Mt first time dealing with them, and it won't be the last. Purchased some Maha Imedion batteries and they had them for a great price and the shipping was SUPER quick.

The multitude of other positive comments, about Thomas Distributing, do not surprise me. My recent issue, replacement of a defective item, was handled promptly, professionally and way beyond the norm of customer service. Great company. Great products. Great service!

I don't think that 5000 characters would be enough to express how happy I have been dealing with these people. I have been using their charegers and batteries for several years. We are geocachers and would otherwise be buying and throwing away alot of alkaline batteries. I purchased one of their 401FS chargers a few years ago as well as the Powerex batteries. They performed flawlessly for several years. After about 3 years I had a problem with the charger. I called them and they sent me another one free of charge.They even apologized that I had a problem with one of their products.In between, at the urging of some friends I have purchased other brands of batteries and have subsequently thrown them away when they no longer performed satisfactorily. I am still susing the original Powerex batteries from Thomas Distributing that I bought 4 or 5 years ago and they perform flawlessly. I saw that these people have a 9.86 rating out of 10. I can't believe, from my expereinces, that anyone would not give them a 10. I guess most of us take the time to complain about people, more than we take time to praise and thank people when they do a great job. These people deserve a 10+ in my book. Thanks a lot to Thomas Distributing for doing such a great job. I love doing business with them.

After researching MAHA batteries and chargers, I read reviews on this company that were posted here on RR. Their price was reasonable and the merchant had a good reputation, so I ordered.  
 
Everything seemed to go smoothly, but I never received any emailed confirmation. So after a few hours I called them, and was told their systems were down for a required software update, and they couldn't even access my order. Well, this left me a little uneasy... After two days they apparently got their system together, and I got a confirmation that my order shipped. It arrived pretty quickly once shipped.  
 
Unpacking my order, I found one of my new batteries was defective. I called Thomas, they said "we'll replace it". Two days later I had the replacement - no problem.  
 
Bottom line - I'm happy, I think they did well by me. Two phone calls to a merchant is unusual for me, but both times they were quite decent on the phone. The early web site glitch was "unfortunate" - a note on the site might have been helpful. My problem was resolved quickly with no hassle, and they sent so many battery holders in my order I don't know what to do with them all...

I want to comment on the fabulous customer service I've received from this company. The person who handle my request went beyond my expectations and truly held up the company's 100% satisfaction guarantee. While I felt inconvenienced by the failure of the battery so short after purchase, the quick replacement and excellent prompt communications made me feel good about dealing with Thomas Distributing. I will buy from them again for future battery needs.

I've ordered from Thomas Distributing several times now, and I've never had a problem with any order. They sell great merchandise at good prices; they have reasonable shipping charges; and they process orders quickly and efficiently. The only (minor) suggestion I'd have for them is to redesign the web site. I find it kind of cluttered.

I love Thomas Distributing. Great quality, great customer service... The most difficult part is that it's tough to pay $$ for quality, especially when you could get rechargable batteries with a charger at the grocery store for like $12... but after 3-4 sets of grocery store batteries and chargers over a couple of years (batteries kept dying and one charger caught on fire), it's worth spending $$ on quality products.  
 
I couldn't be happier with the (now) 3 chargers I've bought from them and the probably 20-30 batteries that I bought... I'm actually looking to buy some more batteries to keep our Wii controllers from going through the alkalines like crazy and will definitely use Thomas Distributing again.

I ordered a battery charger in late October. Unfortunately it failed recently. I contacted Thomas Distr and they mailed a new charger out immediately. They were great to deal with - excellent communication, and they stand behind their products. I would happily do business with them again.
