newegg is AWESOME!!! I have ordered from them a number of times, and every order has one of the lowest prices around, is processed VERY quickly, arrives promptly to your door in great packaging. I haven't had any experience with customer support because nothing has failed on me yet! I will definately be buying from them again. Just today I ordered a CDRW at 1PM, and in a few hours my order was SHIPPED and I had a tracking number! And this is with free shipping, mind you.

If there's a better online PC component reseller, I've yet to find them! These guys(& gals) are the absolute cream of the crop. I've placed several orders with them over the past 2 months, each one larger than the one before. This order was just over &1,000.00 & consisted of several Hard Drives, Processors, DVD Drives, CDR-W Drives, Modems and Memory. I placed the order about 10AM EST, checked the order around 3PM EST and was pleased to see that my order had already been confirmed, was in the process of being picked and I got an advisory that the order should be picked up by FedEx that evening and that I would get an E-Mail with the tracking number by 9PM EST. Everything occurred as stated and my order was shipped that afternoon and recieved today, the 25th. Very impressive all around. Their site is easy to navigate, their shopping cart works flawlessly, their prices are difficult to beat and they do what they say they'll do...what more can we ask of them? I will continue to give them my business and I would encourage anyone reading this to do business with these fine folks, I intend to!

Wow i ordered a geforce 4 ti-4200 and i got it the next day! of course it was shipping from LA to LA. but I'm one satisfied customer less a bunch of dough

A very impressive retailer. I only had one minor "problem" with them.  
 
For some reason, I was unable to change my shipping address to my work address (I work nights so I will often not hear someone knocking on the door, so I usually get things shipped to my work). I called customer service, and they told me that after I place the order to call them back, and they could change the address then.  
 
I placed my order around 2AM EDT, and paid the small amount extra for the "rush" processing. I called them around 8:15 their time and asked to change my shipping address.  
 
I was informed that my order had already been boxed, scanned and was getting ready to be loaded on the truck. I was astounded, I did not expect my order to get processed that fast.  
 
Having to check the FedEx tracking to find out when my boxes were "out for delivery" and taking a nap on the couch so I could hear the deliveryman's knock was well worth it considering the amazingly fast processing and delivery time.  
 
I will definately be ordering any hardware that I need from these folks again.

I'd like to thank newegg for going to great lengths to correct my problem. They seem to be very much on the ball, and into customer care and opinions. I look forward to dealing with a class act company like newegg again.

newegg is great. they shipped me 2 ethernet cables instead of 2 ide cables. i called them up and they told me that they would send me the ide cables, and just to keep the ethernet cables... no hassels.
