Even with the delay and all it should have been resolved a long time ago. They say it is company policy. Seems strange that it is also company policy to send the wrong item and double its retail price on 'their' website
At this point I would like a full refund of all charges including shipping and handling both ways. The order was $207.95. My shipping costs back to the company were $19.95. A total of $227.90 should be refunded.
I'm still waiting... a BBB complaint has been filed... and I'm not stopping yet. An attorney is next on the list. These people are real bad business people!

for those who has been scam by this mp3playerstore.com merchant, I suggest you file a complain to the internet fraud control center, the address is as follows:

The center is suggested by one of post below, and they are run by FBI, and other goverment agencies, the member who post this address has successfully pressure mp3playerstore.com to refund his/her money. So if u are one of the victims who got scammed by them, I suggest u file a complain to the center, and the chance are more than likely u will get your money back, plus, u are doing a good deed for any future potential victims of this company to put this company to justice!
comment 7/1/2005: I wanted to add that if you use credit card, you can contact your card issuing bank to dispute the charge, that way, at least you can get your money bank for the time being.
May be we should contact an attorney and bring a class action lawsuit againist this company, it seems like after so many complains(for about two years now) to the IFCC, this place is still in business. This guys are absolutely unprofessional!!!
First of all, my order took a ridiculous amount of time (about 2 months) to arrive even when I originally paid a DHL onernite rate.
Then, one of the items (an LCD 7" monitor) went out of order after 2 or 3 months. I sent a request for an RMA which I got almost immediately, then shipped (the cost out of my pocket) the merchandise hoping for a return back on November 2003..... still waiting with no response. Their phone number is a joke, no one will ever answer. The email answers are as short as "ON MONDAY I WILL CHECK IT AND EMAIL OYU.SORRY FOR THHE INCONVENIENCE"... with no further actions whatsoever.
Conclusion: This company is a joke!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM SIMILAR PRODUCTS!!! DON'T GET ATTRACTED BUY THEIR PRICES, ALL YOU ARE GONNA GET FROM THEM IS FRUSTRATION!!!

I wanted to get an RMA so I could send back this SuperTek Mp-2003 because it does not work!!!!!!
I emailed them several times and got no response. I get a busy signal every time I call. I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is absolutely NO customer service!!

I bought from them through ebay. They posted misleading information, saying that an item was "new in box", but when I received it, a standard included accessory was missing and they were unwilling to send it.
