I placed the order over the phone because the website doesn't show inventory status. The staff confirmed the item was indeed in stock and quickly completed the order. It was shipped the same day. I've already ordered from them again, this time online, and had a similar outstanding experience. I only wish their website showed their inventory status.

I ordered some ClearFlex tubbing, Swiftech Hydrx Extreme Duty Coolant, and Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound. The transaction was very quick, the prudcs are extreamly well described. The ClearFlez tubing is ideal for H2O cooling, Arctic Silver 5 is has the best thermal cunductivity/ transfer, and Coolant adative disperses heat very effeciantly.

I bought the Lian Li PC-7BW Plus II with the 120mm blow hole mod and cold cathode kit. The mod for the fan is perfect. The holes for the screws lined up without a problem and the edge where the material was cut is covered with some type of padding to make it look good and so you don't get cut while working with it. All in all the case and the mods are flawless. I was under the impression that the cathode kit and fan guard would come installed but after I thought about it the cathode kit wasn't a big deal. I was able to put the lights where I want them.

Everything packaged nicely. But I feel like the item was opened prior to its delievery. There are fingerprints here and there and some plastic packagings were ripped.

Needed a cooling solution for a tower that was running a little too warm. I went to Google.com and started searching for places that handled a large variety of cooling fans and accessories. I found CrazyPC.com and saw what I was looking for. Placed the order and a few days later the shipment arrived UPS to my door. Everything was exactly as I expected and I installed it today. I will be ordering again in a day or so. There are a wide range of PC Customizing hardware to choose from. I am very satisfied.
