The multitude of other positive comments, about Thomas Distributing, do not surprise me. My recent issue, replacement of a defective item, was handled promptly, professionally and way beyond the norm of customer service. Great company. Great products. Great service!

I ordered a battery charger in late October. Unfortunately it failed recently. I contacted Thomas Distr and they mailed a new charger out immediately. They were great to deal with - excellent communication, and they stand behind their products. I would happily do business with them again.

Another GREAT order: Super pricing and service. I do not understand the Price ratings being below 8 unless competitors are negative feedback bombing. Based on my dealings with them over the years there is no one better for price, quality and service than Thomas Distributing.

I first saw Thomas Distributing on Steve's Digicam years ago and dealing with them over the years has been a consistent experience of excellent products and great service.  
 
I send anyone looking for batteries and related accessories to Thomas Distributing --- and they all have had the same report --- it's great to be able recommend them knowing they will be 101%!

The above invoice number has little to do with my comments because every purchase I've made through the years wth T.D. has been an exemplification of what quality of service and products should be in business. The products they sell are not only exceptional, but their prices are very competitive-if not the best for their customers anywhere you'll find. Their shipping is very fast, accurate, and packaged well for delivery. T.D's customer service is, bar none, one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to contact: They're courteous, very responsive, not only in time getting back to you, but in resolving any issue with professionalism that's hard to find today... I'm writing this exceptional review because they've earned it. They've earned it with me time and again, and not only with a few purchases through the years, but with many. T.D has some of the best promotional ways to get their customers coming back, and should be a templet for the industry. They come up with clever ways to save you on shipping to savings with 5% discount certificates to reward their returning customers. They also include with many items free extras beyond company sales promotions. If I ran a business, I'd try and hijack some of their staff to come work for me! I've said enough, and as you can see they have my highest respect in all their ways of doing business. Do they walk on water? I don't know, but I would not bet against it.

I ordered rechargeable batteries and then immediately saw that they had the charger I wanted also. I placed a 2nd order and figured I would just have to eat the second shipping charge since it was my mistake. To my delight I received an email the next morning telling me they had refunded the 2nd shipping charge to my paypal account and combined my orders. I didnt even have to ask. Definitely a reputable company which I will use in the future and recommend to all who will listen!

I ordered a La Crosse BC-900 Charger/Analyzer from Thomas Distrbuting through a link that shouldn't have worked for $39.97. This item showed as In Stock on the page I ordered from. I continued browsing their site, and when I clicked on the the charger later, I noticed a different price and a status of "Not in Stock". I contacted them to see what happened and received an email stating that the BC-900 was back ordered until the end of the month (about 3 weeks!), and that the page I ordered from should not have worked.  
 
The next day I received a call from someone at Thomas Distributing apologizing for the error in the listing, and offering to ship me the Maha MH-C9000 FOR THE SAME PRICE! For those of you that don't know, the BC-900 is a baby analyzer compared to the features of the MH-C9000. The C9000 was also about $65 at the time. Thomas Distributing took a $25 loss just to keep me a happy customer!
