ordered pump and some other item's on 1/17/07 at mid day recieved conformation email for order. I checked order status at the site and it said the order was verified. I waited until the following week to checked status of my order there was no change sent email for delivery status and got no reply. I don't use a free email account. After 10 days with order going no where I called there costumer service phone # and canceled my order. When I called all I got was the voice mail. I will not do buisness with them again my order was over $100.

These guys bent over backward helping me out with a cpu waterblock. They even waived the shipping charge due to some communications delay due to spam filters which I did not see as their fault. A1 in my book, I will order from them again.  
 

I'm never buying from these guys again..placed an order..received email confirmation..credit card was charged..1 week later received email saying item back ordered!! Went to site and the item is still for sale with no indication "out of stock" This is the second time they screwed me..wont happen again!!

I ordered an AquaXtreme MP-05 SP Limited CPU block. It was back ordered for a couple weeks because I wanted the special A64 springs, but shipped promptly when they got them in. To my surprise, the block leaked a bit and I discovered that one of the o-rings in the block was missing. I sent an e-mail explaining the problem and got a reply the same day. They immediately sent out a whole new block with a return shipping label for the faulty one.  
 
Absolutely top notch customer service here and I will definately be back for future purchases.

I received my AquaXtreme G3/8 BSPP threaded fittings on time and in grate shape, but to my amazement, they also included extra tubing and two extra fittings by mistake. When I informed them of this they said THX for the heads up ;) and told me to keep them. I am more then satisfied with CoolTechnica!

Priceing is very good, fast processing time. Site is very easy to navigate. I would be glad to shop there again.

Cooltechnica had all the most complete collection to make my waterloop. I like their products and ordering was a breeze. I do plan on buying from cooltechnica again.

The seller has some great products for watercooling. I found the prices to be competitive with other stores. The sale items were especially low priced. I bought 2 D-Tek Whitewater waterblocks and at an amazing price. I hope I'm as happy with these two as I have been with my previous White Water.  
 
 
Oh, and the time to shipment was about 3 days if you include saturday and sunday. so in effect 2 post office days and 1 buissness day. I don't know if they are open weekends, but regardless, shipping was reasonably priced and done in only 1 buissness day. No complains!

When I discovered, upon arrival, that the midplate was a little damaged, I contacted CoolTechnica. They sent me a new Delrin midplate replacement (with no additional charges, FREE!) that was better than the one I originally ordered . VERY IMPRESSED! I Highly Recommend them!

Never had a bad experience shopping at cooltechnica and ive been a customer for many years now.  
 
Prices are average for the market but the shipping prices are alot better than many other stores.
