I purchased a digital battery analyzer (for household batteries)from Thomas Distributing.  
Delivery of the purchase was fast.  
I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of this analyzer.  
I thought I had a problem with the unit and e-mailed Thomas Distributing. Customer service responded in less than 12 hours. The problem turned out to be an operator (me) error.  
As an avid Web shopper, I can report that Thomas Distributing is first class. I recomend them.

This is my third purchase from Thomas Distributing, and I will be buying from them again. They have a a great selection of rechargeable batteries and battery chargers, and they ship very quickly. Prices are better than most battery distributors, and they even include free battery cases. Why go anywhere else?  
 

I've been buying batteries from Thomas Distributing for a couple of years now and in that time have placed five or six orders. Although their web site looks a little old-fashioned, their service and prices are terrific and I have found them to be 100% reliable.

I was very pleased with the accuracy of the description of the products I ordered. The order was filled quickly and I received my order quickly.

This is my 2nd purchase from Thomas Distributing. They're the only place that I know that has a great selection of rechargeable batteries, various brand names and capacaties, and of battery chargers. They ship quickly. And they're helpful with battery and charger questions, better than the stuff's own manufacturer!  
 
TD is in Paris, IL, and I'm in St. Louis. Ordering from TD is just as quick and convenient as going to a big box store, without the bothersome big box mentality. Also the aforementioned selection and variety.

I have been purchasing products from Thomas Distributing for years now. I get things for myself and a non-profit that I support. Their product line is top notch; their customer support is great; and their prices are great. If you want to be green and save a lot of money then use rechargable batteries. I doubt you can do better than getting them from Thomas Distributing.

I'm an international buyer so I would like to have the choice of shipping through USPS to save costs.  
The service was, nevertheless very efficient and will definitely return to Thomas-distributing for further purchases.

As a first time customer I am pleased with nt dealings with Thomas distributing. Much of my decision to order a laptop battery from Thomas was due to the high reseller rating they earned from previous customers. I feel they deserved this rating. Phone correspondence was quick and professional. Will do business with them again. Only issue was the battery was back ordered so there was a 5 day delay in shipment.

I have been using Thomas Distributing for about five years. I have always had great AND prompt service. Their products are as claimed, and have always kept me happy. I also had one occasion to use their customer service when some batteries that I ordered failed to hold a good portion of their capacity after one year. The batteries were promptly replaced without any fees/charges.

Ordered Imedion batteries. Great price, but over 6% of the batteries arrived dead (unusable), and will have to be returned.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Thomas Distributing!! My order came through in 6 days! The items were all available from this company and in stock, unlike other web based companies I checked with. The price was far cheaper than here in Canada and the shipping was half. Thanks again T.D., I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Prompt serice. As ordered. Reasonable price. What else can you ask for?

I ordered a charger, a battery case, DVD, and 3 sets of expensive batteries.  
Their email confirmation listed all items correctly.  
But shipment was missing all the batteries and invoice said nothing about them. Such hassles should be avoided if sellers would have a systematic order system in place.  
 
However they were quick to respond and correct the situation with fine customer service.
