I purchased an HP Pavilion dv2940SE laptop for my wife from NewEgg, and it was a great computer. The only problem was the left button for the touchpad you had to press about 20X harder than you should. I contacted newegg about getting a replacement computer, and they agreed. Newegg is a great company to do business with!!!

I've been ordering at newegg since it was the scrappy upstart to the multiwave monolith many, many years ago. I've never had a problem (although not being able to drop off RMA's even though you live 5 minutes away sucks).  
 
Just today I needed an older PDF form that was no longer on the product page and went into live chat with Rita. She was like "pfft, this one is easy" and posted the link to the older rebate form in like, not even two seconds (internet time).  
 
Suffice to say it was quick and easy service, like it's always been. Newegg (and Rita) are the bomb.

I have been a Newegg customer since day one mainly for their low prices. After today, I am a Newegg customer mainly for their high level customer service. I recently purchased a Nokia smart-phone from Newegg and it unfortunately arrived defective. I called Nokia tech support and the conclusion was that it was a hardware problem. I initiated the RMA process online w/ Newegg. However I was charged their standard 15% restocking fee. I called their customer support line to see if I can get it dropped. I spoke to a real nice lady who took very good care of me. She recognized that the phone was defective and she waived the restock. She also went above and beyond and issued a pre-paid shipping label for me to send the product back. Doesn't get easier than that. Newegg, I appreciate the every day low prices, but I sincerely thank you for your great customer service. Sincerely, Joon.

I ordered a raidmax case with a power supply, I builded the computer and after all my hard work it would not turn on. Turns out the power supply was DOA, I contacted Raidmax via e-mail to get the PSU exchanged but they would not exchange it because it was within the 30 day warranty from newegg. I guess they didn't want to deal with replacing the PSU. Contacted newegg and explained my situation and I didn't want to RMA the whole case because i would have to pay for shipping it back to newegg, instead newegg just told me to select one for under a certain cost and sent it to me right away. Now that is service, newegg didn't have to send me a new PSU,because it's not there product but offered me a PSU from a different company of my choice.. Great service newegg keep it up!!!

I have been purchasing from newegg.com for many years because of the great deals they offer.  
 
However, my last order was for corsair memory TWIN2X2048-6400C4 and one of the modules was defective, so I had to go through the RMA process. The RMA process at newegg.com is largely automated with 2 choices (refund & replace). Well, I wanted a replacement but requested a RMA for refund because I was in a hurry and didn't read the form carefully. I had already sent the memory back in with the RMA#.  
 
I emailed newegg.com support about my options and received a (non-automated) reply about 1 hour later. The customer service rep. said that they would request my RMA # be switched from a refund to a replacement and would email me when they got feedback that the change was made.  
 
The customer support rep. that I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the whole RMA process and immediately offered me options to resolve my issue.  
 
Newegg.com customer service rocks!

NewEgg contacted me even before my post was official, and generously offered to help resolve this issue. I was very surprised by their willingness to assure that every customer is satisfied. I am now in the process of working the issue out with the card's manufacturer, and I just hope their support is as good as NewEgg.

Happy to take my money, but not so happy when I had warranty issues.  
 
My $300 video card popped, so I checked the manufacture's site. It said contact my reseller, so I contacted NewEgg. After waiting 1/2 hour on both the phone and online chat, I was finally connected to a rep. I was hoping to get help, but the rep just gave me the manufacturer's phone number, and said NewEgg doesn't cover their warranty. Gee thanks, NewEgg.

I have never had issues with Newegg whatsoever. Ordered almost $10k through them in the past two years. If an item is DOA (not their fault) the return process is completely painless. Friendly customer service, too. Shipping is easily the fastest online and I think is now THE standard. Using their NewEgg credit card gives very lovely 0% financing terms (of course, pay it off before the interest kicks in!). Recommended.

I recently placed an order with NewEgg for a digital camera. NewEgg had a promotion, buy the camera and get a case + 2GB card free. Unfortunately for me, I forgot to add the two free items to my shopping cart...  
 
After a quick 2 minute phone call with Sarah at NewEgg, she said she would ship the case and card to me within 5 business days.  
 
