Order was confirmed, processed, and notified for shipping by the 18th of Feb. E-mailed company on March 1st for non-reciept of order... shipping company had nothing more then notification. Promptly replied and said they would look into it. Received no follow up mail, even after inquiring... but tracking for shipment showed pick-up and enroute.
I'll give partial credit for using their non-standard shipping (I used USPS instead of UPS, due to some issues with UPS's quality of shipping as of late).
Items came well packaged, and with no damage when received, 2 days after my inquiry.
