WOW, Cannot beleive the customer service of this company. IT IS AMAZING! I wish every web retailer was like newegg.com. I had a very small issue, one that I did not even bring to their attention really and they noticed it, sent me an email to let me know, a free UPS return label and waived a fee all due to a very slight misunderstanding. I will continue to buy all of my computer parts and electronic devices from Newegg.com. I dont even get this kind of service from local stores!
I order from newegg.com all the time. They keep my technology needs in perfect order at the right price with the best customer service I have ever had.
I truly hope that more companies learn from this stores example.
Having just ordered from here, I contacted a representative through their new chat system and within just a few minutes I was talking to Linda Zhang who had been very quick and helped me right along with my inquiry.
No run arounds, even with regular email I got responses even at the latest hours.
This folks are AWESOME... I have bought components from them several times over the years. They are very competitive on pricing, most of the time they have the best price, their customer service is second to none-they are simply the best! Any issue I ever had with them was satisfied within minutes. Also, the selection of products can't be beat.

I've been using NewEgg for 3 years now since i came to the USA. I'll be using them again and again, but i always check the prices at another big online store, so Newegg DON'T sleep. :)
I have been a customer of Newegg for a couple years now and have never been disappointed with the service they provide. I know when I place an order; (usually late at night) it will ship the next business day for delivery at my house within 3 days using the free shipping method. I have placed dozens or orders and only had DOA items twice, neither issue was caused by Newegg but both were resolved quickly and fairly. I always shop Newegg first and usually only go into the local big box stores when I want to actually see an item before I go ahead and order from Newegg. I always recommend Newegg to anyone that wants great deals and outstanding customer service.
I bought a monitor here at a great price and free shipping. The Monitor ended up being a lemon with a bad screen. I contacted Newegg.com over chat and they immediately sent me a prepaid shipping label to have the monitor replaced (the manufacturer would have me pay shipping to send it to them for repairs).
I'm very satisfied with the products Newegg.com offers at the best prices anywhere, even compared to national retail chains. Every friend looking for any sort of electronics I refer to Newegg.com and will continue to shop there for most, if not all of my computer/electronic needs. I simply can't say enough of they're great products and even better service!
I am writing in regards to a promotion for a laptop that I purchased and was on sale 2 days after. New Eggs customer service agent Debbie, was kind enough to honor the price difference to me. It was by no means a large sum, only $50.00; but it still makes a difference. I can't name all of the company's that would not honor the sale price, but New Egg is one of the few that still cares about its customers. Debbie was all too kind an easy to work with. I wish all future customers to be as lucky and fortunate as I was to be so taken care of. Debbie, you saved a poor college student an extra $50.00 and a headache, and I will forever be thankful of your services. If ever you have any doubts about ordering from New Egg, I hope you read this and are cleared of them all. I assure you that they are a company that not only knows its products, but knows what their customers want and need. Thank you New Egg for being there for me, and thank you Debbie for taking care of me!
I have bought tons (alright not tons but well over 5k) from this company and have never had a bad experience. Very well run, professional company that understands high quality customer service drives repeat sales. Will take (almost) everything back on return should anything be incorrect. They usually ship the very next day and most items are received in a very short time after. Just ask any techie friend you have and I will bet they have purchased from this web store. Other companies who wish to succeed should attempt to purchase their business model. I LOVE NEWEGG ! ! !

I purchared some Corsair RAM which failed after about a week. I contacted Newegg for an exchange RMA, a very easy process online. The RMA was granted, but I was concerned that I no longer had the original package the RAM came in. I talked with Venson on their chat service, and he assured me that they would still take the RAM. Their customer service has always been excellent, and I recommend them to everyone.

I had a very difficult time ordering and I am disappointed that a week after ordering my product still hasn't been delivered. When I first tried to order I had apparantly forgotten my password so I followed the instruction on their site to have my password reset which involved having an e-mail sent to me to reset the password. I didn't receive the e-mail after several hours so I go back to the site and to the next step of chatting with a customer service rep who was surprisingly unhelpful and borderline rude. After waiting to chat with her for several minutes she promptly tells me that even though the instructions indicated to use chat to get help that I had to call instead. I told her the instructions said to use chat and that I'd prefer not to call so she then sends me a link that returns a page not found error and when I tell her the page returned an error she again tells me she can't help me further.So I somewhat relectantly follow her directions and call and after waiting on hold for a few minutes I give up and decide to create a new account to order. When it finally looks like I am about to finish my order using the new account but after entering payment info and submitting the order I get a message that says the item I was ordering, an 8gb SDHC memory module, was removed from my cart because it's either out of stock or I am shipping to an APO. Well I was not shipping to an APO so I guess it was out of stock and after all I went through to place the order I was very disappointed and frustrated. So I ended up having to spend more money on a 16 GB Card instead. I ended up having to spend twice as much money as I originally intended and 5 times as much time. The aggrivation was free though; thanks Newegg. And I still haven't received the item after ordering a week ago and the tracking number only indicated tendered to USPS.
Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by Newegg customer service who promised to make arrangements to rectify this experience to my satisfaction. Once they follow through with their promised resolutions I will post an update.

First time buyer. Was exicted to use newegg a friend had reccommended them. I ordered the product I wanted after shopping several retailers. It arrived broken. I immediately (well begin the process) of getting the product replaced. So after 45 minutes on chat the rep finally got it. I rec'd the product it was broken. I was very frustrated then the rep did not do what was said. I was back on chat the following business day. They turned me back to the same rep a partial solution was worked out ( i finally got the return shipping documents. I rushed out and shipped the return product. I check to see if the RMA was updated it was not.
Back to the Chat room. Got a great rep this time and was resolved within 10 minutes. I guess there are always bad apples in a bunch. The savings amounted to a loss when you count the time i spent with customer service. I will really have to weigh the pros and cons more next time 10-30-09 Rec'd a call from customer service Rep Josh... calling to see if all okay. Told the same story you see here...he researched and was most gracious. Between CS Rep Josh and Benjamin I will definitely use new egg again. Thanks much for all your help !
