I'm building a new computer system and so far this is my 5th order from them. To date I've received my motherboard, packed very well, arrived a day earlier than I expected. I will always look to directron FIRST for my next build and for further expansion of the system I'm making now.

I've never spoken to customer service because they haven't missed a single detail in 7 years of using their services.
If they could transport orders to my door the instant I hit the submit button, along with a steaming cappuccino, I'd be tickled even more.

Directron is a very reliable company.I got equipment from them in the past.I just bought a monitor from them and the transactions were always smooth and quick,with Paypal it's smoother yet.They do right by me when ever I deal with them...Thanks Directron for the great service.
I would just like to mention to some of the customers complaining about charges for the return shipping on RMA's.Guys all the on line stores do the same thing.I had an RMA with Newegg on a motherboard.The return shipping costs messed up the great deal I got on the board.Same thing happened with Tiger and they all charge restocking fees.I don't look down at Directron for handling their RMA's and returns the same as the other guys.I don't agree with the practice but it is what it is.As long as they make it right when I have a problem and keep the RMA's to a minimum I'm happy
If you can't handle dealing with on-line stores
maybe you guys should buy your stuff at Best-Buy!
Well boys and girls I received my monitor from Directron and the packing was top notch.Directron took the time to double box my monitor also use Styrofoam peanuts to insure my monitor was protected in shipment.The unit works great and I'm very happy with my purchase and Directron.

Ordered on the third, received on the seventh, UPS Ground. Everything was there, packaged well, undamaged and worked. What more can you ask for? Will order again on the third and I'll let you know what happens. :)

This is my 4th order this year. And i have nothing but positive things to say about directron. I ordered on a monday, and received my shipment on wednesday. GREAT!!! delivery in 2 days.
