Simply the best. These guys have an absolutely incredible selection, and in stock ready to ship. Every order I have placed has been shipped the same or the next day, always safely packed with soft peanuts. The prices are ALWAYS the lowest I can find, I don't even bother to shop around anymore. The ONE problem I did have out of hundreds of orders, they went above and beyond to take care of.

After chatting with Sony Storage Support to try to find a site to get a firmware update for my old Sony DWQ28A drive(I am an Ex Sony CISC Supervisor)I was informed Sony would not help me as the drive I have is an OEM product.  
 
I called New Egg and spoke to a Supervisor by the name of Eric, who after advising me he could not help me find a firmware update, offered me a credit towards a new DVD burner. He stayed on the phone with me while I updated my address, and then placed an order free of charge to replace my 3 year out of warranty product.  
 
I will always buy all my computer equipment and supply's from New Egg. Outstanding customer service!

I just looked at the tracking number for my order and found that NewEgg decided to ship me a free new egg hat. Amazing company. I am so use to retailers taking your money and running... What a difference. I will always shop new egg.

have used newegg many times, always satisfied, never a problem. but this was an important purchase -- birthday gift for my son. paid for 2nd day delivery to be sure it arrived on time, but never received any tracking info. contacted newegg's customer service, who said it would take a day or 2 to get the tracking info from their warehouse. but they emailed me within an hour of my original inquiry with the info. the package had been delivered that same morning.  
 
it's true what they say -- once you know, you newegg.

I have been shopping at Newegg for over 5 years there prices are great and the coustomer service is superb. 'Cathryn Yan' is one of the most eggcilent coustomer serviuce rep they have. even if i see that the price is a little higher then some other reseller i still buy from Newegg because i will get what is advertised with there great service, but please do not think that the prices on newegg are usually higher because the prices on newegg are usually lower then everyone else. There shipping is fast and they take care of there coustomers in every way possible.

I ordered a product and had some issues with my shipping and billing address. I had paid for rush processing. It took them a few days to straighten everything out, I had to speak with a manager and she ended up taking money off the top of the order, improving shipping, and giving me a credit to use next time I shopped. In all the experience was good, the product is great, and I am excited to get started using it (as well as my credit)............. further more they contacted me to make certain everything was all set and i felt ok about my order then offered my 50 MORE in store credirt........... wow!!!!!! go newegg

What ratings scale do you want to use 5 star, or 10 star? Newegg is the Premier online ecommerce site. I have been a customer of theirs for years - never a sales disappointment, never an issue that wasn't promptly and effectively handled - and there haven't been many. They are well organized - their order handling is prompt and well statused. I have come to rely on their product line and most importantly their integrity. Can I give them 10 stars? That is what they have earned.

Newegg continues to amaze me. Their prices are outstanding and the customer service is second to none. I have been purchasing components for 3 gaming systems for my grandchildren. I have about 2/3 of the components. So far Newegg has consistently been the lowest price. I have been waiting for a deal on the EVGA 780i as this is one of my last items needed. I noticed that Buy.com was running a special and was selling them for about 10% cheaper than Newegg. After speaking with Cathryn Yan about another issue (which she quickly solved), I mentioned the difference in prices. She confirmed the difference and matched their price. I could not be happier with the service I receive from Newegg and Cathryn.

I had a bad video card, it was 15 days outside of their refund policy, and they still made an exception to get my money back. Be sure that I will re-spend that money at newegg.com!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Product was bad when I received it, but Newegg customer service was amazing. They refunded the cost of return shipping, converted the exchange into a refund with no restocking fee, and did it all in a few minutes over the phone. Amazing.

As usual, great doing business with Newegg. They always put the customer first and have the best prices out of almost anywhere on the net. The sad thing is, I have 2 business 2 business accounts and their internal pricing is usually higher then the everyday pricing of Newegg. How can you beat that?!?!

I purchased a video card from Newegg.com as a birthday gift for my father. When I recieved the card it would not work in the computer, so I figured it was defective.  
 
I returned the video card and Newegg replaced it in a timely manner. However when I recieved the replacement card, it did the same thing. I tried it in a different computer and sure enough the card worked fine.  
 
I was really worried that I would get stuck with restocking fees, shipping costs, and any other possible charges. Meaning that I would spend money and not have anything to show for it.  
 
I got onto Newegg.com and started a chat session with an Eggspert and he took care of everything. I did not get charged for a thing, and for that reason I will be buying future computer upgrades from Newegg.com.

Had a problem with a shipping promo code. Got in contact with a newegg representative and he guided me till the order was placed and waived the shipping for me. Excellent customer service, i should say.

I had to order a couple of items for a job I had. I tried to order the components friday, but was informed by Ms. Rios that no shipping was possible due to extenuating circumstances until at least Monday. This put me in a very tough spot but Ms. Rios stated that she would do whatever she could to expedite the order. In a very timely fashion Ms. Rios replied to my e-mail with a positive response. It is customer service like that given to me by Ms. Rios that I have been a Newegg customer for over 8 years and will continue to be. I'd like to thank all Newegg employess for coming into work today.

I got a stick of ram that was DOA and I was dreading the return process but i used Newegg's live chat function and i was helped by Sarah J Encinas who new exactly what I needed with swift decisive actions Sarah had me taken care of in 5-8 minutes, and she had explained to me every thing i needed to know about the return, WOW talk about costumer service, it was some of the best i have had.

Newegg.com has great customer service. Fast shipping and really good prices. I will shop here when I need anything for the computer. Thanks
