The only reason I didn't give mp3playerstore.com a 9 or 10 was that they didn't have the item in stock and had stopped selling it but still had, and still has, the same item on their website.
Otherwise, when they notified me my order could not be shipped they offered and upgrade to a higher priced item at no additional charge. They also NEXT DAY shipped my order (originally ground) to insure it arrived in time fro Christmas. The customer service person was excellent. She very quickly found out what was going on, gave me several very satisfactory options and then proceeded to email me a confirmation of my order change. From a rocky start to a smooth solution all around. The products arrived, as I said, NEXT DAY, on DHL and so far, they seem to be working flawlessly. If there are any technical or operational problems, I have little doubt, from the afore mentioned experience, that they will be able to help me or swap out the item if necessary. If these products work fro a few months, I'll be saitsfied. Shoot, I kow ipods and iphone don't work about 25% of the time, but nobody complains online because it's an Apple product and that would be heresy and nobdy wants to be ana apostate electrono-fashionista. But for a $45-50 purchase, these items are a fantastic value!

Well, won the "Innovatek 657 7" TOUCH SCREEN GPS CAR DVD DIVX BLUETOOTH PLAYER" on Ebay. Great Deal I thought, No manual in box for GPS, no GPS software (DVD) but was on the SD Disk. Complained and they did send one out but still no manual. No phone support, just email so don't expect help on the same day you try to install it. 13 emails sent with 8 replies to date. Wish I would have seen this web page before I purchased. Don't have anything good to say about the after purchase service. (Or product as innovatek.cn has also ignored my emails as well) Do yourself a favor and stay away. Will post any updates, or if they decide to help me out. But not holding my breath.

Sending out the exchanged unit today. Hopefully I'll see it next week. Didn't say how they are sending it to me and I didn't ask. Long weekend delayed the return and me trying to get a deal on the GPS117 but no luck.

Really surprised to receive it today, installed it and all is working properly. With all that happened, The suggestions and help, the store helped out as much as they could, and shipped it back quite fast. I'd have to say I'm happy about the resolution and would do business again with them.

I ordered a top model car radio from Mp3PlayerStore. Shipping was blindingly fast from Canada to the Netherlands; 4 days! Unfortunately the packaging had taken a severe hit causing some surface damage. The unit still worked though. I send then an pretty angry email. They responded in about 4 or 5 days (I was quite impatient, had already left negative feedback at eBay). They send me a new faceplate and a new remote after 1 more email conversation. Again shipping was blindingly fast; 1.5 days from Canada to the Netherlands! I didn't even have to return the damaged parts. Kudo's!

I ordered thursday 11:00 p.m.7"tft lcd tv monitor for my pal mobile dvd player.The next morning fri.10;00 got an email saying the ordered was sent n gave me the tracking nbr.Tuesday 11;30 the package arrived , it was securelly packed and it was in original sealed box. I ordered from them before checking here, mainly because they had the NEX IIe at a great price. I was a little worried when I got an email saying that the package deal was backordered, and would be available "soon"
It turns out that they were having problems with the flash card supply, so they substituted a different brand (Toshiba) which was ok by me. Overall, it took less than two weeks, which isn't great, but not terrible either.
Research the products elsewhere though, because it looks like they do sell a lot of cheap crap.

Got product quickly and without problems. Never got any response from them when I asked for a tracking number though. Product seems ok, but customer service needs to learn how to respond to people.

I ordered Innovatek DVD Player with USB port looking at the price and reviews for Innovatek products by other purchasers from http://www.ciao.co.uk.
The store did not give me any tracking information nor any further details about my ordered. Luckyly I found this site RIGHT IN TIME.

Ordered a Frontier Labs NEX1a MP3 player from them on 10/28. Good price, and they were throwing in a free FM car adapter. Paid for fast shipping.
On 11/1 I get a box from them which contains the promised free adapter... but the wrong player, an NEX2a (cheaper model).
So, I email immediately, including a picture (digital cameras are really handy!) on the box and its contents, demonstrating their mistake.
After receiving no response, I called on 11/3 and asked for an RMA. I was assured that it had been sent, but would be resent. On 11/4, after verifying with my sysadmin that no message from them had been received, I called and got the RMA verbally. On that same day (11/4) the box (as I received it) was sent back using Priority Mail.
On 11/17, having received no confirmation that thay had received it, nor any indication that the correct order has or will be shipped, I emailed them again. I did notice, however, that my credit card was debited on 11/2. I was polite, but insisted that if my order was not corrected, I would cancel and dispute the credit card charge.
On 11/18 I received an email saying, "Your package as been received by the end of last week and the replacement is leaving tomorrow with DHL 3 day-shipping".
ON 11/24 (six days later) I emailed asking for a tracking order.
On 11/27 I received the following in an eamil, "We apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience it might have caused you. Please note that the replacement unit will shipped out by the beginning of this week."
On 12/1, I finally receieved the correct order.
To summarize, it took 32 days, seven emails,and 1 phone call to receive a product that I had paid for fast shipping. The good price disappeared in the expense (my nickle) of sending back their mistake. In short, I advise against dealing with this company.

I bought from them through ebay. They posted misleading information, saying that an item was "new in box", but when I received it, a standard included accessory was missing and they were unwilling to send it.

