I have ordered from these guys multiple times over the years. Mainly for hardware. Every time it has been a pleasant experience. Customer service is good and the prices are very good. I have also been very surprised at how reasonable the shipping costs are.

I was ordering a Computer case that listed free shipping; when I placed it in my cart it showed a shipping charge. I called Newegg and talked with Becky. She had me place the order while I was on the phone and removed the shipping charge. The problem was the free shipping was being removed at the same time I was placing the order. It was just a timing issue. But the customer service she gave was excellent!

I have been a Newegg.com customer for a number of years and have never had a problem. Actually when there is a problem you can always count on them to take care of it to the best of their ability. One another purchase from 4/28/2008 I bought a 24" Samsung LCD Monitor with a $30 manufacturer rebate. After looking into it for a couple days Wendy Yang could not find my rebate with Samsung. She quickly gave me $30 off on my next purchase (this one). Thank You Wendy Yang for a job well done!

I ordered a router from them using Firefox 3 browser on Ubuntu... I forgot I had noscript turned on, and it crashed the order half way through.  
 
By the time I got it all straightened out, I had accidentally ordered it 3 times!  
 
They quickly helped me fix the issue, and were very understanding about the whole thing.

Newegg is amazing. When building a new computer I bought most of the parts from Fry's electronics, and the motherboard was dead (I have MANY DOA products from Fry's, now I will never buy from them if I can buy from Newegg).  
I decided to order the remaining parts (mobo, gpu, psu converter) from newegg. I ordered them on 3 different bills within 3 days of each other. 1 time I ordered over the 4th of July weekend on a Saturday, and it was at my door on Monday, via free UPS 3-day shipping. The second time I used "eggsaver" shiping, and that was a mistake. The item took almost 4 days to arrive, it would have been worth the $3 more to get UPS.  
THe last order I placed with them shipped in LESS than 24 hours, again by UPS 3-day. I ordered at 4PM, it was shipped by ~7PM, and at my dor the next day by 2PM.  
 
Bottom line: Newegghas low prices, and they ship out their items extremely fast, the SAME day in all of my experiences.

It's no wonder Comp USA closed their doors; Circuit City is firing people; Best Buy is struggling to keep their high prices. Amazon completely kills the deal by adding TAX. People are FED up and NEWEGG is at the RESCUE. Newegg.com not only has the best prices, but they have REAL Americans right here in the USA that will answer your call if you need help—NOT true for the rest of the US based companies that contract all their customer service overseas. Newegg.com is FAST, friendly and ships out NEXT day orders for a fraction of the cost. The big box retailers are NOT getting any more of my business, period. Keep up the great work and fast friendly service!

I purchase all my computer hardware at Newegg. Fast service and faster deliveries now that they have an east coast warehouse. I have ordered items before noon on thursdays and the next day it's at my door! I have been doing business with them for a few years and the service has only gotten better. Great prices and many items have free shipping. EGGCELENT!

I have built several computers for myself and friends, I have always used Newegg. Their fantastic service, fast delivery, and outstanding customer service is by far the best on the net. I will always use them for my computer needs and hope someday they have a swimsuit calander of the beautiful customer service ladies that work there. Awsome work Newegg!! Number 1 in my book!!!

Newegg is fantastic! UPS lost my order, after talking with Newegg Customer Service, they didn't bother tracking the UPS shipment, just resent a new order. Newegg didn't make me wait the additional 7-10 days for UPS to find the package. After resolving this problem, I immediately placed another order for computer supplies. I've used other vendors, Newegg has my exclusive business now!

I recently returned a product to Newegg and was prepared to pay the standard 15% restocking fee. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product but I didn't feel that Newegg was responsible since normally, this manufacturer produces excellent products. I did not complain to Newegg but I did write a review on Newegg's web site pointing out the quality problems I had with the product. Dennis, a Product Support person at Newegg, saw my review and sent an internal email to Sara Zhao in Customer Support asking her to help me. She not only waived my restocking fee, she refunded my return shipping fee as well.  
 
This is the kind of service typical at Newegg and why I have been a long time customer.

After buying for years at NEWEGG I received my first DOA. I was interested in seeing how painless the RMA process would be.  
A very helpful customer service representative assisted me in getting a replacement ASAP.  
In doing so I did have to pay shipping again, however it was upgraded to overnight for free.

I had a $15.00 rebate for SENNHEISER CX300B that the weasels SENNHEISER wouldn't honor even though I provided the UPC, completely filled out form, and copy of invoice. I called Newegg.com and they without question reimbursed me for trouble. They are without doubt a good place to buy from as they will not let you down when manufacturer does.

I shop NewEgg because of the great service. I sometimes get lured in by TigerDirect but when I check prices and shipping fees against each other NewEGG comes out on top always.

I ordered a Samsung LCD monitor with a $20 rebate. The shipping label covered the UPC code so it was impossible to include this with the rebate. I contacted Newegg and Ruby Luo was able to get me the credit to replace the rebate. Great customer service. Thanks Ruby!
