I bought a charger, batteries and tripod/ digital camera kit from them... Just to say that the price is great and fast shipping, BUT I did input on the site GCNE10 for a 10% discount, it worked at first, but on my VISA they just gave me 5% discount... I called them and they told me they NEVER HAD 10% discount and it is because the site is in a transition! You can't just give me half the discount after my online invoice confirms 10%!!!! And the disclaimer was added after I bought the stuff! I won't return the stuff though as the items do work great.

Ordered a La Crosse battery charger from them. Their site was very informative about the product. They shipped quickly and it was the best price that I could find available to Canada.

If your looking for the best price in batteries and battery accessories this is the place to go without a doubt. And talk about excellent customer service, I placed an order and added the wrong batteries to order, so I had to place another order so I could get the ones I needed. Ended up emailing them short after and asked them if they would just make it all one order and take the wrong batteries off the order and refund me the difference they did it right away, with no questions asked. Very pleasant to deal with, and 5 stars for customer service.

I just received my order, just a couple days after I placed the order. This is the second time I have ordered a battery from Thomas Distributing. The first time I ordered, the battery was defective. I sent it back, and they replaced it, no questions.

I cannot recommend Thomas Distributing enough. Have ordered from them for over 6 years now and the service has never been anything less than extraordinary. They sell the PowerEx line of batteries at incredible prices and the quality of the product is flawless. Had a set of AAA batteries that were 5 months old stop working suddenly, sent an email, and had a new package in my mailbox only 3 days after I mailed out the defective ones. Great store!

Another GREAT order: Super pricing and service. I do not understand the Price ratings being below 8 unless competitors are negative feedback bombing. Based on my dealings with them over the years there is no one better for price, quality and service than Thomas Distributing.

I first saw Thomas Distributing on Steve's Digicam years ago and dealing with them over the years has been a consistent experience of excellent products and great service.

What a great experience. I ordered a bunch of rechargeable batteries from Thomas Distributing. The order arrived very quickly.  
 
The order had an issue, but I submitted a ticket in to their Help Desk system (which is online) and the problem was taken care of very quickly.  
 
For me the fact that they dealt with an issue so quickly and professionally is what has me so happy to have made my order here.  
 
 
I can tell you that I will be returning to them for all of my needs in the future.

Decent prices on the batteries, maybe 10-20% lower than the big box stores. You can find similar prices from other vendors online. The pricing on the charger was very competitive. I ordered after reading the excellent reviews on this site and I was not disappointed.  
 
Online ordering was smooth and uneventful. I spent the extra $1 and got FedEx 3-day shipping instead of UPS since UPS always crush my packages. 2-1/2 days later I had everything sitting on my doorstep. Everything was as ordered and works well. I highly recommend this vendor
