They were out of stock of the pump I ordered so they instead shipped me a more expensive model. I appreciate the generosity, however, I think some people might be angry if they opened up the box to find a different item. I think this better pump should suit me fine.  
 
Prices were low and shipment was fast. If I ever need hard to find computer products I'll go here first.

I purchased a radiator on 6/29 and then changed my mind and re-ordered a different rad. The item was out of stock so I received an email from CoolTechnica that I thought was very helpful. Bruce sent me some information regarding the performance of the radiator I picked letting me know that the least expensive rad I chose originally was actually the better of the two. He shared his source and provided me with the opportunity to do some research on my own. I find this far different from the many resellers who just want my money and are willing to sell me whatever I want to buy.  
 
Buying from CoolTechnica is like buying from a trusted friend. I am now a customer for life!  

I have purchase many parts from this store and they have never failed to provide quality service and quality products for a fair price.

I sent an RMA nearly a month ago, and have not yet recieved my part. I have sent them numerous E-mails throughout the past few weeks, and have left them a voicemail, and have yet to hear back from them.

HUGE selection and a very good store. great products and easily accessible

Great price on Black Ice Extreme Rad. I ordered on the 24th, shipped on the 25th and received via USPS promptly. Everything I ordered was there as promised. I bought some Y-connectors that were too large for the thick tubing I have and to Cooltechnica's credit they were quick to respond to my email regarding their return, offering a suggestion on possibly how to get them to work or an RMA if that was unsuccesful. I'll buy from them again.

Very good. Items were shipped promptly and arrived well packaged.

While I was extremely satisfied with the length of time it took for the package to arrive (ordered monday at midnight, received thursday), I did not receive what was described on their website.  
 
I ordered 1 WW USMA bracket and 2 black nylon wye connectors. Not only did I receive white wye's instead, but the USMA bracket, which is advertised with a mirror finish, has many scratches over it; they are quite noticable. I am beginning to think that this bracket has been previously owned.  
 
I emailed cooltechnica 3 days ago requesting replacement, but I have not received a reply.  
 
EDIT: I never received a reply. I was also billed twice on my bank statement. This is rediculous. Be careful if you shop here.  
 
EDIT 2: I was not aware that the email address was bouncing back for you - this has never happened before. Anyway, I will attempt to contact you via darkenreaper57@gmail.com. I also left a message via the phone number provided on the website.  
 
EDIT 3: Well, I must say that cooltechnica has some excellent customer service. It has restored my faith in the company. I will probably order from them again. I have revised my review.

Placed the order on monday and received it on tuesday. Very fast service. I guess it helps we're in the same state...

I ordered a Dangerden RBX and an AquaExtreme 50z waterpump on 3/24. I e-mailed them when I noticed that my order wasn't being shipped and Bruce promptly replied. He notified me that their pump supplier hadn't made a delivery yet. He was nice enough to ship my waterblock while we waited for the pumps to arrive. I was disappointed that the pump wasn't actually in stock like their website said but Bruce is a reasonable guy and I understand their situation. I appreciate him sending the waterblock by itself.  
 
The pump came in 04/06/05 and was promptly shipped.

Placed my order on Wed, and recieved my items the next by at 2:00pm! Talk about quick! A+ service!

I ordered the universal mount for my whitewater block on 2/28/05 at 3:00pm and it arrived before 3:00pm the next day, less than 1 day, all I can say is WOW!!  
Great Vender!!

Excellent store, unlike most watercooling stores they actually had a little of everything instead of a few choice components. Will order from again.
