I've ordered products from NewEgg for years. They seem to always have the best prices and most items have free shipping. That makes that a real good deal. I've only had a couple problems and they bent over backwards to solve my problems. They are an excellent company to do business with. No complaints from me!

My level of technical knowledge is high. I build and modify computer systems on a regular basis. I buy computer products often--almost always from NewEgg.  
 
NewEgg leads the pack in customer satisfaction. I tend to be hard on companies with poor customer service performance, and I write lots of negative reviews. To be fair, I also make a point to praise the companies, like NewEgg, that provide the best, highest level of customer service.  
 
I've been using NewEgg for many years now. I don't really need to shop around because they have the best prices, coupled with the fastest delivery of any computer hardware/software company.  
 
When I was looking for an expensive Color Printer--it was expensive, I felt I had to shop around. No one could beat NewEgg prices. I could have perhaps saved a one or two dollars with some unknown company, but I thought about the no hassle returns NewEgg has given me in the past, without any restocking fee.  
 
It was not a difficult decision to chose NewEgg once again. Even though their website says they will charge a restocking fee--they never have charged me for any returns. I like them. I trust them to be fair with me. I expect I'll be dealing with NewEgg for the rest of my life.  
 
Another thing you should know. It seems most things I order from NewEgg gets here early, and are well packed. I live near New York, they must have a shipping depot nearby, because I often receive orders in one day--pretty amazing!  
 
Here is my example. I bought my new Xerox printer from them, with the plan to use-up my old HP 4Plus until it died. I liked the new Phaser printer so much, and the costs to operate it are so low, that when my older HP laserjet jammed, I didn't even try to clear it--I stop using it.  
 
How did I make this purchase decision? One thing I love about NewEgg is their item feedback system. Customers review their products, and reading these reviews give me lots of information to make an informed decision. I make a point to read nearly every review posted on a product I'm interested in purchasing--I always read all the negative reviews. There is a lot of information in there, in bits and pieces, enable me to make the best decision to find the product that best suits my needs. I make a point of reviewing products also.  
 
In the case of this order, I discovered the economical nature of the Xerox Phaser printers which use wax-ink technology, and also that brand-X inks work well in these machines. I was able to avoid purchasing a brand with less reliability--which I might have done, were it not for these amazing customer reviews. I've had this printer for half a year now, and it is performing wonderfully. I'm thinking about purchasing a second paper tray for 3-hole punch paper--I was waiting to see how well the printer held up.  
 
I'm just one of many satisfied customers. Check the other reviews and you will see most people feel the same--I'm sure.

Customer service is fantastic and so are their prices. Delivery is prompt and totally reasonable.  

When I printed out my invoice the promo code discount didn't show up. Using Newegg's chat I contacted Dena, she took my customer number and the promo code, investigated and in less than 5 minutes it was corrected. Very quick and the rep was pleasant but still very business like. An outstanding experience.

NewEgg hasn't failed me once in many years. Their ordering/RMA mechanism and their willingness to go an extra mile to satisfy a customer is hardly matched by other vendors.  
 
They recently allowed me to RMA a defective power supply that was purchased 10 months ago. They also allowed for the replacement to be shipped to a different address since I used that PS to build a PC for someone else. Their system lets to purchase return labels directly from them. Later on their customer service agent offered me a free return label and when she found that I've purchased one she issued a refund.

I have made several purchases from this retailer and I am happy with the quality, price and service that they provide. Although, I did have issues with rebates on a rather large order, partly my fault, they did everything possible to ensure that I remain a satisfied and loyal customer.  
I will continue to make most, if not all of my electronics and computer parts purchases from this company.

Great company. Provides all necessary information to track your order. My order was eligible for free shipping and I received my headset after only two days. Super fast shipping.  
Very affordable prices with excellent customer service and fast shipping. You can't ask for more than that.

Newegg always takes care of me. I purchased a hard drive from them on one of their shell shocker specials at a great price. I installed the drive and found it to be defective. They issued me a prepaid UPS return label, no questions asked, and I'm sure I'll have a replacement drive sent shortly. Thanks, Newegg. You know how to run a business.

Newegg.com is the best on-line computer store as far as I'm concerned. My order on 11/4/09 with free-shipping showed up on 11/06/09. I tried out the item and it did not work. Contact newegg.com via on-line chat. The customer service representative quickly resolved my problem by agreeing to credit my account (in 3-5 days) with the purchase amount. He told me it is not worth waisting my time and effort to send the $19.99 defective item back to newegg.com. I can do whatever I wish with it.

Newegg is top notch, I processed an order and failing to check my e-mail first, I completed the order and all charges were finial. Today (11-11-2009) I opened up my e-mail and found that the item I bought had a promo code, I called Newegg and not expecting anything to be done really, seeing as the sale was finalized & charged but I figured I would ask. And within 5 mins the Rep applied the promo code and to my order, basically giving me a refund for the amount of the promo code. That just blew me away, I never expected to get it. A BIG Kudos to the Egg, they are the best. And it just so happens that I will be ordering again today for another product.

I have been a Newegg customer for I don't even know how long. This last purchase just reminds me why I always come back to them. I purchased a Samsung PN50B450 on a Saturday. The following Monday I noticed that the price had dropped another $100. The service agent I chatted with informed me that their prices are not guaranteed and their prices fluctuate a lot, but since I had been a long time loyal customer they would credit me the difference anyways. I didn't have to argue my side or anything. This is why I keep coming back to them! Thanks Newegg!!!
