I purchased a battery charger (K-401DCWB)from them almost two years ago (6/20/06). It stopped working two days ago. I emailed them. I received a prompt reply to return it for a refund or exchange! It was that simple. I am very impressed!

Order was received in very good time. After using the product and noting the batteries lasted only a short time (compared to less powerful batteries) they are sending new ones, no questions asked. Very quick response on a problem. Will buy from them again and recommend them to all.
