Why do I buy from NewEgg even when I can find the product cheaper somewhere else on the internet? Simply because, if and when you do have a problem, you receive extremely great help from a very helpful and no hassle staff at NewEgg. Within reason they usually not only give you an RMA but even pay the return shipping. These folks are simply Awesome!

I give them 1 out of 10. You'd better to pray nothing happens to the stuff that you buy!  
If there is a defect, you can only return the product with 15% restocking fee + return shipping!  
I had bad experience with their shipping too. The DHL tracking number never works. Delayed shipping. Rude service!

Ordered item on Tuesday. On Friday, received a note saying it had been discontinued. Quick Books Premiere? Hard to understand how ta 2010 program like this could be discontinued. Chat room person (Dena) very unhelpful...kept wanting me to go to another part of the web site to do my own searching for answers to my questions. Isn't that the point of having a Chat/Help Site? I will go elsewhere this time and next.

New egg does a great job of ditributing good computer componants at excellent prices. If there price is not the best, give them a chance to match it, they often will.

I've shopped at newegg many times and have never had a problem. I needed to return something that was not as the manufacturer advertised, they listened, waived the restocking fee and gave me free return shipping.

NewEgg has A++ 5-star service. I erred on an order, and they fixed my error quickly and completely. I can hardly stop grinning about how good they are.

Newegg has always served me very well. During this instance, a discount on a particular item disappeared as I was adding it to my cart for purchase. The price difference wasn't huge, but it did take things outside my budget. I decided to send an email to sales support to see if anything could be done, but not expecting much. To my pleasant surprise the first response I got was an offer to re-instate the discount for my purchase! This gave me the product I wanted at the price I needed while ensuring that I didn't have to go shopping elsewhere. Win-win situation.  
 
(And as I was writing this review my purchase arrived at my front door. Fast shipping as always.)

I can't believe Newegg could process my order so quickly. My rice cooker was broken and I tried to get a new one from newegg.com. I was thinking I might have to eat outside for 1 week until I get the new rice cooker. It's unbelievable I could receive the new one on Tuesday since I ordered on Sunday night. They can process my order so so quickly which is impossible for the other co.  
By the way, their custom service is very kind to answer all of my questions. Chelsea did her best to solve my case. I really appreciate
