Great seller. I ordered a 226w pelt. I later added a fan grill to my order. Bruce was very helpful and gave me a coupon code for free shipping and added it to my order. It shipped promptly and arrived exactly as noted. The pelt works great. I would definately recommend this seller.

I purchased a watercooling rig from these guys, and when I changed my order a few days later they were more than willing to (a part has been back-ordered any way) and even added some free goodies. :D A+

I ordered a couple of shrouds, and tubing. Received them ok. The few times I have purchased from Cooltechnica, they have come through in flying colors.

Ordered AquaExtreme, everything went smooth shipped before 7 days build cycle but maybe a little too soon, THEY FORGOT THE VIDEO WATER BLOCK, Swiftech MCW50, called both toll free lines, nobody picked up, emailed them still havent recived an answer. Hopefully they honor my request to overnight the missing block before thursday, if it was out of stock i wished they would have informed me, anyways ill keep this updated as i get a reply.

Was shipped the wrong item (UV-Red shroud instead of black), but when contacted about it the customer service representative was courteous and offered to ship out a black one to me and suggested that I keep the UV-red one at no charge.  
 
Satisfied. (I would like to see it easier to get in touch with them though)

This is my second purchase from Cooltechnica (this time I purchased a Swiftech water cooling pump + Opteron water block) The items were shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The prices are good and shipping is reasonable. Also, they tell you up front which items are in/out of stock - which I really appreciate. I am very pleased with this merchant and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I ordered a TC-4 waterblock from www.cooltechnica.com on 2/26/04 because they had the lowest price I could find and they were in New York, the same state where I live. Well, after the high shipping charges and sales tax, I wound up paying $42 for a $25 block ... no big deal I guess.  
 
A week after my order, I emailed customer support to find out why I had not received my order nor a tracking number and got the following response:

I then did not hear from them again for a few days, so I sent a couple more emails to which I received no replies. Then today, finally I received an email saying that my order had been shipped and gave me the tracking number.

So, the bottom line is this ... He waited a week to ship the package at all. He charged me sales tax because I live in NY, yet shipped the product from Canada. I searched the whole website and I could not find anywhere that it said products even shipped form Canada. And I won't receive the product until Mar. 11th, which is 2 full weeks from when I placed my order.  
 
Next time I'll be ordering from D-tek directly or from somewhere else. I am very disappointed and I highly suggest against ordering anything from this company.

Whether the block was shipped from Canada, California or Timbuktu, it still was shipped a full week after I ordered it! If I pay New york sales tax to a New York company, I expect to receive a product from ... NEW YORK *gasp*! Instead I receive a product shipped a week later from across the country where I could have easily ordered it myself and avoided the sales tax, delay and high shipping cost.  
 
Bruce only offered to refund my shipping or a free refund IF I changed my review here. And I have not received any "full shipping refund for my inconveniences" either. Great business practice to bribe people into getting good reviews huh?

Was shipped promptly. Returning customer, and have had a positive experience both times.

Fantastic people. Got an e-mail from Cenk telling me that an item was out of stock and asking me what I wanted to do. After a couple e-mails back and forth (and some excellent free advice) I settled on an alternate product and he took the price difference and upgraded my shipping (my suggestion) with no problem. Not only do I recommend them, but all of my future cooling aand modding purchases (if they sell the item) will be from them. Great prices and fantastic customer service. 9 is too low of a rating for these guys.

I have ordered 2 times and both were outstanding! The first time it was shipped the next day and in my hands in 2 more days as promised since I used UPS 2nd day air. The second order ran into a problem which was entirely my own fault. So I called to see what I could do to get my order before the weekend but since it was already Thursday afternoon and Bruce put a rush on it to make sure it would make it in time for next day air as wel as offered to pay for Saturday service if he couldn't get it out that night. I had my stuff at 9:40 the next morning! Great work Bruce! My first order contained a D-Tek radiator that was of poor Q/C from the manufactuer (not Cooltechnica's fault) and Bruce was very fast to issue an RMA for it to be replaced. I would recomend them to anyone looking for water cooling gear.

my stuff was very well packed in bubble wrap and shipped very quickly.  
There was some issues with creditcard sales with international orders and verification of the creditcard was needed. Their reponse to my email was quick.  
Only wish they were to email me when the package was shipped.