I was going to post my annoyance with their custom support regarding phone backs, but after reading all of these post I think I'm one of the few lucky ones. I ordered a NEXIIe MP3 player because of the CF card support and great price. I received a conformation and then a tracking number the next day… so far so good. I track the unit as it comes from Quebec and then arrives in Calgary 3 days later and gets delivered. Well, delivered it never was. I contacted the company via e-mail first asking what might have happened, no response so I called them and talked to someone there. I was told the Shipping Manager was not there and would call me back the next day. I was happy enough, no long hold time, quick answers. Three days later I still haven't received a phone call. Lucky for them, the box just showed up with our normal morning mail. I don't believe the package being MIA is their fault but I am unhappy with the lack of response from this company. If they called me when they said they would and responded to my e-mail I would have been a very satisfied customer, right now I doubt I would buy from them again based on my experience compounded with all these negative comments. I purchased an VCD player from this store located in Montreal.
Well what can I say... POS.
1 Skips like there is no tomorrow , so forget about portability.
2 Scratches the disk is shaken.
3 VCD playback defaults to PAL. Manual doesn't say a word about how to switch to NTSC altough the player is sold here in Canada.
4 Customer support is inexistent. I tryed to contact them several times but their phone is busy at 2 AM in the night....
To wrap it up, don't throw your money on the junk they sell at huge prices.
If you never heard about a brand nor you can get any info from www.google.com for get about it as is 99% some junk wraped in shiny packs.

I am not happy with this company. I bought an MP3 player from MP3Playerstore.com. The ad said the MP3 player was 2 gigs. However, the device was only able to hold less than 500megabytes on it. The device was actually 1.9gb when I checked it on my computer but for some reason I kept getting a pop up that the device was full after about 444megabytes. Several emails went back and forth with their technician but I was still not able to get the device to work. Finally, they agreed to take the device back but stated that I would have to pay the return shipping and that they will only refund about one third of what I originally paid and only if they deemed the device to be defective. If not, I will have to pay for them to return it to me again. I'm not one to bad mouth companies but needless to say I will never be dealing with this company again. If you do, you do so at your own risk. Anyhow, I brought this issue up with my credit card company and disputed the charge. My Visa credit card company ended up giving me a refund with few questions asked and no forms to fill out leaving me to believe that this is not the first encounter they have had with this company.
BOTTOM LINE: I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS DESPICABLE. This review was modified by its author, ddaann123, on

I have order a mp4/mp3 inno-touch 2gb player with touch screen from mp3playerstore.com well i waited a week for this mp3 player and i was really excited even though it wasn't name brand it looked nice on the site well i finally get it well i open it and everything try to turn it on well it wouldn't turn on so i figured well it just needs to charge for a lil bit well i don't know how long its suppost to charge for so i read the book that came with it well it doesn't tell ya so i just let it charge for 5 hours well you know normally if somthing is dead it will turn on a lil bit even if it just lights up and then gos right off well this mp3 player didn't. Well after that i called there lil customer service well i got to talk to a women i tell her that i have charged my mp3/mp4 player up for 5 hours well she tells me that i have to charge it for 8 hours the first time well i was like ok so i got off the phone which the women was very rude she hung up before i could even say anything else to her. Well i let the mp3/mp4 player charge for 8 hours well guess what it still didn't come on. THE BUSINESS WELL I GUESS IF THATS WHAT U WANNA CALL IT WAS CLOSED SO I HAD TO WAIT THE NEXT DAY TO CALL AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS THE SAME RUDE WOMEN I TOLD HER MY PROBLEM AND SHE TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM AT RETURENMP3STORE.COM WELL I EMAIL THEM AS SOON AS I GET OFF THE PHONE I WAITED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEY NEVER EMAILED ME BACK UNTIL TODAY TELL ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AND THAT IF THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE IT WITHIN 15 DAYS THAT THEY WOULD REFUSE MY EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ONE WELL THE WAY THE SENT IT TO ME WAS DSL WELL THAT TOOK 2 WEEKS WELL THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO SEND IT BY US MAIL WELL THATS GOING TO TAKE LONGER SO THEY KNOW THAT IT WILL BE AFTER 15 DAYS FOR THEM TO GET IT SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO EXCHANGE AND ANOTHER THING IS I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT I MEAN WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT ITS ALL THE WAY IN CANADA SO I GUESS GO FIGUER WELL I JUST WANTED TO BLOG THIS SO NO ONE ELSE GETS GOT LIKE I DID THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS ON SOME OTHER WEBSITES BUT OF COURSE I DIDN'T READ THEM BEFORE I BROUGHT THE MP3/MP4 PLAYER I LOOKED AFTER WHICH IS DUMB OF ME BUT JUST CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHOICES OF BUYING ANYTHING THERE!!! **DO NOT BUY**
You are going to be in for the biggest headache of your life.
#1 The units they sell i don't think are even new as they always arrive with scratches and problems.
#2 The unit will work for 1-2 days and then develop the stupidest problems you can think of
#3 To talk to them on the phone you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes, which is a lot if youre calling long distance
#4 They give you the run-around a lot until "maybe" solving your problem.
#5 Unless you threaten them with a lawsuit and be serious about it ,chances are you're not going to get a refund back.
#6 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING BEFORE SEARCHING THEM UP FIRST. This review was modified by its author, 001STUNNA, on
