I ordered a set of Powerex batteries from Thomas Distributing on Wednesday and received the batteries the following Tuesday. I also received an e-mail with tracking info when it shipped. I might even have had them Monday if it wasn't Memorial Day!! I haven't gotten to try out the batteries yet, as the camera I ordered from another vendor (on the same day) hasn't even been shipped yet. :( I would definitely recommend this company!!

Ordered batt's/charger Tuesday night. Shipped Wednesday. Received Monday in perfect condition, well packed and protected. Impressive!

I ordered on sunday and got my package on Friday. Not too bad being where they are and that I ordered 3-5 day shipping. I do have a complaint though:  
 
I filled out a specific form to choose a different billing and shipping address. I wanted to charge the order to my visa which uses my home address for a billing address. However, I wanted the order shipped to where I work because there's usually no one at home during the day while I'm at work.  
 
The email they sent me after placing the order clearly showed they would be sending to my work address and billing to my home address.  
 
HOWEVER, when I got the email confirmation from UPS, it showed my home address city in the "shipping to" field instead of the city where I work.  
 
Sure enough, the order was shipping to the wrong address. It was shipping to my home instead of work. Lucky for me someone was there to sign for it (very unusual but it worked out ok).  
 
I'm not that mad because it got there, but I think it's a pretty simple task to send to a different address than the billing addres, especially when you have a specific form to fill out when specifying this. Makes me kind of wonder about the competency of the company and it's workforce...  
 
Other than this complaint the whole thing was rather painless and went well.

I decided to buy from Thomas Distributing simply because of their very large selection of NiMH products with reasonable prices. I ordered several sets of batteries, extra battery holders, and 2 battery chargers. One very nice touch was being able to pay with Paypal so I could send money from my checking account without having to write a check to pay off my credit card.  
 
I received a confirmation email from Tomas Distributing as well as a shipping notice from FedEx. The package arrived on time and the contents were neatly packed in its own sealed plastic bag surrounded by bubble-wrap.  
 
I think I was most impressed by the invoice. Each item was checked off meaning that someone actually made sure that my order was correct. It's hard to mess up an order when you double check everything!  
 
My experience overall with Thomas Distributing was nothing short of perfect. I have already told several people about them and will definitely be ordering from them again. Rest assured, they are top notch!

I am very happy with the MAHA C401FS charger, the  
MAHA NiMH 2000 maH AA batteries and the Kodak NiMH  
AAA batteries which I ordered. The order was shipped  
promptly and arrived in good shape.  
 
I also ordered the 6 pcs precision screwdriver set  
and helping hand with 2 inch magnifier. The last two  
items are very poor quality and not worth the  
money. I would have sent them back, but the return  
postage would have been too much, so I kept them.  
I also got a free flashlight with two AA batteries  
which were also poor quality. The two AA batteries  
which came with the flashlight were dead on arrival  
and when I put two fresh alkaline batteries in the  
flashlight, they were dead in one day even though  
the flashlight was off.

contacted me by phone and email about my complaint.  
I called them back and was very satified with the outcome.  
This is a great company which really cares about their  
customers. I definitely would not hestitate to buy  
from them again.

They got the order right at the right price. Good place to deal with.

Ordered a charger and batteries on a Sunday and received everything on Thursday. This is with a one day delay, due to a problem with my credit card. They had the best price I could find. Everything was well packaged and they even included a 5% discount coupon for my next order. I would definitely order from them again.

Very fast processing and shipping. Great deal on rechargeable Ni-MH 2000mAh AA batteries and recharger (to be used for an alkaline murdering digital camera). I ordered it on Thursday, and it came the following Saturday via USPS Priority (you should use USPS whenever you can because it's faster).  
 
The website could use a new design since it looks old school. Fast site nevertheless. Easy online and secure ordering. I highly recommend Thomas Distributing. Visit this site if you need any batteries.

The day after I ordered a battery charger and batteries online (for a very good price), a sales person called. I had forgotten to provide my zip code and state. I gave it to her. There was no pressure to buy any additional products. The items were shipped immediately afterward and arrived here as promised in 2-3 business day. all the items purchased were shipped. This is the right way to run a business. Very satisfied customer.

I ordered a battery charger from them. Had no problem other than some confusion with the order tracking number from UPS, which didn't work initially. Got the product in a couple days.

Very prompt shipping. On the special requests page I requested that my personal information not be sold and someone took the trouble to make a photocopy of the companies privacy policy and mail it with the shipment. I have ordered from them 3 times and I would not think of ordering batteries from anybody else. Wish there were more companies like this. Keep up the good work.

I have a Minolta Dimage 7i and ordered an external battery pack (POWERBank From MAHA POWEREX) from Thomas Distributing. I however mistakenly ordered the NiMH pack instead of the Li-Ion version.  
 
The people at Thomas Distributing were willing and quick to fix my mistake, no hesitation! I shipped the first pack back and received the replacement the day after they notified me that it was shipped!  
 
I was so impressed by this company that I created an account here just to post this. Obviously I highly regard this company and recommend them.
