I am not happy with this company. I bought an MP3 player from MP3Playerstore.com. The ad said the MP3 player was 2 gigs. However, the device was only able to hold less than 500megabytes on it. The device was actually 1.9gb when I checked it on my computer but for some reason I kept getting a pop up that the device was full after about 444megabytes. Several emails went back and forth with their technician but I was still not able to get the device to work. Finally, they agreed to take the device back but stated that I would have to pay the return shipping and that they will only refund about one third of what I originally paid and only if they deemed the device to be defective. If not, I will have to pay for them to return it to me again. I'm not one to bad mouth companies but needless to say I will never be dealing with this company again. If you do, you do so at your own risk. Anyhow, I brought this issue up with my credit card company and disputed the charge. My Visa credit card company ended up giving me a refund with few questions asked and no forms to fill out leaving me to believe that this is not the first encounter they have had with this company.  
 
BOTTOM LINE: I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS DESPICABLE.

I have order a mp4/mp3 inno-touch 2gb player with touch screen from mp3playerstore.com well i waited a week for this mp3 player and i was really excited even though it wasn't name brand it looked nice on the site well i finally get it well i open it and everything try to turn it on well it wouldn't turn on so i figured well it just needs to charge for a lil bit well i don't know how long its suppost to charge for so i read the book that came with it well it doesn't tell ya so i just let it charge for 5 hours well you know normally if somthing is dead it will turn on a lil bit even if it just lights up and then gos right off well this mp3 player didn't. Well after that i called there lil customer service well i got to talk to a women i tell her that i have charged my mp3/mp4 player up for 5 hours well she tells me that i have to charge it for 8 hours the first time well i was like ok so i got off the phone which the women was very rude she hung up before i could even say anything else to her. Well i let the mp3/mp4 player charge for 8 hours well guess what it still didn't come on. THE BUSINESS WELL I GUESS IF THATS WHAT U WANNA CALL IT WAS CLOSED SO I HAD TO WAIT THE NEXT DAY TO CALL AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS THE SAME RUDE WOMEN I TOLD HER MY PROBLEM AND SHE TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM AT RETURENMP3STORE.COM WELL I EMAIL THEM AS SOON AS I GET OFF THE PHONE I WAITED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEY NEVER EMAILED ME BACK UNTIL TODAY TELL ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AND THAT IF THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE IT WITHIN 15 DAYS THAT THEY WOULD REFUSE MY EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ONE WELL THE WAY THE SENT IT TO ME WAS DSL WELL THAT TOOK 2 WEEKS WELL THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO SEND IT BY US MAIL WELL THATS GOING TO TAKE LONGER SO THEY KNOW THAT IT WILL BE AFTER 15 DAYS FOR THEM TO GET IT SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO EXCHANGE AND ANOTHER THING IS I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT I MEAN WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT ITS ALL THE WAY IN CANADA SO I GUESS GO FIGUER WELL I JUST WANTED TO BLOG THIS SO NO ONE ELSE GETS GOT LIKE I DID THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS ON SOME OTHER WEBSITES BUT OF COURSE I DIDN'T READ THEM BEFORE I BROUGHT THE MP3/MP4 PLAYER I LOOKED AFTER WHICH IS DUMB OF ME BUT JUST CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHOICES OF BUYING ANYTHING THERE!!! THE SITE IS MP3PLAYERSTORE.COM AND THEY DO HAVE THIS SITE ON THE TV SO IF YOU SEE IT DON'T THINK LIKE I DID EVERYTHING U SEE ON TV IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE WELL FOR ME IT IS!!!! They r scammers and they really need to be sued

**DO NOT BUY**  
You are going to be in for the biggest headache of your life.  
#1 The units they sell i don't think are even new as they always arrive with scratches and problems.  
#2 The unit will work for 1-2 days and then develop the stupidest problems you can think of  
#3 To talk to them on the phone you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes, which is a lot if youre calling long distance  
#4 They give you the run-around a lot until "maybe" solving your problem.  
#5 Unless you threaten them with a lawsuit and be serious about it ,chances are you're not going to get a refund back.  
 
#6 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING BEFORE SEARCHING THEM UP FIRST.

