I've placed numerous orders through Newegg and have had them all quicky shipped and delivered. With great (and cheap) shipping options, good prices, and great service, I turn to Newegg first for all of my computing needs.
I'm sure this will come as a huge surprise to everyone... Newegg comes through again. I ordered approximately a thousand dollars of merchandise at 1:30 PM PST, it was boxed and on the plane by that night (Friday) and arrived in North Carolina on Wednesday. Everything was in order, although one of the hinges on the Chieftec case was broken. It doesn't affect it much, though. Otherwise, I was totally happy with their performance... as usual. I also ordered a heatsink, fan, and some other cooling accoutrements from another site. As usual, straying from Newegg even a bit teaches me why I buy from there so much. :) Great job, Newegg!
I bought all my components to build a top-of-the-line AMD based PC and they came through very nicely for me! I had a problem with the motherboard that i'm nearly 100% sure was not my fault, so I RMA'd it and they credited that amount to my credit card, no store credit or b/s like that (they offered to replace it, but the item was out of stock). I had a very good experience through them, thanks newegg!
Im a network administrator and have had the oportunity to purchase numerous items from newegg. All I can say is that they are the best company I have dealt with from all the companies I have ordered from and I would definitely reccomend them to anybody purchasing hardware. Quick Shipping and great customer service make this company one that can't be beat.

I have to say I'm quite impressed with Newegg. I recently purchased a couple refurbished items from them. I live in South Dakota, in the middle of nowhere, and I had the items in hand two days after I ordered them. That's an accomplishment. Also, as I mentioned, the items were refurbished. From any other company, I would have probably only gotten the bare essentials with my order, none of the accessories that would come with the new product. However, Newegg shipped everything that would come with the brand new products, including cables, software, and even the original boxes. All this for a lot cheaper than new, and guarunteed. I've had bad experiences from other online vendors, but I assure you that I won't anymore, as all of my orders will now come from Newegg.
i've ordered quite a few things from newegg lately (PSU, 2 case fans, a Intel CPU, 2 DVD drives) and i must say everytime i saw a deal at newegg, it was a pleasure to order from them. The pics of the item are same as the one u get, and they come at a timely fashion
I'm building a new system for a customer. I placed an order for all the parts at NewEgg on Saturday and when she saw the case I ordered, she decided she didn't like it. I called the CS dept. at NewEgg and explained the situation to the manager. He told me what to do as the order had already been sent out.
I ordered a different case Tuesday and they 2nd Day FedEx'ed it so I'd have it by the weekend.
The Customer Service department and their manager, JD, never fail to amaze me. They are THE best online computer parts supplier ANYWHERE!

Excellent experiences buying from Newegg. I have bought numerous items from them over the last 2 years and have had zero problems whatsoever. Always reliable, and timely updates throughout the whole order process. My latest transaction was a replacement request for a LiteOn 32x CDRW that failed after 3 months. Excellent online RMA system and speedy replacement with absolutely no hassle - in fact, because the old model was no longer availabe, Newegg sent me a newer 40x model. This is the way online vendors should be. I couldn't be happier with Newegg.
Newegg has always been very good at hooking me up. I've never had a DOA product from them, the prices are always reasonable, and as usual shipping is FAST! They don't waste time getting your order out to Fedex. I can spend hundreds of dollars there without worrying. I don't stop in to rate them very often, but I'm a regular buyer.
I think their prices are a little higher, but still good, and it looks like they aren't shipping in the Newegg branded boxes like they used to. But, as long as they keep delivering the good stuff without problems, I'll keep buying it.
