***BUYERS BEWARE***  
DBuys.com misleads and lies about selling Canon USA Cameras.  
DBUYS.com are NOT authorized CANON dealers. DBUYS.com sell Gray market cameras with NO Canon WARRANTY cards even after specifying with the sales people and their customer service people that you want to buy a USA Canon Camera & USA Canon Warranty.  
Once you have the camera and realize the scam, they will promise to send warranty cards, to prolong the return time period and then charge re-stocking fees or deny returns with RMA.  
They have my $3600. I have no Warranty and its not covered by Canon. They have sent me two defective cameras with the promise of USA warranty cards and have not delivered and will not allow returning the product. Beware, they know the system and will scam unsuspecting customers!

I was very satisfied with my buying experience at iBuyDigital. I was contacted by a salesperson named Kevin who was very helpful and provided great service. I will definitely consider buying from this company and Kevin in the future.

Easy to navigate website. Customer service called to confirm order and was very easy to work with. Their prices were great and their cust serv guy assured me he would expedite my order. If all is well after I receive my order, then I will definitely order from them again.

The order was confirmed by Mickey (x513). He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer service representative I spoke with was Mikey at extension 513. He was very polite and helpful in completing my purchase. He also offered me the bulb replacement warranty for a good price that I was not aware existed. i plan to buying from ibuydigital again in the future because of his excellent customer service.

I had a very pleasant ordering experience - they had the best price, shipped promptly, I was sent a tracking #. I would recommend them for electronics purchases.

Mickey was extremely helpful. He called me after I ordered and informed me my card was not optimal for the type of camera I had and helped me buy the appropriate card. Will definitely buy again from Ibuydigital.com because of the excellent service!

Very good service, quick delivery, customer service representative nice and polite. I can give my best recommendation!

The pricing was very competitive and I received a follow-up call from the sales rep to confirm my order and let me know the product had shipped. Of course, they tried to sell me additional products and an extended warranty... but the price of the extended warranty was fair so I bought it! Overall, the sales person was friendly and the price was right. I'll definitely check with them first the next time I need to buy a GPS.

Micky was able to resolve my internet order problem and help me recieve my camera this week so I would have it for our fair on Sunday. Micky X513 did a great job helping me and he even made me realize the importance of buying the extended warranty. Thanks. I can't wait until my camera comes.