I REALLY wish i would have researched mp3playerstore.com before I bought anything from them. Thier whole website/business is a complete scam.  
Dec-13 I ordered a INNOVATEK IN-400DTM All-In-One Motorized Car DVD Player with 4'' LCD & TV Tuner + FREE ANT-2 WITH overnight shipping. December 18th I emailed them politely asking how long it would take to get my item. No Response.  
December 21 i called and they gave me some bullcrap about not recieving an email conformation from me which included my shipping address. I sent it to their e-mail address and the guy said it would ship off on the 26th so i was like ok.  
Jan-3rd-I called and they still said they never got the conformation again. Up to this point im just like are you serious. I send it AGAIN through email and just hope for the best. The same day i stumbled upon this site and now im in the process of trying to get a full refund before this gets too out of hand.  
 
DO NOT BUY FROM MP3PLAYERSTORE.COM  
THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Paid for item IMMEDIATELY! Contacted 4 days later stating the item was out of stock until mid January but I could accept 2 other substitutes of "equal value". I guess they didn't know I worked in wholesale for years and still have contacts. I look at pricing for the two units they offered and found out they cost HALF as much as the original item I paid for. I declined and requested a refund. Company refuses to give refund but my paypal claim will automatically refund me on the 31st of December. DO NOT PAY WITHOUT USING PAYPAL, YOU NEED PAYPAL WHEN DEALING WITH SCAMMERS! Worst part is they are still selling the out of stock items so I wonder how many people did fall for the bait and switch. I have come across many recent ebayers stating te same thing happened to them so when I finish my web page about this company I will post the URL. Comapnies like this do not deserve to stay or remain in business but they do because people are not informed. My website should inform everyone and hopefully shut this place down.

Is the most BAD company who I try on Internet. We pay for send 3 radios to Costa Rica with extra charge of $90.00, and then only send me 2 to Los Angeles, CA, USA with different models, without antenna offers in your website.  
For more, the order was shipped 2 months before I put my order.  
I not recomend this company to anybody.

I ordered a innovotek 990 car dvd player through EBAY.  
Package was shipped fast only problem is that when I opened the box all that was in it was a BRICK.  
contacted them and filed dispute with paypal but no response yet.  
I hope they just have an internal problem such as dishonest employee or something and make good on the sale. otherwise I guess I been took.  
I still trust they will make it right. For some reason the EBAY feedback is good that is why I dealt with htis company.

I sure wish i found this place PRIOR to winning a auction on Ebay. I paid these guys at auction end on Sept30, 2005 and still today Oct18,2005 do not have any product. I have emailed these people countless times with no reply. I have tried to call them on thier 800, thats is a big joke too. A recording comes on tells you to wait and the "fastest" way to recieve help is by email (yeah right). Well after being on hold for 30+ minutes on several attempts i finally gave up on the phone route. So i went ahead and filled with PayPal. Hopefully I will get my 220 dollars back. All I can say is STAY AWAY unless you got money to give or you just like bad servie!

Odered product they said was INSTOCK. I told them I needed them in 2 weeks or do not send them. 4 weeks later I received an email stating that the products were shipping. I immediately called teh company to tell them not to ship them as I go the product from another source. They said refuse the shipment and they would credit my card. 7 months later and no less than 5 emails stating that the credit was done - I still have not seen a credit go through. Beware.

It was a month before i could get a replacement product for a bad 7" monitor (it did not power up). getting them to answer the phone is a task. when emailing i got no response after 7 attempts. when i did finally get 3 different people on the phone.they of no help. Wes the owner is a shady character and it shows in his business practices. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT WILL BE A BIG HEADACHE WITH NO ASPIRIN AVAILABLE. i STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AFTER 1 MONTH. TODAY I CANCELLED MY ORDER. i AM HOPING TO GET THE REFUND FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. I WONT HOLD MY BREATH.!!!!!!!!!avoid mp3playerstore.com. They are probably the worst retailer i have ever dealt within my 34 years!!!

... and getting more dissatisfied every day ...  
THIS STORE IS A FRAUD !!!  
 
