NewEgg is a great place to shop - I have purchased many things from them over the years and always receive them quickly. Their pricing is great, but even if I find something a bit cheaper somewhere else I still buy it from NewEgg because of their great reputation. Their customer service is great - any time I've ever had an issue with an item NewEgg has been very responsive in resolving the issue. I highly recommend this site.

We have ordered numerous items over the last 2 years. We just got a laptop 2 weeks ago, quick ship and very well packed. so far 100%. great job Newegg.

Ordered my item on the 13th of November. I chose UPS 3-day select as the shipping carrier for $8.95. It was shipped from Baldwin, California on the 15th. I live in NJ and I know that UPS always ships my packages directly from Newark, NJ to my house. On the 18th my package arrived in Newark, NJ and had an expected delivery date of the 19th. On the 19th my package was sent to Philadelphia, PA with a new delivery date of the 21st-22nd. I immediately called UPS and they told me it was sent back to PA due to improper packaging from the original shipper. I contacted Newegg customer support on this issue and demanded a refund for the $8.95 I paid for shipping. The customer support representative I talked to on their "live chat support" was very rude and gave me canned responses. I went into great detail describing the issue and the response she gave was "I'll be happy to assist you! Here is UPS's customer support number:". This is simply unacceptable. I have been ordering from Newegg for years and don't deserve to be disrespected by being given a canned response. The outcome of all this? I paid $8.95 so I can get my item 3-4 days later than what I originally should have. Again, unacceptable.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am glad we could come to a resolution, but please keep in mind that since the order was shipped on 11/16, the scheduled delivery date of 11/19 is on time per the shipping method and price paid. The tracking information was provided very confusingly and that is not something that we have control over as we are not the courier.

Lisa was very helpful. She did her best to help me resolve my issue with a defective product, granting me a refund without a restocking fee or return shipping. It would be great if every customor service rep. was like her. Thanks!

newegg.com has done it again. I just missed their sale price and they still matched it, with a refund to my credit card. It pays to be a newegg.com customer. I recently bought a very well priced TV from NewEgg. My buying experereince was seemless. The customer support was excellent as well as the follow up, much better than my regular stores expereince. I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future.

NewEgg is simply awesome! They have the best customer service of any online retailer that I have shopped at. I have been ordering from NewEgg since they first started out in this business. Most recently, I ordered a couple of hard drives. Within about 30 minutes of submitting my order, I received email updates stating that my card was charged and my order was getting ready to ship! I am thoroughly impressed with Newegg, and would give them nothing shorting of 5/5 stars. In fact, if I could, I would give them 6 out 5 stars! Courteous reps, excellent products at excellent prices, fast shipping, and a very easy return/RMA process should you need it. All of this and more done with a smile. What more could you ask for from an etailer?

The prices are very good and the shipping is prompt. Another thing I liked was that there are generally many reviews for the products written by customers, so it makes it easier to make decisions.
The only issue I had was in using a promo code. Since the items were to be shipped from two different warehouses, the order was somehow split into two and the promo code was applied on only one portion of order.
I did use the Online Chat service and it did not take very long to get a hold of someone to solve the problem, so that's good. However, the customer support representative told me to email them personally once I got the shipment so that they can issue me a credit (the missing rebate due to the promo code bug). I did so last week and I still have not had any response. Perhaps that person was on vacation? Anyway, I will update this review if and when this issue is resolved.

I've been a long time customer of newegg. I've always loved them. Recently I purchased 4 seagate hard drives from them.
Seagate Barracuda LP ST31500541AS 1.5TB 5900 RPM
Unfortunately, everyone of them was defective. Of course that isn't newegg's fault.
To be honest, I had some issues getting them RMA'd. In the end Newegg confirmed what I have always known: They stand by their customers 100%

I called customer service about a problem with my order. (First time with problem after years of use.) It was fast, clear service and they fixed the problem on the spot. There is no place online I trust more than newegg.com

Newegg continually shocks me with it's low prices. The customer service I've experience has been outstanding; clear, concise, but polite. I had a question about price changes and they explained due to the constant fluctuation of prices in their industry, the cost of our inventory is changing regularly, and often prices change throughout the day. It was clear and understandable, but then then went and made the extra mile, they offered to make a one time exception and adjust my invoice. This was truly above and beyond.

I've been on the hunt for a new HT receiver for about 2 months and Newegg is the place I turned when it finally came down to purchasing. I ended up with an Onkyo TX-NR807 and they had the best deal (just as they always do).
Even better, there was a coupon code that wasn't working correctly and their awesome support staff helped me through it no problem. Shipping was lightning fast, as always. Who doesn't love Newegg - C'MON!!
