I made a purchase from newegg for new parts for my computer. They shipped the products out immediately and I had them later that week with only about 9$ in shipping charges. What a steal. I bought a new processor, motherboard, heatsink, power supply, and memory. Unfortunately due to MY OWN MISTAKE, I ordered a heat sink that did not fit my motherboard/processor combo. Newegg refunded me the money, and let me keep the heat sink!!! What service. I promptly ordered the right one and should have it later this week. Newegg rocks!

They rarely make mistakes (and correct them quickly when they do). They've never messed up billing. They've never shipped an incomplete order. They resolve doa's without question. They're friendly & helpful on the phone. Their prices are very good overall. The bottom line is that they make it easy to do continuing business with them. NewEgg.Com is now the first place I look when I need something.

I placed an order on 9-2-08 and when checking my order the next day I noticed they have a combo deal to geat 2 free items with the purchase of the item I just bought. I called customer service just to see if they could add the free items(not expecting them to), they said my order was already shipped but they would send out the free items and not evan charge me the shipping. I have had many transactions with new egg and this is just another excelent example of outstanding customer service.

I have to say that newegg impresses me everytime I choose them. From top notch competative prices, excellent selection, easy product navigation, and amazing speedy delivery. I'm also pleased to say they make returns easier than anyone in the online market. I just had made a return with no restocking fee including a prepaid postage return. It doesn't get better than that. My personal experience with Newegg was my coupon code for a Power supply would not apply, for 20% off. Jeff got me the discount after I placed my order for the regular price, plus the free shipping that was offered the day before my order.  
 
There have been countless times, they have come through for me, on free shipping, product returns, discounts, whatever it may be.  
They want you to be a satisfied customer like no one else, to keep coming back and enjoy your shopping/spending experience.

This was supposed to be a combo item and I did not receive the additional item. When I contacted them via live chat the support person, Phoebe was wonderful. She looked up the order and told me I had omitted to check the box to receive the combo when I placed the order. She was wonderful enough to honor the combo and ship the item. I just love Newegg. They have great prices, great shipping and wonderful sales support. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I've purchased there.

I ordered an LCD tv this past Sunday morning because it was a great deal for $699. I just so happened to check NewEgg's site again last night (Tuesday), and saw that they further dropped the price to only $599.  
 
Although their FAQ specifically states that there is no "Price Guarantee" like some other stores offer, I figured it couldn't hurt to call and at least inquire about a slight price adjustment. Cynthia explained to me that although the price had just increased again (to $799), she'd refund me the full $100. Customer service like that is really going far and beyond what any local chain-store could ever offer, and is just one example of why I keep coming back to NewEgg. They've got the fastest shipping of ANY online retailer, terrific prices and customer feedback sections, and the best customer service around.

I bought a 16G USB stick on 8/19, a week later a $10 rebate showed up, next week, a $15 rebate showed up. I was very upset because I just lost $15. I emailed their customer service to voice my disappointment. They explained that it's the manufacturer who offered the rebate, nothing they can control but they want to keep me happy. To my surprised, they gave me $15 credit just to make me happy. That was great service and beyond my expectation.  
 
They reply email the same day and the same agent traded email with me a couple of times and next day, a $15 credit showed up.  
 
I would definitely continue to buy all my computer supplies from them. Thanks Stella!

For me, this company has been absolutely the best online merchant in terms of consistent pricing, consistent service (responding to issues as well as everyday service), and consistent shipping and quality control.
