NewEgg has never failed me. Only problem I ever had was a doa MB, they cross-shipped me a new one. All companies should follow their example. 5 stars.

I had some qestions about a restocking fee and other problems that I has created and the live chat agent was vary kind and helpful. All my concerns were solved to my satisfaction.

Excellent service via live chat for what I thought was an issue and for which an RMA was issued. Later determined that the unit was fine and cancelled the RMA. Exceptional service.

I can't believe Newegg could process my order so quickly. My rice cooker was broken and I tried to get a new one from newegg.com. I was thinking I might have to eat outside for 1 week until I get the new rice cooker. It's unbelievable I could receive the new one on Tuesday since I ordered on Sunday night. They can process my order so so quickly which is impossible for the other co.

I had a single problem with the order. I paid for Rush Processing and it still took NewEgg 2 days to process and then ship the products. I spoke with a rep via e-mail and she automatically credited my account with no questions asked. I'm surprised by how great their customer service is. I will definately be a returning customer!

Had a problem with vendor(s) documentation which resulted in a returned Gigabyte motherboard as non-functional. Lan arranged an expedited replacement will reduced my wait time from two weeks to about 6 days. Such good service is very much appreciated. Mr. Key was also very helpful in resolving concerns!
They employees are really on top of their game and they make NewEgg a top notch company IMHO.

I've built 2 computers with parts from Newegg, purchased an HP laptop from them in June, and they are consistently amazing in fast shipment and addressing any questions or concerns.
I am a "one-man" IT department for a small office and also frequently recommend that my company purchase most things "techy" from NewEgg.com
Recently, I purchased a high-quality Rosewill braided-mesh HDMI cable for 14.99. I had an email coupon for $5 bringing cost down to $9.99. I received my shipping notice 2 days later and discovered that the price on the cable dropped $2.00 since I made the original purchase.
Popped into Newegg support chat, explained problem and was informed they'd refund the $2 difference. Thanks Alma.
I am sure the cable will work great, other Rosewill (which I have believe is an OEM for Newegg) products have proved reliable, such as a multi-card reader with floppy drive that was purchased for my last build. This review was modified by its author, fb11, on

Incredible. I do 95% of my shopping for electronic gadgets and computer related items at newegg. Just recently I bought a Harmony 880 and didn't realize that it didn't come with a IR Receiver. I tried to get a RMA from them, but the manufacturer denied any RMA. I sent an email to Newegg calling for a favor to help me out since I have bought several things from them. They said that they would try their best to help me out. The next day I got an email saying that they couldn't get an IR for the Harmony 880 so they refunded me $25 so that I could get one! THANK YOU NEWEGG!! I have always been happy with their service and products. Highly recommended to go to for ANYTHING computer related.

NewEgg is a great place to shop - I have purchased many things from them over the years and always receive them quickly. Their pricing is great, but even if I find something a bit cheaper somewhere else I still buy it from NewEgg because of their great reputation. Their customer service is great - any time I've ever had an issue with an item NewEgg has been very responsive in resolving the issue. I highly recommend this site.

Ordered my item on the 13th of November. I chose UPS 3-day select as the shipping carrier for $8.95. It was shipped from Baldwin, California on the 15th. I live in NJ and I know that UPS always ships my packages directly from Newark, NJ to my house. On the 18th my package arrived in Newark, NJ and had an expected delivery date of the 19th. On the 19th my package was sent to Philadelphia, PA with a new delivery date of the 21st-22nd. I immediately called UPS and they told me it was sent back to PA due to improper packaging from the original shipper. I contacted Newegg customer support on this issue and demanded a refund for the $8.95 I paid for shipping. The customer support representative I talked to on their "live chat support" was very rude and gave me canned responses. I went into great detail describing the issue and the response she gave was "I'll be happy to assist you! Here is UPS's customer support number:". This is simply unacceptable. I have been ordering from Newegg for years and don't deserve to be disrespected by being given a canned response. The outcome of all this? I paid $8.95 so I can get my item 3-4 days later than what I originally should have. Again, unacceptable.

I am glad we could come to a resolution, but please keep in mind that since the order was shipped on 11/16, the scheduled delivery date of 11/19 is on time per the shipping method and price paid. The tracking information was provided very confusingly and that is not something that we have control over as we are not the courier.

Lisa was very helpful. She did her best to help me resolve my issue with a defective product, granting me a refund without a restocking fee or return shipping. It would be great if every customor service rep. was like her. Thanks!
