Purchased a hard-to-find (in the UK where I'm based) pump and some extremely rare wyes from Cooltechnica.  
Process went without a hitch, the order reaching me across the Atlantic in the USPS-estimated time frame (7-10 days).  
Bruce was helpful with any questions I had and was very flexible with regards to international shipping methods.  
I would not hesitate to purchase from again in the future.

excellent store. I placed an international order with Cooltechnica, and once we got past the international order requirements phase (they asked me to fax them my ID etc :) ), I received the goods in 2 days. WOW, now that was faastt.  
BTW I bought 2 of their AquaXtreme 50Z pumps, and some other water cooling products, and I must add I'm impressed with the performance and quality of their gear.

I ordered Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound from CoolTechnica and recieved Arctic Silver Ceramique. I've left 3 unreturned messages asking for the AS5. I've sent a email that went unanswered.  
Please do not do buy from CoolTechnica.

Fast and friendly replies to all my e-mails. A little slow getting back to me to figure out international shipping.

I placed my first order from this shop late July 9 (Fri.) and had to change my order over the weekend. On early July 12 (Mon.), I received an email from Bruce stating "not a problem" with my change order request. Based on the other comments here (about fast shipping), I had expected them to ship my order that day. A fast shipper to me is either same-day or next-day ship, but looks like my particular order will take the full 2 days to ship (hopefully). I purchased nothing customized for this order. A few other things that prevent this shop from getting top scores from me:  
 
1) there are way too many items that are out of stock and they don't give any ETA dates or status  
2) the site is often slow (page loading times)  
3) they don't answer their calls and two pre-sale emails I sent them were not replied to  
 
Some positives (so far):  
 
1) excellent product selection  
2) very competitive prices/reasonable ship rates  
3) shipping calculator  
4) superb website organization

I have to be totally honest and admit that this order was a nightmare. It was shipped late, a rad I ordered was actually out of stock, received a wrong item, missing accessories for an item, and (to top it all off) was incorrectly billed. What saved this store in the end is the exceptional customer service. These guys quickly responded to and handled every problem. Bruce and the cooltechnica cust. service dept. are a class-act and know how to do business. Bottom line: low prices + broad product selection + superior customer service = loyal customer.

First time buyer of liquid cooling equipment for home PC. Customer service was really helpful and provided great advice for a new order. Their suggestions were fair and logic drive, not profit driven. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase cooling equipment for their PCs.

This was my first time buying form Cooltechnica.com and it will not be my last. Items shipped same day and shippng was UPS ground and came the next day. The order was perfect and packed well. This store has the fastest shipping I have found for computer items online and the prices are within 10% of most other online stores.

Out of stock items need to be restocked faster(I can't wait forever) and more pics of item(s). A lot of choice, easy to order. Overall, an excellent online store for water cooling stuff.

2nd purchase with Cooltechnica, prompt order processing so far. 1st experience was great with good, knowledgeable phone support when I ordered and excellent customer service afterward when I needed to do an RMA.

Good selection, reasonable prices, prompt shipping, good packaging, nice web site - and they support a number of "enthusiast forums" to boot

very good service. shipped quickly at a very fair price.

Received everything I ordered in great conditions (2 schrouds and a Impeller kit for L30). All items were very well wrapped.