It's hard to find such a company that's committed to customer satisfaction and quality products like NewEgg!

I ordered a Chaintech 9600GT and 4GB memory combo from Newegg. Items arived fast, but upon installing the ram I found on of the 2gb sticks to be defective. I called to return only the defective stick, however they stated I would have to return everything in the box. I did not want to do this since I already installed the video card. So they offered me a replacment 1GB stick at no charge. This was a nice bonus. Now I just have to get Chaintech to replace the defective stick. they are proving to be harder to contact. So I am happy with Newegg, but not so happy with Chaintech at the moment.

I've shopped with newegg.com before, but when I decided to finally bite the bullet and replace my TV and setup a home theater PC rig I was a little leery about buying everything online. In the end I bought nearly everything through them, about $2,000 worth of stuff, and had an excellent experience.  
 
I was able to get the TV for $1,400, which was at least $300 less than what Circuit City or Best Buy wanted, not to mention that I didn't have to pay tax or delivery. In fact, the delivery guy was even nice enough to help me unpack it and turn it on to make sure it worked before leaving. They are obviously not obligated to do this, he was just exceptionally nice.  
 
The components for my home theater PC all arrived quickly and in good condition. The only exception would be that the hard drive was DOA, would not be detected by the BIOS. I RMAed it online which was simple enough, but had to pay $8 to ship it back...kind of a bummer considering that when I had a similar experience with an order from Amazon.com they were able to provide a pre-paid return shipping label and even advance shipped me a replacement.  
 
I half expected to have to pay a little money to get the drive swapped out, no biggie...but the story gets better. About 2 days out of my 30 day return policy I finally had a chance to test out the remote I had ordered for my new home theatre / media center. The remote sucked...just plain sucked. I called newegg customer service and they allowed me to return it for a full refund, no problem. When the customer service rep said that he would e-mail me a return label I was surprised since I had to pay for the hard drive return label. He looked into it and actually refunded me the cost of the return label on the hard drive! I was totally impressed to say the least. I have rarely had a positive experience with phone customer service, and newegg really took care of me on this one. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

I have placed a good amount of orders with this company in the past and only the this last order did i come up to a problem. I order a computer case last night and now this morn the shipping for that case went down by about 20%. So this is not even really a problem but i went onto there live chat support and the agent(Phoebe) was able to take care of the problem and took the diff off my bill. So the fisrt time something was off with an order with them they took care of it very fast and they where very nice about it. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Long story short, I had some problems with what I purchased, and Newegg took care of me like a King. In my view, they went above and beyond. I did not have the original packaging, and I the company I used to ship the item back did not get my RMA to Newegg within the required time frame, however, Newegg took care of me. There prices are 9 times out of 10 the lowest, and to top it all off, they have amazing customer support. Its really a no brainer when it comes time to buy the electronics you need.

I have been shopping with newegg for quite some time. And recently I place about a $1500 dollar order for a new desktop computer. When the box with all the parts arrived I was devastated to find out that the motherboard was defective. So I contacted newegg, got an RMA and got it exchanged. Then to my dismay I received a second bad motherboard. Not neweggs fault. Come to find out that the motherboards were just notorious for being bad.  
 
After sending both back (after they even extended their 14 day policy because of some circumstances I encountered) They refunded my money and I ordered a new motherboard. Then when I talked to a service rep named Ruby Luo, she waived my shipping fee and upgraded me to overnight shipping!  
 
Thanks newegg you have a happy customer forever!

In putting together a new system, my mom wanted to buy a part for me for a birthday present, and ended up buying the processor for me as one of the more costly items on my list. I received the item in a few days, and later looked it back up on Newegg to check a few specs. I saw that the price had dropped by more than 50 dollars in the few days and was frustrated, though I knew there wasn't anything I could really do to deserve a refund of the extra that was spent. But I decided to call and ask; the call was quick and efficient and the operator was courteous, and they made the refund in moments. They didn't have to, but since they did this, especially for my first Newegg purchase, I definitely look forward to ordering plenty from this company in the future! This company definitely does all they can to help the customers.