I ordered 2 headrest LCD panels from this company. At first got 2 panels that did not work. After returning these panels and a lot of e-mails i finally got 2 working panels but they were completely different than the ones i ordered and looked a lot cheaper. I was promised a refund for the price difference but did not get anything yet and they do not react on e-mails any more.  
Overall there response on e-mail and/or phone is very very bad. I think i have send them about 25 e-mails and only got a response on 3 of them. From support i never got an answer.  
 
.. but reading the reviews below .... it could even be worse ....  
 
Update:  
Got TWO (!!) replies on mails this week ! I will quote them both, because they are completely bizar ...  
 
First reply (after about 10 reminders ...):  
"  
What is your order number?  
Please reply as soon as possible  
Thank you and have a good day  
"  
This is realy what they send, nothing more and nothing less. The ordernumber was in about 10 of the previous send 25 mails .....  
 
But of course i send them the ordernumber again.  
"  
My initial ordernumber was xxxxx.  
 
Could you also, besides keeping your promise and credit back the price difference ASAP, send me information about the specs of the panels you guys send me ?  
 
I’ve found out that this kind of unasked swaps from your side happens more often and I want to be sure that I got my moneys worth.

This is unbelievable, again as with the first mail, the answer is in the same mail. And also some other person from this store promised me the credit (or they must have employed someone with severe memory-problems .....).  
 
It's getting worse ....  
 
Please follow my advice, never ever buy from this store !  
 
I filed a complaint at the IFCC and the BBB against this store. The BBB tried to contact them in my name two times but also did not get any reply or reaction. I will now get the help of an attorney.  
I hope people look at sites like this and that it will prevent them from ordering anything. It is very clear to me at this point than anybody with a positive experience with this store is very very lucky !

My worst e-shopping experience...ever.  
 
I ordered a 5.6" LCD TV for what I thought was a great price. I paid by paypal through their website. I am Canadian verified paypal user. I wish I had never come across their site.  
 
10 days go by and no TV so I decided to send them an email asking very politely whether my order had gone through. I got a reply apologizing for the delay and that it would ship out that very day.  
 
A week goes by and no TV so I sent them another email asking what was happening. They had my money already so I was extra polite, even stating that I don't mean to be pushy. I get a reply stating that my paypal account is in "unconfirmed status" and that I should call them and speak to Wes, "Thank you and have a nice day." When I speak to Wes he seems very impatient and before I can even understand what the problem is, he says, "You know what Martin? I'll just ship it out, ok?" I thanked him.  
 
Naturally it doesn't ship at all. I call again a few days later (after finally getting through)and the manager there, Phil, tells me that he thinks I am a fraud because of my IP and because they called me and a Chinese person answered (my mom) and they've been having problem with Chinese people. Naturally assuming I am trying to cheat him he is extremely rude on the phone. I assured him I wasn't a fraud by having him call my number again to verify it (this time with me home). He checks my order again and realized that my Paypal is in fact verified and says it'll ship out the next day. I say "can you guarantee that?" He says, "100% chance" its going to ship the next day. Its been 2 business days, no email with tracking number, no TV. I will wait a few more days before calling back.  
 
At this point it has been 22 days since my order was placed and I don't know if I have to kiss my money goodbye or not but I would certainly recommend to anyone to never order from these baffoons.

Update: I received the TV one day after posting my review. So my ordeal is over with. The TV is lower quality than I expected, almost unwatchable. However, I knew there was this risk beforehand having heard nothing of the make or model. I am just glad to have something for my money.

The first item I ordered arrived broken. Mailed it back for a return.  
 
Replacement item arrived broken. Called to tell them that I'm not sending the 2nd one back until I receive a verified-working unit. The manager (Wes) said he wouldn't do it unless I ordered something else from their site. Then he'd throw my 3rd unit in with the new purchase. Like a dummy I agreed.  
 
3rd unit shows up without any packaging. Whoever tested it forgot to package it back up. Then, the extra item that I purchased was the WRONG item! Finally mailed both the 2nd broken item and extra item back for a full refund. Haven't heard back from them yet.  
 
What everyone says on here is true. Their support is a joke. Go get your goods somewhere else!
