Newegg customer service was fantastic!! I was an idiot and ordered the wrong item. Although it was a non-refundable item, I had not opened the box and they agreed to take it back. It was a pleasant surprise! Newegg is on top of my short list of online retailers I will shop with.

Newegg service is excellent. I purchased a Chaintech video card in May and it recently failed. I tried for 4 days to contact Chaintech for warranty service with no luck. I called Newegg and they said that I had a year to exchange it with them and they immediately sent me a return shipping label with no questions asked. I was stunned that they would take over where the manufacturer dropped the ball. A++ service from Newegg.

I ordered a computer case and it came with the top left edge damage. I called customer support and I was going to return it because if I get a replacement, it will not come fast enough to make the rebate deadline (15 days). I ask the customer support, Gilbert Marquez, if there is another option. He told me that I don't have to send the damage case back, he will send me a new case, upgrade the shipping to UPS 2nd day at no cost and refund the $10 rebate to my credit card. This is so great and it is beyond my expectation. He sent me an email confirmation within 2 minutes and that is exellent service. Thank you Gilbert.  
I have been buying many computer parts from Newegg.com in many years and never had any problem. This is the first and I am very happy with the customer service. I will be a newegg's customer for life.

We order items from Newegg for our company's internal use and also for resale. On occation we have had to RMA an item. Newegg is always positive with us on the phone even though we are asking for a replacement. The product always arrives well packaged. This is important to us since we mostly order electronics.

Newegg is an absolutely fabulous site, their genuine care of the customer's well-being is very evident. I recently ordered an item, two days later that exact product was advertised in a newsletter with a coupon code that would reduce the price by $8.00. Obviously, the coupon codes can only be used during the checkout process. I decided to go out on a limb and email Newegg to ask if there were any way I could still take advantage of the offer. I saw a response from Newegg the very next day. I was fully prepared to see a gentle deny to my question, and I was okay with it because I understand how the coupon process works, but to my surprise and delight Newegg made a one-time exception and credited the amount of the coupon back onto my credit card! Absolutely fantastic! Newegg is by far my favorite online retailer. I'm a customer for life!

I have been shopping with Newegg for several years now, and ever since i bought my first Athlon XP 1800+ from them back in 2001 or 2002, they have been my ONLY go-to place for computer parts and electronics. My first computer was bought entirely from them, my current computer (purchased in 04 and 05) is too, and I just made another happy order a couple days ago and i cant wait to get my new parts in the mail. :D  
 
Personally i have never gotten a DoA part from Newegg, but i have a good friend that has had a motherboard come DoA and he was able to return it long after his purchase without any arguing or questioning with any employees, who took it back and replaced it quickly and easily. The courtesy of the Newegg staff becomes more evident every time i speak with them, for example just yesterday when they generously helped me with a rebate request on my most recent purchase.  
 
If you should have to email them about anything you can expect a quick and helpful response back, and the shipping and delivery is deliciously quick. To me Newegg is an easy 10/10.

I purchased memory from newegg.com, upon installing it in my machine I found that I computer randomly rebooted. I later discovered it was down to having a bad memory module. I filled out an RMA request on newegg.com and they acknowledged it right away and I was able to send it back without any issues whatsoever and they quickly sent me a replacement. Then the same thing happened to the 2nd replacement they sent and they promptly accepted that return and sent me another replacement in the meantime my computer decided it had enough and died so I was left with a useless memory module. I contacted newegg about this and after a quick follow up they offered to pre-pay postage to ship the unused memory back to them and issue me a full refund. Now that is what I call EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!

My dad and I purchased identical Fuji cameras within days of one another with Newegg.com because the price, free shipping offer, and bundled kit was the BEST anywhere online or store retail! His arrived in two days; mine in five. I spoke with representative, Cynthia Esparza, who was professional and courteous! We will definitely shop Newegg in the future, too! Buy with confidence!

New Egg is by far the best on line electronics store on the net. I have built my last 3 computers with their components, and overall they have the best prices, greatest variety, fastest shipping, and best customer service anywhere. In addition, I have ordered other various electronic devices and never had a problem with a return if needed. As an example, i recently ordered a hard drive and 3 days later it went on sale. One call, and their customer service representative credited me the difference...now that's great customer service. Their shipping is extremely fast and I have actually placed orders on Monday morning and had them at my door on Tuesday afternoon with regular shipping. New Egg rocks!

After I received my memory, I noticed that one of the modules was defective. I bought the memory with a rebate so I was worried I wouldn't be able to redeem it since special was over.  
 
Cooper Jia seemed to go the extra mile to not only pay for the return shipping but also help make sure I received the rebate.

Newegg has been the place I go to for my computing needs. They generally have the best deals. The often have fantastic deals. They always have fast shipping and excellent service after the sale.

Maverick and the NewEgg team rock! I fully made a mistake on my end with my credit card company and did not provide the proper billing information. STILL, after three frustrating attempts (MY FAULT), NewEgg made sure I received all of the discounts and I feel like a real winner. I will be ordering more gear soon as I like the way they do business.

Items arrived well ahead of estimated delivery date and in perfect condition. Prices were great except that Newegg's location requires me to pay tax. Nevertheless, the tax hit is worth the great service.  
 
Also made some inquiries by phone and was happy with answers made by competent call center person.  
 
Will definitely shop at Newegg again!
