I've been buying from Newegg.com for years. The product selection is diverse. Best of all is their customer service. It is impeccable! Even if I find something priced less somewhere else (and that's a big IF b/c newegg has the best prices 99% of the time) I will pay extra to get the peace of mind that my product purchase is backed by a world-class customer service team.

Newegg knows how to do customer service. Had a power cable known fault problem on my asus netbook -- rep gave me a $25 credit to purchase replacement from non oem source -- I love Newegg and the company can continue to count on my business for all my many computer needs.

I called Newegg for a RMA for a free Rosewill HD dock with a HD. Rosewill said the dock was bad, the HD was OK. They already had my purchase info, saying return it to Newegg. Your support person understood the situation immediately, saying keep the HD & would send a replacement dock. The sharing of purchase info was very good. I was told to keep the bad dock, saving all of us shipping costs. A great pleasure to be dealing with knowledgeable & professional staff.

Made and order the 25th and it was supposedly shipped the 26th, tracking was never working and i called customer service on the 2nd they couldn't do anything about my order, now on the 5th they send me another item but with a 3 day service when it was their mistake in he first place, the first customer service rep was no help at all the second was somewhat helpful at lease she understood i HADNT gotten the item! i would have at least expected a next day shippement

Having purchased from numerous online site I find Newegg to give the best, fastest service of all. I have bought many items and have always been please with all except one. That was not a Newegg problem, but they generously resolved it in my favor and I couldn't ask for more than a new replacement. Customer Service has always been polite, helpful and most accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I Preordered the Dragon Age: Collector's Edition about a month ago. Contacted Newegg and was assured that the game would actually arrive (by someone named Sean) on November 3rd (yesterday). I call and find out the game has not even been received by their warehouse, and was told the pregame bonus items (the main reason to preorder the game) may not be included. I now find that the game is going to be shipped via 3-5 day postal instead of arriving yesterday like it should have as told by Sean (otherwise I would have canceled the preorder and went somewhere else). I am deeply disappointed that a Newegg representative would, whether knowingly or unknowingly, offer invalid information to me during this purchase. I now regret that I will have to wait until Friday/Monday for an game which may be incomplete (no one can confirm if all the preorder items will be included) that should have arrived last Tuesday. What is the point of "preordering" the game if it's faster to not preorder it and buy it at a physical store? Again, very disappointed and hoping to find some resolution here.

Joshua gave me a call today and was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. He was very generous in his solution to my issue and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. I am almost ashamed at how generous Joshua was in his offering to help solve the issue. Not only that, but he really related to the issue I was having and understood my disappointment. Needless to say, the customer service I received today was the BEST service I've ever had from any company I have ever worked with. Because of this superb experience I will definitely buy from Newegg again. Terrific customer experience here that I will share with others. Newegg turned me from a cynic to a lifetime customer thanks to Josh's excellent service! Thanks again!

Newegg is probably my favorite online store thus far. I had issues with a UPS shipment, and they reshipped via Fedex and gave me free shipping as well. They truly care about their customers and I wish more stores would look to them for hints.

I've been shopping at Newegg for several years now and have generally been very pleased with them. However my customer service experience today went far above my expectations for a company that does so much business. I ordered a wireless keyboard with a promotion code and it was broken when I got it. I went on the website and processed a return/exchange and shipped it back to them. About three days later I got an email saying everything was received and they would be refunding my money. Curious about the refund instead of getting a new keyboard I emailed their customer service rep and received a response from Martin. Martin's response times were amazing. After dealing with a company that took two days to respond to emails it was a blessing to have someone respond within ten minutes. He was courteous and extremely helpful. Apparently they had gone out of stock with my item and were going to refund my money so I wouldn't have to wait for it to come back in. Instead I asked if I could just buy a different item and get credited for it. Sadly Newegg did not have a store-credit option; however they offered to give me my new item, along with the promotional discount I had originally applied to the keyboard! They even helped out with my shipping costs from sending back the defective keyboard. I cannot stress how great this company has always been to me. I would and do recommend this site to all my friends and coworkers. Thanks Newegg!
