On top of a great store, Newegg has great customer service. I thought I'd ordered a combo, but when it arrived there was no combo. I called and they fixed the situation immediately. Awesome. I'll keep doing business with them.
I had never shopped at newegg before and I ordered an Antec nine hundred case and an antec 850 psu. I received the computer case and psu very very fast. However when I opened the box to the computer case it was damaged. I called newegg and they issued me a rma on the spot and I ordered another one and she upgraded my shipping for free. I was very suprised and delighted with how well they treated me and will definetly shop there again knowing that if something is wrong they will take care of it immediately. Great customer service newegg! and thanks for taking care of everything for me! EDIT: Got the new case and it was perfect!

I love New Egg and recommend it to everyone! I ordered the wrong Processor and wanted to exchanged it for another. They waved the restocking fee and sent me an RMA #! Can't beat their customer service!

Over the span of probably ten years, I have bought products from NEWEGG without any major problems. Recently I bought 3 laptops and much to my surprise the packages were in my doorsteps in 4 days.
I also bought Garmin GPS and some missing parts. The NEWEGG customer service, after a few minutes of discussion, had the RMA for me to return the Garmin GPS.
I love Newegg, and today they really impressed me a lot, I forgot to add a coupon for an item that shipped and was charged and all it took was a quick phone call for them to say that they would credit me with the amount.
Shipping is blazing fast, and thank god, they aren't charging NY sales tax again. I love shopping with them.
I ordered a TV card from Newegg and it lasted about a month and died. I contacted their customer service and they kindly sent me a replacement card free of charge. Newegg is always fair and prompt to reply. I will pay a little extra for an item just to get the great customer service and peace of mind that I get from dealing with a top notch company such as Newegg.
i have been using computer parts and have ordered a hitachi hybrid camcorder/hdd camera from new egg.
i also bought a brother printer/fax/scanner and copy machine.i have had some small problems over the years with some of their products,but newegg has always been able to resolve all my issues,by either a replacement or have told me how to resolve my issues with maker of some of the products i bought from newegg.most of the complaints to newegg have been handled by someone named RITA ZHOU,her response time has been less than 12 hours from my first e-mail about any problem or question pertaining to newwegg products.
i tell my family and freinds about newegg and tell them to buy from newegg to save alot of money.example- windows vista home preimuim(newegg alittle more than $100.00)(microsoft a little more than $300.00)
Newegg has always been the best store on the internet for selection, pricing, and delivery speed. Granted, they used to be a bit better, but they are still the best. They treat their customers well and do their best to ensure satisfaction.
Aside from that, I would warn not to use the "Egg Saver" shipping if you expect the same fast shipping that Newegg used to deliver regardless of the shipping method. I live in the Bay Area, California and I feel as though taking over a week to ship a very small item from the LA area is a bit crazy. They say 3-7 business days, but I figured that being virtually as close as possible to the shipment site would mean I got it in 3 days, but apparently not.
I love newegg.com.....If you can't hear me I LOVE NEWEGG.COM. I never have a problem....shipping is quick...the price is ALWAYS better than the store. Most of my items are free shipping. Wow, how much better can they be. If I ran a company, this is how I would do it. Customer Service is always available....email returned very quickly....I cannot find a complaint if I tried. Yes, they are that good. I buy all my stuff here and my DVDs and Blu Ray on Amazon. Now if newegg just sold my blu rays....that would be cool.

I purchased a video card from newegg.com and was satisfied that I was getting a good deal for what I was paying. However, only two business days after I placed my order, newegg.com offered a "summer clearance" price on the exact item I had purchased which was $18 less than I had paid. I was a little frustrated knowing that if I had only put off my purchase a couple days I would have saved nearly $20. I contacted newegg.com's customer service (via their online chat available on their main page) to inquire if my order would be eligible for the discount despite being a couple days early. I was told that even though my order was placed previous to the start of their promotion they would be willing to make an exception and refund my the $18. Had they not been so accommodating I might have been tempted to return the one I had originally purchased and tried to buy another to get the discount but newegg.com stepped up to the plate and really showed that they appreciate their customers. Thank you again to newegg.com for their superior customer service!

i was, quite simply, awestruck due to my most recent experience with newegg customer service. i purchased some memory for my laptop and it turns out it wasnt compatible. i freely admitted that it was my mistake and asked if i could return it. i was initially hesitant to ask since i know there is sometimes a 15% restocking fee for returned items. imagine my surprise when i was told that my card would be refunded, and i wouldnt even need to send the memory back! i figured that newegg could maybe re-sell it as an "open box" item or something and asked if that couldnt be done as i felt like i was taking advantage of neweggs customer service. the agent replied that newegg had no desire to waste my time by shipping it back. now this was only a $20 purchase, but i was genuinely shocked that i was given such a response. thank you newegg for your superior service and renewing my faith in your business with each shopping experience.

Our local distributor went out of business a few months ago. Since then, we have been using Newegg for all of our computer needs. Myself and my staff have been very pleased with the response from Newegg's customer service team. They answer our questions in a timely manner, and accomodate us when we have questions. I always recieve amazing customer service! Super fast shipping (next day 90% of the time) and super fast turn-around for RMAs. I had to ship a second video card back for a replacement and even after paying for shipping out of my own pocket, the wonderful customer service rep gave me a $10 credit back to help cover the shipping! Talk about A++ customer service. Easily the best service i've ever recieved ANYWHERE. You need to shop a Newegg.com!
