I purchased a Canon SD800 IS digital camera in the wee hours of the morning from this great website and realized the next day that they had a combo deal for a free 1GB SD card that would normally cost $20. The website said I could no longer make changes to my order because it had reached the point of my credit card being charged. I used their live chat tech support and I connected immediately to a REAL person. I explained that I missed adding the free 1GB SD card to my order because I was tired and I wondered if I could still add it since it wouldn't change the total purchase amount. The REAL tech guy took about 1 minute and the next thing he said was that he had added it to my order. WOW. This site continues to amaze me. I've purchased from here for years, even when it's not the lowest price. Thank you newegg for such wonderful customer service. What you did was unexpected and really unbelievable!

First off, NewEgg is one of the best online retailers out there. I have ordered from these guys numerous of times. I have always been satisfied with the quick confirmations and shipments of my items. I have NO complaints at all.
And for those who are reading and have not dealt with Newegg before, please disregard the last 2 negative comments. They are rated by some no good impatient baboons.
Unbelievable company. Most of their small items are offered at free shipping. You might think "Well that means the prices are high and I have to wait three weeks for it to get here." You are completely wrong. I ordered a 512MB stick of RAM as well as a GeForce4 TI4400. Both came within a few days, and both prices were among the first few on PriceWatch.
My next purchase will be from NewEgg. I HIGHLY recomment this company to anyone thinking of getting any type of computer part.
I build and repair computers and buy all of my parts online. I was buying and getting good deals, most of the time on ebay - so I thought, that is, until I found Newegg. Now I purchase 90% of all my computer parts from them and have never had the first problem. Most of the time they can beat the prices that I find on ebay or anywhere else - even if they just come close, I will buy from them because they ship super fast and package everything very well. I just bought an 80gb Western Digital hard drive (Special edition with 8mb of cache) for $106.00 and that price includes shipping. This hard drive will cost you $180.00 at Bestbuy.
I highly recommend Newegg - Try them out and you will see for yourself.
No reseller is perfect, but this is as close as they come.

Superb transaction. I made an online order at 2:06PM 8/28/02. Their online status shows the order at 2:16PM. Received email 8/29/02 of the order status, and checked the FedEx saver tracking #. And FedEx says it was picked up at 3:42PM 8/28/02. I received the package (computer case) on 8/30/02, because I also live in CA.
I know they don't guarantee same day shipping, but it's great when it happens. So it only took them 1:36 to process & ship my order.
I've ordered from them in the past, and will again in the future, and encourage everyone to give them a try.
I recently have orderred 20 things from Newegg to build a couple of computers. I have also orderred from them in the recent and distant past. They are the best online computer hardware store THERE IS! I have orderred about 30 times from newegg and ALWAYS the items I get are EXACTLY what I order, the shipments are ALWAYS FASTER THAN I EXPECT, the quality of thier components are premium. And I have noticed that thier prices are getting more competative. They are almost to the point with thier prices that I would not consider even looking elsewhere for components.

Excellent service. I purchased on-line near midnight on Saturday, and had the entire shipment by the following Wednesday. Every item was as advertised , in excellent condition and pretty much the best prices I could find (from reliable sources). I will recommend Newegg to anyone who needs computer parts.

Everything came as expected. there was a problem with the system. After returning the motherboard to another vendor and getting a replacment, I got an RMA from Newegg for the memory. They sent the wrong memory in the first place, and sent the same stick back. I explained the situation to them in another RMA request and I was refunded my money. After that it was determined my problem was a CPU problem. I requested an RMA nearly 30 days after the order, much past the 7 day warranty, explained my ordeal and they approved the RMA and the replacement work. At first I was disappointed but after how things turned out I'm very very pleased with them. Even though we dealt only in email the fact they approved the last RMA showed me that they listen and care about their customers' experience, and I really appreciated that and will give my business to Newegg in the future.
Newegg is superb. Prices were great for most things, but a few things were a little expensive. This company seems extemely reliable though. If you find something you like for cheap, don't hesitate to order from them.
