Newegg continually shocks me with it's low prices. The customer service I've experience has been outstanding; clear, concise, but polite. I had a question about price changes and they explained due to the constant fluctuation of prices in their industry, the cost of our inventory is changing regularly, and often prices change throughout the day. It was clear and understandable, but then then went and made the extra mile, they offered to make a one time exception and adjust my invoice. This was truly above and beyond.

I've been on the hunt for a new HT receiver for about 2 months and Newegg is the place I turned when it finally came down to purchasing. I ended up with an Onkyo TX-NR807 and they had the best deal (just as they always do).
Even better, there was a coupon code that wasn't working correctly and their awesome support staff helped me through it no problem. Shipping was lightning fast, as always. Who doesn't love Newegg - C'MON!!

I purchased two SD cards from them on Sunday. The SD cards went on sale on Monday about 30 minutes after my product shipped. I contacted NewEgg through live chat and they told me they have no price match policy or guarantee. They did however credit my account the difference which was $10. No shock, New Egg rocks!

Long time shopper of Newegg. Problems are few and far between when dealing with Newegg. When you do have a problem, you can count on extremely fast and effective service. Recently had a bad kit of DDR3 memory. I placed the RMA through the automated online system not realizing that by default you will be charged a restocking fee when asked for a refund through that system. A quick visit to their Live chat service removed the restocking fee and even got me a prepaid shipping label! Fantastic! I would not expect to receive free shipping from anywhere else, but Newegg always leaves me smiling. A++! I won't buy from anywhere else. Even on the rare occasion that someone beats Newegg's prices (+shipping), no one beats their customer service!

Newegg has always been great to deal with, but this time they did more than expected. I ordered a monitor that had a rebate offer. Unfortunately, the UPC label had been torn off the box somewhere. I just asked for some help from Newegg, but they acually gave me a credit for the lost rebate. Very pleased with their service!

I recently purchased an 8 GB Class 6 microSD flash memory card for my mobile phone because of the great price and free shipping. I get the daily newsletters and saw that the item I ordered was on sale. I contacted the on-line chat support and asked if they could pay-back the difference since it was within 30 days. It was only $3 but hey in this economy every dollar counts. Just another reason to support a company that supports it's customers.

I have been a customer for many years, and I have yet to be even slightly disappointed. This is a fantastic company and no other computer hardware store comes even close to the superior customer service and prompt shipping Newegg provides. Weather you are buying or doing an RMA the customer service is impeccable. They are always my first choice when I need electronics.
There is no where else to buy your computer hardware.
Newegg is simply THE store to go to.

I ordered a wireless USB adapter from Newegg, and the device failed less than a month later. I inquired with Newegg if they could replace it, and they did, with no problem. I give Newegg high scores for customer satisfaction.

We placed 30 orders with Newegg over the span from June-2005 to October-2009 and never had any problem during that period. Our experience with Newegg has been:
* 100% of the time orders are processed the same day, regardless if expedited service was requested or not.
* If the order was placed on a weekday, better than 99% of the time the order was shipped the same day the order was placed.
* If the order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday, 100% of the time the order was shipping on the immediately following Monday.
* 98% of the time, literally nobody offered any item we needed at a lower cost.
* 100% of the time, Newegg had a better selection of products than literally anyone else, anywhere.
* 100% of the time we were charged exactly correctly for the orders we placed.
* 100% of the time Newegg's accounting on our orders has been accurate and correct.
* 100% of the time, as best as we can tell, Newegg respected our privacy. We have no evidence Newegg ever shared, sold, nor traded information about our purchase history with anyone. 100% of the time, Newegg never was the direct or indirect source of any unsolicited email advertisements. The only information ever shared was with Newegg's credit card processor, which was necessary to complete an order transaction.
* Newegg continuously improved their already superior web site to make it easy to find exactly what we needed.
* Newegg continuously made it easy to compare similar items, with product descriptions clearly written in simple English a novice computer user could understand.
If the quality of a merchant is demonstrated by how they conduct themselves in response to a problem, then Newegg is an fine example all businesses should follow.
On our last order (which was our 31st order placed with Newegg), placed in November-2009, we had our fist problem. The problem was with inaccurately reported stock availability, which has since been properly corrected at the Newegg web site. Newegg solved it for us satisfactorily, and in as timely a manner as was possible (considering that they can not control a manufacturer's product production nor distribution). We were given a discount of $20.00 for our inconvenience with placing a $219.98 order, without needing to request the compensation.
We would most certainly buy from Newegg again, and continue to recommend them to our friends and family.
